Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! Skip this store! Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of "evaporative," repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational. What made this worse: * No greeting when I entered the store * No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself * Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake * Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times. I left without the part. If you're going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone's competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What's even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don't think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can't find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store. read more

Seemed well stocked. Appears to be popular. Shares a large parking lot just about block from a car wash which makes immensely sensible if you need any car wash supplies ... like rags, buffers and waxes. Usually car accessories at expected prices. read more

I came in looking for a Gasket, asked Jemmie J the manager to please help me find the correct size. I told him i was not sure what model Honda Civic it was since it is my mothers car... he proceeding to telling me very rudely "sorry bro i cant help you if you dont even know what you are driving, im not about to go through all the models for you". I was at a local tire kingdom & they were overcharging me for a battery and not helping me. So I was already in not the best of mood... Owen insured me me the best price for a battery and installation. He was so amazing I wish everyone in customer service would be like him. They actually installed the battery & windshield wipers on my vehicle. I offered a Tip for the extra help but they told me they couldn't accept it. They are honest and hardworking employees. I needed a new battery, and Taquesha (sorry if I got your name wrong) was extremely helpful. The system said there was only one battery in stock for my type of car and I purchased it before finding out that it did not fit my car properly. She worked hard to find a battery that would fit, even though the system said it wasn't in stock, and then worked hard to exchange the batteries, as the system she was using was very crappy and gave her a very difficult time. When she called her manager over, Edgar, he did not listen to her and gave her poor instructions as he did not understand the issue. She worked extra hard to advocate for me and get me a new battery in my car working so that I could make it to my New Year's plans tonight. She is truly a blessing.
