Terrible services. Avoid them at all costs. Long story short. I have paid around 3k to replace my tires and the car that was in perfect condition came back with a strange sound on the wheels. On that day I arrived at 8 am and leave 6 pm (all maintenance I did there I used to wait a lot). However, the next day I had to return the car to fix the issue and they said the problem was with the bolts. They didn't have the bolts in stock so I have to wait for 3 days. They lend you a terrible car to fix their own mistakes and you even have to pay for the gas. Some days later after the problem was fixed, I notice that they use my own spare bolts that I had in the truck when they install the wheel lockers. They left my car sited there for 3 days for them to use my own bolts, and they even didn't tell me about it. Recently the issue came back. Omg, I'm even more angry with these people. I bought a new BMW, M3 from that dealer. Negotiated on line, and I just had to go and give them my check as I was paying cash. So, I thought it won't take me long......... 3 hours later, I am still filling up all there paperwork and waiting for the car, they say they are cleaning it. Because of health raison could not waited anymore, so I got my $60,000. Car, and asked if I could make appointment for a later date to learn the navigation system, It is my third BMW, but navigation etc update every new model and years. They said yes. Later got notice of the car need a recall, so I made an appointment and asked for also an appointment for learning the navigation. They said fine Go to my appointment, they fix the recall, and tell me,you are all set. I said No, what about my navigation appointment. They said ," we don't do that anymore" after a long talk with then,letting then know what I thought of them, they wrote a phone number on a paper,and said,call this number. So I would go away. We did,the gentleman that answer,said,I am sorry, I don't work at that dealership anymore . VISTA BMW, Is this the way to treat your customers? A family member leased a vehicle and it's really beautiful but I feel like they didn't read the fine print....but who does, there are always so many pages shooting at you. The paperwork apparently stated that the deal isn't done even once all is signed. So she was told she had to come in and pay $5000 more in deposit about ten days after the deal. So, on the phone they said $5000 and that they could add a rebate making it $4000 but when we got there expecting to add $4000 in cash they wanted $4500, saying they may have misspoke. Now this is to me, kind of preying on a person who wants a fancy ride. Good thing she could afford to make that extra down payment bringing the total cash down to $6000. Mind you, it was not an entry level vehicle. What if she couldn't come up with it? They would have taken the vehicle back. So I feel like they were a little sketchy. read more

Don't waste your time stepping foot in this place. Over priced parts and arrogant sales staff. Worst car buying experience ever

Review will be divided between SALES and SERVICE. For SALES, they get zero stars. There is no question in my mind, and this is after leasing three (3) vehicles from them over a 9 year period. If you have an image of shady car salespeople, that's these people, irrespective of being in a shiny BMW showroom. My last experience, in May 2016, was representative of the behavior I abhor, and am now free from. I was attempting to negotiate a deal to lease another BMW, as my lease would be up in a few months, working with the same salesperson who leased me my previous BMW. I made it clear what vehicle I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay in a monthly lease. I expected some "back and forth" negotiating, and could deal with that. But the sales person, and long-time sales manager, were beyond obnoxious. The back and forth resulted in monthly payments being reduced $10 or $30, no where near the [realistic] monthly payment I sought. After being frustrated and justifiably annoyed, I calmly explained to my salesperson that I was walking out of the dealership, and would not return. He likely thought that was a bluff, as he called me 3 minutes later to say "come back, let's talk more", and then proceeded to text me, and even contacted me through Messenger on Facebook, and left messages on my home phone, as well. This continued for more than a week, until I blocked him on all my phone numbers and on FaceBook. I felt liberated. I felt that a weight had been removed from my not-so-broad shoulders, and even though I lived in East Boca, land of Bentleys, Mercedes, Tesla, and 7 series BMW's, I could drive another vehicle and still survive. As to SERVICE, my service tech is the nicest of guys, I had many discussions with him about Yelp, and traded restaurant recommendations. Because all routine service is covered under BMW, and I never held a vehicle longer than the lease period, I never had to pay out of pocket for service, other than a tire rotation, or to replace those damn rubber flaps that extend too long in the front of the vehicle that ALWAYS get caught on those cement parking things. [That's a design defect, for sure, but BMW continues to design them that way.] Occasionally I had a problem with a tire, which had to be looked at. His performance is what brought this rating up to 2 stars. Why only 2 stars? My singular complaint about him is his odd habit of never, I repeat NEVER, returning phone messages. Yes, he would put me on the maintenance schedule, but how about returning a call when I have a service question, or to confirm "you are on the schedule for today at 2 pm?" Its was odd and disconcerting. I deliberately omitted the names of the dealership manager and my salesperson, as well as service advisor. It's irrelevant, as the issues I am addressing deal with the vibe and culture of this dealership: sleazy sales staff, an always-smiling-face sales manager who does not honor deals or longterm client relationships, and service advisors who need to be re-trained in customer SERVICE. BROKEN ! DAMAGED ! SLUDGE FILLED BMW Vista BMW literally broke my car and refused to fix it. I took my 328 in for a simple oil change, drove out and 8 miles later my car was SPEWING SMOKE. I took car back and was told a valve cover was broken and it would cost $1500 to replace. I felt robbed. I called and emailed Jonatha Chariff , C.E.O and his assistant Kimberley a few times with NO REPLY. Don Woody the service manager at Vista BMW emailed me to say they would fix car in "good faith " and I was so grateful until the next day when they suddenly discovered SLUDGE and told me I need a new engine!! I was beyond shocked and again attempted to reach Jonathan Chariff and requested he meet with me. Again I was totally ignored .I even attempted to reach him through BMW NA to no avail. Final quote to fix my car was $7000 !!! VISTA BMW + OIL CHANGE = NO CAR I now need a new engine because they "found" SLUDGE AND OIL LEAKS all over engine.There was NO sludge nor oil leaks when it drove in and considering they are supposed to be such " Certified" BMW technicians who use "state of the art " equipment they should have known beforehand. I believe that Vista BMW caused this problem. Vista BMW tried to blame the fact that my car was not bought from them but from "sub standard" dealer but Vista is the only company who serviced the car for the 2 years I have owned it AND Vista claims that they couldn't know if there were oil leaks and sludge when doing an oil change...SERIOUSLY ? I guess they really don't know what they are doing there. the certified professionals could not tell that the OIL was sludge? I cannot wait to hear what they will blame next. A company with a morsel of integrity would have fixed the damage and written off the loss but instead My black BMW 2013 WITH 70,000 MILES car is now rendered a worthless shell of a car. buyer beware ! read more

I have previously purchased six new BMWs and was looking to add a new one to our lineup. I was a current owner of a 4 series and 6 series and the 6 series was going back off of lease. We initially visited in the summer and took a test drive of the newly redesigned X1 with client advisor Patrick Gordon. We were clear that we were still months away from buying, but that fact didn't deter Patrick providing us with an excellent test drive experience. I contacted Patrick months later when we were ready to buy and he remembered me. We had very specific requirements for what we wanted and he worked over the course of two or three days to find the exact model that we wanted. When it came to pricing and financing, I can be a bit of a pain in the a** when I buy a car since I'm a numbers guy and like to work all the numbers myself. Most dealers hate this because they don't like to be transparent with fees, money factors, etc. This could not be further from the truth at at Vista: Patrick and the finance team were clear, transparent and didn't waste my time with any B.S. They stayed late one night to get the deal done and I picked up my new X1 the two days later. I could only pick up the car on Patrick's day off and he insisted to come into the dealership to deliver it to me personally. I insisted that this was not necessary and he handed me off to his colleague, who was incredibly friendly and helpful (sorry, can't recall his name). The paperwork took, literally, 3 minutes before I went to Steve to complete the financing. Steve was polite and efficient and I would have been out of there in 5 minutes had it not been for an issue with the VIN on my insurance (my fault) - no worries, however, as Steve got on the phone with the insurance company and helped resolve everything. Finally, I was passed off to a very knowledgable and polite Michael, the "BMW Genius", who showed me all the details of my new car. All in all, my experience at Vista BMW from sales to finance to delivery was superb. I will certainly be back to Vista to buy my next BMW. read more

I can't speak for the other departments, but as far as service make sure you take pictures of your car before dropping it off. They will damage the car and act like they don't know what you are talking about. My car just came back from the body shop on 10/12 and was in perfect condition after inspection. Now my car has a scratch on the rear bumper, and when I open my trunk rear tail light on the passenger side fell off. I also have a defective battery suddenly. So magically these just happen, anyways management was no help and the advisor, Eytan was rude and hung up the phone on me. read more

Vista BMW of Pompano are professional scam artists and I do not recommend doing business with them. When trying to buyout my lease they are not honoring my original contract and adding numerous dealership fees. First, they said I had to have my car BWM Certified....this is NOT true! Why would I pay extra to have the car certified when it has been my car for the last 3 years, still under warranty and I don't need it "certified". When I denied that I was then told I had to have a mandatory inspection or they would not being able to process my car....again this is NOT true! That inspection charge is $899 at which time they would prepare a quote to fix anything they found to be wrong. When I asked what would happen if I didn't make any repairs the sales manager said they would never sell me a faulty car, huh? Again, this is MY car and under full warranty. It's not the dealership's business per my contract and all they want is to scam customers into paying more money. The situation has gotten so bad in Florida that it is making the press and now involved the States Attorney Office and the Department of Motor Vehicles of which Vista has been reported to both. Overall, this dealership cannot be trusted and will definitely try to take advantage of anyone who walks in the door. I eventually found an honest BMW dealership who honored the contract and did not try to add any made-up fees. I would suggest to anyone that considers doing business at Vista check with other dealerships first before making a final decision. I received an Urgent Takata Airbag Recall post card in the mail and this is the first time for me as a consumer, so I took it seriously and called the 1-888-736-5935 number to make an appointment at the nearest dealership to my Pompano Beach address. I was told by the agent on the phone it would take approximately 2 hours to have them replaced. The appointment was confirmed for August 30th (Thursday at 10am) at Vista BMW. Upon arriving at the Vista BMW dealership, I gave him my keys and sat at he lobby and worked on my laptop. After a few minutes I was advised the replacement would take much more than the 2 hours informed by the 1-888 agent. I explained I would have to go home because I left my purse in error inside my other car and I would come back.. I did just that and filled out some credit card information and took a courtesy loaner car for the day. 8/30/2018 "Thursday" came and went and I did not hear from Vista BMW but since I have a full day of work, I figured on Friday I would get my car back and all would be good. 8/31/208 "Friday" it was another full busy day at work for me and at 4:53PM, I called to advise I was bringing back the loaner and ready to come get my car. I was in shock to find out there were extra repairs amounting to near $2,000. I explained I was not able to afford any surprise repairs at this time and my car was in perfect condition when I took it to Vista BMW, to please just give me my car back. Agent said that he found out radiator hose was under warranty and by Tuesday September 4, 2018, the part that was ordered would be in and I could come get my car at no charge. As we came to ending the phone call. A.J. did mentioned that since I was not willing to repair the "Starter Solenoid", that he could not be responsible if the car did not start and if it did start and I left the dealership, that he had done his part and advise me. I was 100% confident nothing would happen because I had just dropped off my car and drove back and forth to my house and my car was driving in #perfect condition. 9/1/2018 "Saturday Morning", I decided to go to Vista BMW in person with my husband and return the loaner as we own an extra car and do not need to have a loaner sit on our drive way till Tuesday. We appreciate the Vista BMW loaner policy but we also know other customers may need the loaner more than us. The above incident was hand written and given to Mr. Don Woody in hand on Saturday 9/1/2018 after I returned my loaner. All I wanted was to have my car back on Tuesday 9/4/2018 and I would have it taken on my own to my own mechanic if anything was wrong. No service needed to be done at the dealership just airback recall. 9/4/2018 Tuesday :My car was not returned........letter continued ....... 9/4/2018 "Tuesday", I was told by A.J. that the part for the hose under warranty had not arrived at the Pompano Beach dealership and was sent to another store in error, which meant my car would have to stay one more day and picked up on 9/5/2018 Wednesday. 9/5/2018 Wednesday, I called at 3:30pm to advise I was coming to pick up my car. I was told my car hose repair was complete but the car was now completely #dead (car not able to start). At this point, I was just very disappointed that Vista BMW placed me in a dead-end situation. I tried to get my AAA tow truck come pick up my car from VISTA BMW and take it to my personal mechanic. But it was very later in the afternoon which would meant my mechanic would be already closed. That's when I lost myself and started crying, but I took a moment to breath and take it in all that was happening with my car. I wanted to come up with the best final and last decision to have my car back in my driveway, without any more stress from Vista BMW. I decided to go in person to Vista BMW and go be a voice for my car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was taken to my car and agreed to pay for the repair but PLEASE GIVE MY CAR BACK with no more surprises of repairs. Long story short. VISTA BMW broke the shift neutral of my car and said it was their mistake and they would repair it at no charge. I finally received my car back on 9/7/2018 and when we tried to speak to Don Woody about the incident, he straight out said our car was old and we had a lot of issues. That is completely untrue and our car is driving wonderfully as of today 11/13/2018 and I am writing this review because I have tried to reach out to everyone in the BMW company to get an explanation on how this airbag recall a 2 hours service became a one week long and $970 charge to my credit card and no one has been kind enough to reply. Consumers be aware of your airbag recalls and do not get a loaner because once your credit card is on file then I feel repairs may start piling up and we have to pay for something that was never broken. I knew coming here for a dead battery would be expensive but apparently the newer bmws need a computer reset so I was told by AAA I should come here. I was surprised by the $450 quote but after the worst service in the world they tried to charge me $580 for the battery. To be fair , Jim was pleasant but every other person there had less costumer service skills than a McDonald's employee. Listen, I'll pay for luxury but this place isn't luxury. Btw. After I questioned the up charge they said it was a mistake and changed the price back to the original quote. Classic crook move. Good place. But if you ever visit the service dept., stay away from Nicholas. He will overcharge you and not have the slightest effort to hide it. After being charged an hour of labour for a 5 minute job, and not being given my older BMW discount, upon asking him he just answered "I could have charged you less. But I just didn't". He basically admits to ripping you off. I love Vista BMW and only do service there, but this experience with an incompetent service advisor will have me move to Braman. Oh, and let's not forget that I went in on Friday to order parts, and he told me to come back on Monday (today) to have the fitted. This review is directed at the PARTS and SERVICE department, not SALES, as I have no experience buying a vehicle from here. I had an oil change coupon for $80, so I wheeled in with my 330i. I dealt with a Service Advisor, SID S. He was very courteous, professional, informative, and the only reason I didn't give Vista just one star. Things went downhill from there. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I went to the PARTS DEPARTMENT to order a simple part that needed to be painted. The cute girl I dealt with at the counter was nice but seemed new, so she needed assistance from the older guy working there. The part was the plastic towing plug piece from the bumper, and was told the final price after painting was $30, and it would be available the very next MONDAY. A little overpriced considering it's $15 online, but decided to do it anyway because I was passing through town on Monday. Sure enough, I stop in on Monday and the part is not there yet, and was told by the older guy that it would be in TUESDAY now, but then it will have to be painted, so pay more dollars and wait a few more days. UNACCEPTABLE. I got a refund. When I picked up the car, I kinda expected it to be washed because that's what I used to get at my old BMW dealership, but let it slide and drove away with a smile. A few miles later, I got a low tire pressure warning. They didn't service my tires either! The receipt specifically says "...RESET TIRE PRESSURES". I decided to stop by Vista BMW because it was near my home. I had no ideal of what that dealership had to offer except that it was a BMW dealership. I was introduced to Kimberly Rosa who immediately introduced herself and went directly to work on providing me the car that I wanted at the price that I was looking for. She was in constant contact with me providing me the best deal possible. The wonderful thing about Kimberly is that it doesn't feel like she's pressuring you into purchasing a vehicle, shes' simply there for the ride and to advise you along the way; The way the customer service world used to be! I would refer anyone of my friends or family members to her without a worry because I know that they will be treated with respect and given the best deal. I have had 3 services now with this center..the first 2 were wonderful experiences...however today sunk the ship..met with Eytan Klein...he said you need spark plugs...I knew it was a service check up only..minimal oil change and air filter...since I had done the spark plugs on March 30th.....he acknowledged the mistake..they had not set the reset button...but normally spark plugs are due now..then proceeded to let me know...oil change..and air filter would be 187.00...due to coupons. O.k....comes back to me at the end..and says ...its now 282.00...and returns with a total of 311.00...so had I not acknowledged the fact of spark plugs having been done already....it would have been a great bit more.....very unethical behavior.....shame on you ...KARMA.... read more

Dealership was not transparent in the manner in which the vehicle was advertised or honest in the overall condition or pricing. I purchased a 2019 BMW 750i from the dealership in 09/2022 from California. The vehicle was advertised on their website, as well as numerous other sites, with a "Banner" showing the car came with a 3 year unlimited milage warranty, suggesting this was a CPO (Certified Pre-owned). It was not until after I placed a deposit on the vehicle and attempted to take advantage of the BMW Loyalty Program Rebate, as we own another BMW vehicle, that we found out this was not the case. It was as this point the Finance Manager and Salesman informed me that the vehicle was not a CPO and did not include any additional warranties beyond the original new car warranty (4 year or 50K milage), and was advertised incorrectly. Fortunately the car did still have 10 months and 36K miles remaining on it. First misleading incident. Next, after I decided to proceed with the purchase, I placed a $1K deposit down in order to secure the vehicle. Two days after I placed this deposit down, I say on various websites that the vehicles price had been reduced by $800 from the price I was going to purchase it at. The dealership DID honor this price, but 7 days after my initial deposit, the car was still listed as for sale on all websites and the price was reduced another $700. At this point, I was told this was mistake and they would not honor this additional reduction and blamed this on a third party vendor they utilize, which I found suspicious. I could have easily had my deposit refunded and turned around and purchased the vehicle at the additionally reduced price, but I didn't. So after proceeding with the purchase, the Finance Manger convinced me to purchase the exterior/interior protection product to $399. I agreed and later requested for proof that the product was actually applied, as I was purchasing the vehicle from California and had no way to confirm the application. Neither the Salesman or Finance Manger seemed to know how to provide me with proof of the application, other than give me a "verbal" confirmation and went so far as to provide me with a photo of the brochure, which I found comical. It took my Wife, how is in the automotive industry, to call the Service Manager and obtain a copy of the RO (Repair Order) to confirm the application of the product. How did the Salesman or Finance Manger not have the knowledge to know that a Repair Order would have to be done in order to have the work done, this is something basic they should have known the answer initially and taking my Wife having to call the Service Manager!! Second Strike. Then, I asked the Salesman, Winslow, several times if there were any "road rash" scratches on any of the wheel, to which he replied "No". Upon delivery of the vehicle from Florida to California, I discovered ALL FOUR WHEELS had damage on them!! So, I ended up having to have the repairs done myself due to this not being disclosed initially. Finally, I had given $1K towards the estimated DMW fees to register the vehicle in California, which turned out to be $699. But rather than refund me the $301 difference, I received a check for only $74. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was told they use an outside company to process their DMV paperwork, and the difference was their fee. Really, $227 to process the DMW paperwork, when the purchase contract never disclosed any fee to process the paperwork, very misleading and nothing more than a manner in which to charge an additional "hidden fee". Overall, my opinion of this dealership is that are not transparent about their process, vehicle condition, or care about the customers satisfaction. I think the fact that I was purchasing the vehicle from out of State, that they took advantage of me much more than had I purchased it in person. Absolute worst BMW dealer in region. Sales force is horrible. I don't trust a single one of them. Service is terrible. Called to schedule a simple brake flush and offered appointment date 2 weeks out. Ridiculous. Called to schedule end of lease return, no one even returned my call. Called BMW of Lauderdale, they scheduled my service next morning. Scheduled my end of lease return there, Mike G couldn't have been nicer! After dropping my car off for oil alerts, they had the car for 20 days during which very few mumbled updates were provided. At pickup, the service advisor said all work was done under extended warranty, and they wouldn't charge me the $100 warranty deductible because I returned the car rental they provided early (which would have saved them), and then rushed me out the door saying he would email the paperwork. After several reminders, he never did. I called the warranty company, which said two things weren't approved, but a hood release cable was, and over time, they never got a bill for it. Adviser never said anything about the hood, and after pickup I discovered it wasn't working. The end result is Vista BMW Pompano Beach had my car for 20 days, did nothing to it, but pretended to. I will never go to Vista BWW POMPANO BEACH again! I later took the car to Vista BMW COCONUT CREEK and all worked was done in three days through a weekend. And it continues... Be aware! Vista BMW had no loaner car available when I took my car in for oil alerts. The service advisor arranged for an Enterprise car rental (bill to Vista BMW was on the agreement). Over three months after the rental was returned, I got a credit charge from Enterprise rentals. Enterprise said Vista I was responsible for it. Vista Service Manager won't even return calls to explain why. In addition to other service lies, I will never go to Vista BWW POMPANO BEACH again nor ENTERPRISE! read more

As I walked in to the dealership I felt welcomed by the ENTIRE staff my sales consultant Kimberly was the BEST: straight forward, honest, and to the point ... the only way to be in my opinion! Sal and Donna were both very easy and a joy to work with, I never felt pressured.
