Communication is horrendous and never reply to emails. I would not recommend this company especially if you are from out of state. I ordered an ME control module for my Mercedes Benz thinking i can save a little bit of cash and it turned into a nightmare took 10 days to receive the module, and it was completely useless because the vin was not wiped from the control module so i was not able to program it myself. So i was finally able to send back my original and the replacement back to them after days of emailing with no response, i had to call to get things sorted out. When they received the modules i never got a call or an email with any type of eta, i called again they told me it would be ready to ship out the following week so i waited and nothing, called again asking for an eta and told me next week again so i got frustrated and asked for a refund and i am yet to get confirmation on my refund and they still have my original control module. I opened a case with my bank so they can sort my refund out, if i cant trust these people to do things in a timely manner i cant even imagine how it will be regarding a refund. I went ahead and bought the module from the dealership and got my car running the next day.

None of the people I asked knew, they just pointed me to the general area where mats were. When I told the last person I spoke to that I would just go to Lexus and get theirs, he told me "Man, they're gonna charge up the nose" but still was not able to help me. So off I went to Lexus to get the mats. I did see some of the same people I spoke to go on and on about batteries, and more complicated stuff than mats and they sounded like they knew what they were talking about, I guess my questions was too dumb for them. But if you want to know about batteries, this is your place!

The office tells you where the particular vehicles are that match the part you need. They give you a section # and Row # of where to find the vehicles to retrieve your part. Bring your tools and go and pull the part yourself. The bonus is that you also get all the screws, bolts, nuts, clips and other hardware as you remove the part. Invaluable to a mechanic.
