Oreillys appears more competing with NAPA and aligned most with repair facilities directly. Employees at this location are fine and helpful but you need to initiate the contact first. Several times walked thru and left without a single comment or "may I help you" .

The office tells you where the particular vehicles are that match the part you need. They give you a section # and Row # of where to find the vehicles to retrieve your part. Bring your tools and go and pull the part yourself. The bonus is that you also get all the screws, bolts, nuts, clips and other hardware as you remove the part. Invaluable to a mechanic.
