I call back and explain this, asking for a refund, and they pulled up the report which they admitted said nothing about my car being a symmetrical drive, and they refused. They cite that they advised me (because of wear) that I should have all four tires replaced but they SPECIFICALLY SAID THE SYMMETRICAL DRIVE ISSUE WAS NOT A CONCERN, WHICH IS WHY I ONLY GOT TWO TIRES BECAUSE THATS ALL I COULD AFFORD AT THE TIME AND THEY FAILED TO MENTION THAT WAS CATEGORICALLY UNSAFE FOR MY VEHICLE.
