I ordered an ABS module after confirming with Andrew Phillips that he had it in stock. However, two weeks passed without any shipment.  The only time I received an update was when I threatened to cancel the order, at which point he assured me it was about to ship.  Communication was virtually nonexistent otherwise.  Eventually I ordered another module from a different supplier and got the part in two days.  It took another week and three emails to secure a refund, however he kept 25% ($140) as a cancellation fee.  That in itself is ridiculous but at this point I'm just glad to be done with this situation.   In hindsight I should have listened to the warnings from others on Yelp and the BBB, where he holds an 'F' rating.  Learn from my experience and steer clear of him.  There are other sellers out there who still value customer service; you just need to find them. read more

Prior customer with this company. I purchased a ABS Control Module for a 2016 Ram 1500. This customer was a person who was at the time a soldier and was about to PCS to another station in 2 weeks. with limited time before the repair could be done I researched and found the part here. I ordered the part which was shipped out fast. after receiving the part had it installed. quality controlled road test for performance and all was perfect! this all happened within 3 days before the customer was to have his truck shipped out. This business sells garbage. We purchased one ECU and it was defective - made our Jeep run terrible. Contacted seller and he sent a second ECU unit and it had never been apart or rebuilt, just spray painted gray and shipped out to us. There was a screw broken off in the ear, showing this unit had never been apart, much less rebuilt. Sent units back to seller and FedEx tracking shows business signed for on 12-4-20. I have proof of delivery. Seller denies receiving the package and refuses to refund. I need a refund of the $327 plus the $35 return shipping fee. Don't ! Just don't waste your time with these people !! I sent them a module on Wednesday. They received it on Thursday. They didn't like me to call them and told me it will take 3 to 4 days to take a look at it. I called them next Tuesday and they told me they didn't have time to take a look at it but will do it next day. I called them next day and they told me they didn't have time to see it but they will do it next day. I called them next day early in the morning and they told me they will take a look at it in the next hour. I called them in the afternoon and they answered the phone with a very bad attitude telling me they don't work on a schedule, so they will fix it, if they can, whenever they can and whenever they want. I went to pick up my module after a week, of course, not fixed ! I wasted a week, not using a vehicle because they have no respect for customers. Don't let this happen to you ! Don't come here ! Buyer Beware! I purchased my Jeep Wrangler brand new in 2005. I had 16 years of trouble free ownership until this year when the computer (ECM/PCM) went. I called ACP who told me that they had the fix and order a unit from them in June 2021. I got the unit quickly and gave it to my mechanic who put it in and it didn't work. After going back and forth with my mechanic for a month to try and fix the problem, ACP told him to send the unit back, along with the OE Computer. Another month passes by and still no unit so I bought one from a different company (it works) and disputed the charge on my Credit Card for the ACP purchase. I lost the dispute and no not only am I out the money but have no units at all, the OE or the replacement one. I do not recommend this business. A complete waste of time and money. Liars and cheats offering snake oil. I sent my PCM in to be tested because 2 mechanic could not figure out what was causing a cylinder 8 misfire. They said everything mechanically checked out and all signs pointed to the either the computer or an electrical problem. They didn't have the equipment to test Dodge PCMs and the appointments at the dealer were 2 months out. I decided to get my PCM tested here and of course they said the PCM was bad. They said the coil drivers were good but the computer was not communicating whit the cylinder 8 driver. I ordered a PCM from them and in the mean time changed the coil packs and spark plugs to be safe. When I got the new PCM and plugged it in, I still had a cylinder 8 misfire. I called them up and they tried to give every excuse as to why I still had the same problem as before. Tried to blame me for "blowing up their computer". At this point I knew they were not going to give me my old computer back or my money. Now knowing my computer was not the issue I looked into the electrical system. My issue ended up being a broken signal wire on the cylinder 8 coil connector. It wasn't completely broken as I was sometimes getting a signal to the PCM connector but just enough to cause a misfire and to break easily when I removed the wire from the coil connector. After fixing the wire, my truck runs on all eight cylinders. This company is ran by thieves and I encourage all patrons to look elsewhere to test your PCMs/ECMs. They will tell you anything just to make a sale. read more

acp cost me a lot of money with no results 2014 chevy spark was diagnosed by mechanic as bad pcm took the pcm to acp they said the pcm was fine cost $100 had the car diagnosed again mechanic said bad pcm cost$100 acp checked pcm again was bad this time sold me one cost$300 installed new pcm no results had keys programed to new pcm no results cost$350 took the pcm back to acp they said they ordered the wrong pcm replaced it with another one with no results cost$200 plus a lot of aggravation gave up on acp had the car towed to electro auto cost$100 electro diagnosed the car bad pcm replaced pcm had the car back on the road in less than 2 days cost$900 tried to return bad pcm to acp they said it wasnt there policy bottom line is i spent over a month and over$1150 with acp with no results spent less than 2 days and$900 with electro and the car runs like new live and learn read more

Beware!!!!!!. Andrew said he would be able to get my PCM done in 3-4 days. It took over 3 weeks. I was told that I would get a call from him 7 times and did not. He described the repair, said he ordered parts, said he installed the parts, and tested it. But when it came it would not run at all. I had it tested and verified it is THE PCM IS NOT WORKING!!!!!. He charged me $544 and gave me nothing usable in return. I have attempted to contact him, left messages and have emailed, with no response. His communication is unprofessional. read more

Took my unlocked pcm to get a revin so I could use it with my car. Finally go to put it into my car to turn and it doesn't work at all ! I paid $200 for them to hold my pcm and call me 2 hours later to pick it up! Aweful. Have left several emails and voicemails. And now when Scott picks up he put me on hold and hung up the line ! TERRIBLE Service here. Will be getting an attorney involved on getting my money back if they do not want to cooperate with me as of right now it doesn't not look like it they still haven't messaged me back. I had a problem with my 1998Dodge Dakota 3.9 V6. It was on to the best of my knowledge its third computer. I found ACP online and,gave them a call. I spoke to Andrew and,he said bring the computer in,which I did,on a Friday, I called him on the followimg Wednesday and,he told me it was no good,but he had another one for me. I stopped by and picked up the new one,which looked nothing like the old one,which was totally rusted. While I was there they explained why my model and numerous others had the same issue and, that the computer he sold me was superior. I took it home and installed it and,with baited breath,fired her up, she started sharper than she ever has and, settled down to a smoother idle as well. I took her for a spin and,could not believe the improvement in performance and, this is with no other work being done. This was in early December and,she is running really well,I have two warning lights on the dash,letting me know that I need to replace my rear brakes,they are drums. I can only tell you that if you have any computer issues with your car,give Andrew and his guys a shout.I am going back to talk to him about the performance options available for my truck,based on how well its running,what more horse power might be available. read more

I'm at a complete loss at this point, these guys are just straight up liars and scammers, stay far away from this company. I purchased a refurbished ECU they'd sold through eBay, the first one they sent didn't work. The second did, but failed within the 1 year warranty. I contacted them, and was told to send in for repair. I did this, and a week after tracking showed it had arrived, contacted them to ensure they had received it and got no response. I tried contacting them multiple times over the course of a month through eBay and using the email given on their website. After over a month of trying to contact them with no responses, and my primary vehicle not running, I dropped $200 for an ECU from another company. My Google review then received a response, and I contacted them as instructed with my order information. I received a phone call, explained the situation, and was apologized to and promised a refund. After two weeks I still had no refund, and contacted them again. I was told it had been processed, and I should see it by the weekend. Over a week later, I still had not received a refund, so I contacted them again. I politely explained the situation, and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back, and was hung up on again. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Chris, I explained the situation, he told me that he could only give me half of what I'd originally paid (again, after I had already been promised a full refund, and told that it had been processed), then was offered store credit, which I refused because I'd already bought a replacement elsewhere after not having a car for a month. I was then placed on hold again, and told that I would be given a full refund if I assured them I would revise my negative Google review after receiving it, and to expect to see it show up on my PayPal account within a few minutes. So, thinking THREE MONTHS after all of this started maybe things will finally be resolved. Guess what... 2 days later, still no refund, they lied to me again. read more
