They are only doing curbside pickup that you hve to call to get your part but they will let you 10m on hold just to pickup

Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Support! Skip this store!…read more Visited this location today seeking help with an evaporative emission system part for my 2019 BMW X2. I provided the year, make, model, and fault code (P0446), along with the part name, but did not have the exact part number. The employee at the counter (young black American female) struggled with the spelling of "evaporative," repeatedly entering it incorrectly despite my attempts to clarify. When I politely pointed out the error, she became defensive and blamed me for not showing her my phone clearly enough (which I had already done). Her tone shifted from dismissive to confrontational. What made this worse: * No greeting when I entered the store * No acknowledgment or offer of assistance until I approached the counter myself * Became visibly irritated when I corrected her spelling mistake * Accused me of being unclear after I had already shown her the correct spelling multiple times. I left without the part. If you're going to work in customer service, basic courtesy and patience should be the baseline. AutoZone's competition will gladly earn my business if this is the standard here. What's even worse is customer service like this is one of the reasons companies would rather incorporate AI agents than hire people to interact with customers. This could have been an easy sale. I don't think it could get any easier, but to get an attitude, become frustrated, and then slick with me all because your computer can't find a part due to your spelling errors is insane. She needs training or find someone else. Highly recommend you skip this store.

Seemed well stocked. Appears to be popular. Shares a large parking lot just about block from a car…read morewash which makes immensely sensible if you need any car wash supplies ... like rags, buffers and waxes. Usually car accessories at expected prices.

All I can say is the environment was extremely HOSTILE. The assistant manager is totally unprofessional and just plain disgusting. I purchased an item that was defective-- wanted a refund/exchange (as stated by their policy on the back of my receipt)-- I was instantly met with no way of accommodating me for a totally busted item at your store. I go ahead to show the assistant manager that it is defective and claims that I messed up/ dirtying his store. And then aggressively grabs the defective product from my hands and would not let me speak. The assistant manager calls his store manager, who didn't even want to hear my side of the story. And instantly took the side of his employee, and who was extremely rude, might I say. I found myself pushed against the wall. The entire experience was just terrible. It's really upsetting that I had to go through this, and I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THIS-- I recommend Pep Boys, AutoZone. Hell, even the gas station is better than this place. When it comes to auto supply stores you'd think an auto being an auto all supply places would be…read morepretty much the same, but in that assumption you'd be wrong. There are those that are junkie, more dedicated to the trailer trash warriors carrying a lot of novelty crap like the dancing hula girl to hang from your review mirror, the bikini girl emblazoned mud flaps and rebel flag license plates. There are also those more like warehouses than stores dedicated to the auto repair industry with all their clerks busy on the phone taking orders destined for immediate pick or delivery having little time or concern for a customer only making single item purchase. Then, there are places, but not many of them, like Bennett Auto Supply on North Dixie Highway which is clean, neat, orderly, well organized, has just about everything you may ever need. Matter of fact, I buy items for my boat as those items are often the same but less than half the price charged by the marinas or marine supply outlets. The best part of this store however is, and the reason I'm a Four Star fan, is their customer service. Every time I've ever been in here, and I've been here a lot, they have always had time for me, have always been helpful and have always been able to provide me with knowledgeable as well as competent advice.

I live in Boca Raton, i drive from Glades Road to this location cause i feel the quality of parts…read moreis there. But i have to say their customer service is terrible. If you call your always placed on hold you can never figure out what they say before your placed on hold cause most times their busy inside and are frustrated by picking up the phone period. Then when u get a guy on the phone they rush you and their patients is thin. Today i called and waited for 10 mins before i was helped, i didn't even know if i called the right place cause the person whom answered the phone wasn't clear at all. When i did speak to a person there whom name was Neil, i gave him the info he needed, he asked me a question but i didn't know if he was speaking to me or a customer inside i hesitated to reply and then it happened, Neil decided to scream. I asked him why he was screaming and he replied because i didn't answer him.. I have never been screamed at by any customer service in my life. when i asked for a manager he said call back in the morning. i asked for a name he said ask for kenneth. i tried calling back not believing their wasnt a manage on duty when i called and asked the managers name was Neil.. Go figure same guy that screamed at me. with this said i went to auto zone and bought the parts i needed. Great ROI Neil!!!
