I purchased a ABS motor for my 2007 Lexus GX470... the guys at WPE were very helpful and made sure…read moreI viewed the videos they posted for replacing the motor and how to properly bleed the system after installation. The good news is that the motor was able to be installed very comfortably without any issues, the bad news is that upon installation, the screeching was the same. My Mechanic that has worked on my cars for years was put on the phone to discuss this with the WPE tech.... then the new motor burnt out.... WPE said it was my Mechanic's fault, my Mechanic said he didn't know what the problem was other than a bad motor or the Accumulator that was the problem. WPE gave me 2 options, one was to send the motor back and they would assess if it was a manufacturing issue and if so they would refund 100% OR I could agree to a 25% discount and get rid of the motor. I didn't want to argue further about this and I must way that the guys I spoke with on the phone at WPE were professional and I am pleased with the solution. The really bad news is that I made a mistake taking the gamble with this part and it cost me a little over $600 in shop costs and the WPE refund discount dealing with this and now I've purchased a new Lexus complete master cylinder. In summary, I think WPE is a good firm, just don't think the parts you buy will solve your problem and don't count on a tech in FL being able to help in California.

I'm tired of doing that dance for four months. I saw that was also the same complaint for someone else that they damage the car and don't give a damn about fixing it so use them at your own risk. After a frustrating visit to Jiffy Lube that left my oil pressure light flashing -- something that…read morehad never happened before -- I knew I needed a second opinion. By chance, I drove past a place called Eurauto Solution and decided to stop in. That decision turned out to be one of the best I've made for my car. I spoke with technicians Mike and Miki, and within minutes of explaining the issue, they mentioned they had just helped another customer with the same exact problem -- also after visiting a Jiffy Lube. That was my first red flag. They ran a thorough diagnostic and confirmed that the oil pressure warning wasn't just a faulty sensor -- it was a real issue. The oil filter installed by Jiffy Lube was poor quality, and they suspected it was part of a recycled oil system that can break down under heat, especially in foreign or performance vehicles like mine. Mike and Miki didn't just fix the problem -- they took the time to explain everything clearly. They replaced the filter, reset the system, and most impressively, they didn't charge me a dime. Their transparency, professionalism, and genuine care for my vehicle blew me away. Since then, no warning lights, no issues -- just smooth driving. If you own a European or high-performance vehicle, do not take it to a quick-service chain like Jiffy Lube. Based on my experience, their lack of training and use of cheap parts can cause more harm than good. Instead, go somewhere like Eurauto Solution -- a shop that knows what they're doing and treats you with the respect and honesty every customer deserves. I will forever bring my car here.

I have Audi Q3 and drove from west coast of Florida to Fort Lauderdale to get away from hurricane Milton when my AC broke. I didn't know anyone in Fort Lauderdale, but I could not leave the AC as is because the car was getting really foggy and it was supposed to rain so I couldn't count on opening windows. I was already stressed about the hurricane and with car troubles everything felt overwhelming. I called Eurautosolution and they put me at ease. They checked my car, ordered necessary parts and were very good with communicating and giving me updates about the repairs. They even sent me a picture of the issue. My car had to stay at the shop overnight, however they helped me with getting to and from the hotel as well. All those little things are super important when you are in a city you don't know. My car was all fixed when promised and AC works as it should be. Thank you Miki and the team!
