I was at the yard today and pulled two dash clocks. When it came time to pay they said $43.00. I ask them why and he said they were tachometers. They were clearly clocks and some one else looked at them and said that one was a clock and the other was a Tachometer (Which I can't believe they can't tell the difference). So i said I'll take the one you said is a clock and forget about the other clock. So he said $43.00 but I told him I only want the one you admit is a clock he still said $43.00. Meanwhile your published price list shows a clock at $7.87. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this place with you people as the new owners. 0/10 I strongly do NOT recommend... On Saturday Sept. 27, they charged my card again twice (over $200 each) when they weren't supposed to do that. So when I asked the guy working at the counter why he did that, he said 'oh the charge is going to be refunded but right now it says pending'. Fast forward 3 days later both transactions posted to my account. On Wednesday Oct 1, I called them and asked how long it takes for my refund of the second transaction and they said 7 business days. So now it's over 7 business days and nothing. Today Oct. 7, I came back to here at 10:35am. After I explained the situation to another guy at the counter. This other manager I was immediately told that 'I have to wait for the other manager who's out in the yard to finish whatever he was doing' . So I waited for over 40 mins for the other manager to tell me that "They do not do refunds. That I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because their 'system' won't let them refund my money. For a company to accept cash and card payments daily and so easily yet to have shady operations on refunding STOLEN money back on a card is INSANE. I am a struggling single mother of a toddler son on the spectrum who receives minimal to no help and works a minimum wage job. No one has $210.97 to waste like that. I pray karma is swift and just for this business. For the long and huge inconsiderate inconvenience they have put me through, I will be filing several complaints and will tell my experience on many platforms especially the FTC, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, State General Attorney's Office, Help Me Howard and much more . No wonder why they are NOT an accredited business on the BBB. If I can help deter this business from stealing from another tax paying citizen I will continue to do it. Lesson learned. read more

I'm very satisfied , I got some headlamps that are 750 each on eBay, I paid 120 for both, parts are cheap just depends and what u get and if you apply warranty on them, people complain and talk BS this place is still great at least now u can wash your hands. Lkq was trash, you pull it is fair ,also hope that soon you can add the all you can carry deal ,looking forward to it , I was looking for a hood on eBay was 900, regular junk yard 600 .. you pull it 85.00 how can you go wrong. Listen I don't make reviews at all but this junkyard got fair prices and won't breaks the bank and they offer warranty and the staff is friendly and overall good atmosphere and they don't rob you if you need a cart like some junkyards charge you for it and the prices online like the total are exactly what you pay in Person and to get into the junk yard is $3.00 for admission and the wheelsbarrow is free all you gotta do is just give them your license and you can get a wheelbarrow or cart for free no additional charge which Is nix and they Also have the cars organized vs some junkyard where you gotta find the vehicle and over all I recommend This junk yard if you are looking for parts for your vehicle and a place that won't make you go broke with getting stuff for your car 5 Stars from me read more

4/23/16- I was looking for a Jeep Liberty door frame and the mechanic at the Jeep Hollywood dealership gave me the name of this place. Not very far from the dealership where my car was being serviced I decided to venture. ***Please note, if you have never been to a junk yard, like me, please bring closed toe shoes and your own tools. It was $2.00 per person to get in. You sign your name in a sheet and of you go looking for treasures. I did not find what I was looking for unfortunately but I have to say all the cars are labeled and they have a map which makes it easy to find whatever it is you are looking for. It used to be the place to find good stuff. Now its too packed, and well known. Cars are picked dry of the good, rare parts, or have the stuff you wanted broken because of the last guy to pull parts from it didnt know how to do it the right way, or didnt care. There is also no water fountain. So youre gunna sweat bullets. And the bathrooms there are dirty porta potties that are baking in the heat. Plus the parking sucks. Its too small for the amount of people that come there. Another bad thing is that you pay for a wheel barrel, when most other places its free. And they dont fill in the low spots that got deep puddles with gravel. So its full of mud and impassable rows. The final thing that sucks is that you have to make the line to buy admission ($2) with the people buying parts. So its a long wait. read more

The new owners have removed the vehicle inventory from the website even though their PBX auto-attendant (I tried to call them) still touts the "complete auto inventory on our website" and they also went and replaced all the website links with click-bait advertising links. Weak. They do not answer their phones "there is no one in the office to answer your call" on the Sales line at 1:30 in the afternoon). So weak . . . Ever since I discovered this place I keep coming back. It has nearly every part for nearly car of the Late 90s and back, sometimes even newer cars. You bring your own tools and pay $2 entrance fee. Parts are very cheap and have rows and rows of cars to choose from. They restock on cars in the middle of the week. This place is a must if you have a 90s car. 5 stars read more

It was my first time at any type of junk yard or u pull it. No, the woman up front wasn't too friendly or helpful. She asked what kind of car I have, I said 2000 Honda Accord. She pointed me vaguely in the direction of foreign cars. She said good luck if we even have it. I had done some research before I went, I packed a cooler with drinks and snacks. I put work gloves and a flashlight in my toolbox. Be prepared to rent a wheel barrel for $1. I went online to their inventory. I looked up my car in their database. My car model and body is the same for 4 years. I saw about 3 cars that were put in their inventory in this month for each model year of my car. Each I wrote the row and color so I could easily find them. I walked to those rows and was able to get most of the parts I needed. read more

Went there looking for rims, with how the place's set up, there's no one easily accessible to answer questions of a novice like me. There's just a lady in a booth collecting the $3 entry fee to the yard; this is the closest you get to any type of assistance. With the long line of people waiting access to the yard, she hardly had time to answer my questions nor provide appropriate assistance. Being that this is an outside business, customers can be exposed to rain as well as intense heat in the summer and cold in the winter, if there were someone available, that would make this experience a far more pleasant and simple one. I wanted to know if there were rims already pulled off, batteries are. Not everyone will need to enter the yard and that's is supposed to be the role of customer service and at this point you are out of gas. I did better with the guys fixing cars in the parking lot. They suggested that I go next door to M&L Auto Wrecking. Got excellent over-the-top customer service there and the rims I needed, way to go M&L!!!! read more

I looked around the whole yard and couldn't locate it. I went to the cashier to ask who I can speak to about finding a car I didn't see out there. This scrawny dude with a terrible attitude basically asked me "are you buying anything?, then I can't help you" and I asked nicely to see about the car and he said he "didn't know" I simply replied "you work here and you don't know?" This yard is acceptable. There is a good and diverse selection of cars to pull from, but it is rather dirty and unkempt, even by junkyard standards. There is a lot of debris in the small lakes that pass for "aisles". I'm hardly afraid of puddles, but some of these were deep enough to swallow a foot and a wheelbarrow. Speaking of wheelbarrows, you have to pay for them at this location in addition to your 2.00 admission, so bring cash for every little thing here because they nickel and dime you. I did not see any other equipment for rent, though I wasn't looking for large parts either. Staff seemed bored and terse though if I had to deal with their usual clientele all day I might feel that way as well. unlike other yards I've been to, U Pull It seemed to be the home of the shady characters and not the car guys. (at least when I was there) I had to keep a close eye on my tool box as at least one other patron "casually" passed me several times stopping to eyeball my open toolbox as I was working on a vehicle. This place is great. When my son was younger we would just go there and I would let him learn to take stuff of cars. The $2 we paid was well worth the lesson for him. I don't write reviews very often but when I feel something is important to share then I will. This yard is a hit or miss just like any other but they offer a "return policy within 30 days with receipt" ....which is a lie. be careful if you are planning to buy something with a chance of returning it. I had the proper marking, proper receipt and even had the sales rep admit he sold me the item. they refused to give me my money back because I could not identify the person who marked my item( believe it). so next time you go... take pictures of everyone you talk to incase you plan on returning anything so when you go back 2 weeks later you can identify the person who was holding a blue pen that marked your item while you talked to the cashier seeing if they will accept returns. read more

I pull out a rusty 1995 subaru impreza Harmonic Balancer ..and ask the guy at front how much for that..he ask for $35 wtf? on you pull it page it's only $19.99 ..and on ebay it's $35 new free shipping or in aluminum for $47.99 new..What's wrong with these people, they have the metal buck empty, for spare parts at the register, I guess they are just using us to pull out their parts and sell them in the store that is located in the front!!! Please don't go there unless you need a part that is very rare and hard to find, just help the community and don't give them more money. Also, it's a very dirty place, full of mosquitos and rat poop which you have to be careful not to get infected by rat urine. I's very muddy and puddles of dirty water everywhere.
