At first things were great. Calls and texts returned. Then said an appraiser would come but on said day I was told they are short staffed and definitely the following day. Since I had not heard from them I called and texted just to be met with nothing. All I ever ask for is, be honest. My experience were not that good as they promised, firs i sent the appraisal and pictures of the car the day before about 7pm they say in their website an answer will be provided in 30 min , they never called me back so I thought maybe is late I'l wait , went there next day , they haven't checked what I sent so I give the lady de documents and she checked the car after 30 min she comes back and offered $200 more dollars so we decided to bring the car later to finished the deal, We returned afternoon the first lady wasn't there but 2 more lady's were at the office, after each one checked and ride around testing the car for almost an hour when they said it wouldn't be more than 5-10 Minutes they got mad on me because I'd checked in sunbiz for they company to know if it is ok because I never heard of them, so the Called her manager and about of nowhere they tell us we don't qualified to sell them our vehicle. it Only wasted our time and bad for them after that someone's else give us an offer even better and with faster and professional service. THE AGGRAVATION IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! I sold my car today and I wish I had simply gone to Carmax. The staff was the most rude, not knowledgeable, aggressive and disrespectful I have ever seen at a business. There were only 4 very young girls at the office (maybe 20 years old), all of them glued to their phones, they would not even look at your face when talking to you. One of them, Camila ( by far the worst), even threw my car keys back after I challenged the need of a letter from Acura saying I had paid off the lease, they told me to call Acura and I told them that they could call if they wanted to that I knew I had paid off my car and I owned it as the Title proved it. Camila said I had to do whatever her manager said, to which I disagreed. She told me I was a grown ass man acting like a 13 year old. I said we don't have to do the deal, as I did not have time for this, then they insinuated I was trying to pull a scam!! I finally talked to the manager on the phone and she was the first person to mention that I needed to have the title for more than 30 days and she was trying to cover her back with more documentation. I also told her we did not need to do the deal that I was not a scammer, 5 minutes later she said it was ok to buy my car. They also only gave me $350 over the carmax. Long story short, I feel the bad experience was not worth $350, I regret selling them my car. On the other hand, the people at Carmax were extremely nice and professional. So if you are an old man like me ( I am 42) and like to be treated with respect just go to carmax and sell it to them as you must have already gone there to show these disrespectful kids that appraisal. We first went to car max and the across the street there they we flashing there sign ( actually was a guy in a shirt) we were in Doral location. The owner Jim was so nice he offered us a few hundred more than Car Max no brainer few hundred more is better than what Car Max offered, he was so pleasant and did all the paper work and we walk out with a check in hand. Definitely recommend them. I like supporting a small business vs a big company like Car Max. I would go back for sure. read more

Don't waste your time. I had an extra car so called these people after seeing the yelp reviews and figured it was easier if they could come to my house. They told me that no one could come for 2 days but would call me back with a ballpark price. The ballpark price was extremely low so I brought it out to carmax and they offered me 2 thousand dollars more than the highest range in these people's ballpark price. After I told them this they asked me to send them the paperwork for the offer from carmax because they can probably pay a couple of hundred dollars more and once I did I heard nothing back. I even tried to contact them and no response. Don't waste your time these people are unprofessional and definitely do not pay more. read more

These people are very dishonest and would not recommend anybody to do business with them. They sold me a car knowing it had a bad transmission and said it was only the brakes. I took the car back and got my money back after getting a diagnostic but had to go through so much hassle and did not give me the money I spent on the vehicle which I only had for 2 days. What a diamond in the rough of the shady auto sales world. I called Jim after first contacting someone else who a friend had recommended. This other guy was so sketchy (reduced his offer after realizing it was much higher than Carmax) that I decided I would rather sell my car to Carmax, even though this other guy was still offering a bit more than they were. Just before going back to Carmax, I called Jim. He offered me more than a shady guy, and even more importantly, was a pleasure to do business with. Once we decided to sell the car to him, he brought cash and picked up the car from our house while my wife was home alone, and I had zero concerns about doing that. Would give zero stars if possible. I overpaid for an 07 sti. I had the car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase as well with terrible results. On arrival of the car to Colorado, I was suprisped to see that the car was crashed, core support tweaked, all front body panels out of alignment, the entire car was repainted, motor tested 115psi which is about 30-40 psi low, cooling system was FILLED with headgasket sealant to hide a blown headgasket, turbo was blown and burning over 1 quart every 500 miles, brakes were pad slapped, wrong hardware in calipers, injectors leaking fuel, power steering pump leaking, throw out bearing making noise, rear differential whines while backing up to the point of physically slowing the car down. Absolutely repulsed by the condition of this car. This car was NOT what was described to me prior to purchase. The "mechanic" said all it needed was front axles and that was it. They sold me the biggest piece of crap possible. Literally nothing on the car worked the way it was supposed to and they didn't mind taking my money from me and screwing me. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!! You buy a car from these people that's on you, you have been warned. They give small dealers a TERRIBLE name.
