The guys at Prime Auto treated me with respect and courtesy and went above and beyond what I expected. Their lot is a little hidden, but once I actually found it I was really impressed with the entire operation. First of all, and I know this is silly, the cars actually look like their pictures!!! I wasted weeks going to other dealers lured in by cars that were not even close to how they were described. At Prime, I liked that they let me take the car I ended up buying to my own mechanic to get it checked out, even though it was kind of far away. Overall, I feel that they represented their vehicles fairly and were willing to work with me on the financial side too. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this hidden gem :)

Let the car cool down and check it... NO OIL IN THE TANK! We are stranded at home all weekend with a baby under 1! Monday comes we tow the car over They say it was a faulty O ring. But now all of a sudden a new issue is happening An active coolant leak... they tell us they will fix this leak and it's gonna cost $1000. I come and tell them I don't want the work done just take the car down. We refuse stating the parts have been removed already. I WISH I HAD TAKEN THE CAR RIGHT THEN! Came back for my car at 4pm got the price down to $500 as that's all I had... left the shop being assured the issue was fixed. Drive down the street and the entire coolant reservoir emptied. It's 5pm and we are stuck down the road. I call the owner. He tells us to drive it back to the shop... no offer to help or meet us. We end up towing it to VW realizing this place is a total scam! What they did cost me $4000 to fix! DONT BRING YOUR NEWER CARS HERE! They don't have the proper stuff to bleed lines and run diagnostics on newer "euro cars" Just spend the extra money and get it fixed with the dealer who actually knows what they're doing!

Disappointed & Cautioning Others - Think Twice Before Choosing Crash Champions…read more I was referred to Crash Champions by State Farm in August 2024 to repair my bumper and address issues stemming from an accident. While the bodywork looked great initially, that's unfortunately where the good experience ended. They replaced my A/C compressor with a refurbished one, and immediately the A/C began acting up. I brought the car back twice, and after much back and forth and them denying originally hearing the odd noises my car was making, they agreed to order a new compressor. I didn't want to be a hassle, so I patiently waited five months for the new one to come in. But once it was finally installed, the A/C was ten times worse than before. Crash Champions told me they didn't know what was wrong and suggested I take it to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed the issue in minutes -- the compressor had no Freon at all. Either it was never charged properly, or they failed to notice it had none. This cost me $468 out of pocket for something that absolutely should have been caught and resolved by Crash Champions in the first place. I've since provided them with the dealer's bill and am currently waiting to see how they plan to handle this. But that's not all -- I also noticed, upon originally picking up my car, that my driver's door now makes a loud creaking noise that wasn't there before I handed them my car in August. They, of course, denied any responsibility, but I know my car, and it was never like that prior. While the front desk staff is very polite, the reality is this: Crash Champions is a body shop -- and not a very thorough one beyond that. They're not equipped to handle issues that go beyond body repairs, despite being the place State Farm referred me to for a comprehensive repair. If you're considering Crash Champions, be warned: your car may not be cared for with the attention and skill you'd expect. What should have been a straightforward insurance repair turned into a months-long hassle, and I'm still cleaning up the mess.
