Bought a 2017 F-250 here on July 26, 2025. Traded in my F-150…read more The truck left me stranded TWICE within the first month due to the well-known 6.7 Powerstroke fuel pump relay failure -- a common issue any dealer selling these trucks should catch. Had to fix it myself. No help from the dealership. On top of that, they waited almost a month to mail the payoff check on my trade-in, costing me an extra car payment on a truck I didn't even have anymore. Charged me $140 to register the vehicle, then took almost two months to actually do it. And the cherry on top -- they never reported the trade-in to the state, so Florida DHSMV suspended my license on September 9th because it looked like I had an uninsured vehicle. I'm now dealing with proving to the state that I had insurance this whole time -- all because this dealership can't handle basic paperwork or be bothered to inspect their inventory. I offered to let it all go if they'd waive the $140 reg fee. They said no. Save yourself the trouble. Go anywhere else.

I was hoping not to resort to a bad review. I bought my car less than 30 days ago. I live 2.5 hours…read moreaway from the dealership. Three times now it has gone back to the dealership to be fixed. First, no coolant. Drove home to Orlando and had to pull over car and get a hotel for the night as the car was not driveable (dash lit up and car misfiring/shaking badly). They towed the car back for me, which was nice but it was also the least they could do. This left me without a car for a week where I then had to rent a car to go pick up my car. If I had been provided a loaner, the repair time wouldn't matter to me but I was home for 7 days with no car and each day they kept saying, "tomorrow" only for each day to pass and they were not able to find a tow. Everyday. So I had to rent a car and go down to pick it up. They reimbursed me for the cost of the rental but not the fuel is takes to get there. Now I got my car back and I was thrilled and 24 hours later the check engine light comes on. So I brought it back. Another 4 days they had it and I was stuck in Fort Lauderdale at a friends house because I was not renting a car again and was also not provided a timeline or loaner car. It was fixed for 24 hours and then the light came back on. I took it back to them a third time and they "fixed" it again. This time, THEY are growing frustrated at ME telling me, "it is a used car..." like I'm not an idiot. It's my third Benz in ten years and no issues like this ever before. The only idiot choice is choosing to do business here after years of not being taken advantage of just for it to happen this late in life. Now I was happy because they took care of it (even tho it took three tries in three weeks) but now the check is engine light is back on AGAIN with misfiring. They do not answer the phone and I honestly just wish I could return the car. I would highly advise against this. They treat you like you're buying a cheap version of the luxury vehicle you want. The cars are not cheaper at u drive motors than they are at Mercedes and yet, they are acting like they did ME a favor. I've tried to call and text since then to see if they'll tow it to return it but I've been ignored so here I am. My lawyers will be in touch. Taking the car to get fixed elsewhere out of pocket. All within the first 30 days. Beware.

Excellent and very informative much better faster and offer you much more for your car than CarMax…read more They explained to me that my payoff as I saw it was not my payoff if they purchased it for me it would be less as they didn't have to include taxes etc. I thought my payoff was $18k and once they logged into my finance company it was actually $16,7 They offered me $16,4 so I only had to come out of pocket $300 to get rid of a car. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. So thanks to Car Drop educating me on my options I walked away winking. . I highly recommend them.

Final Update: Your response doesn't change my experience…read more The same vehicle that you described as having "thousands of dollars" in undisclosed issues was later inspected by CarMax, which offered me $4,500. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. Readers can review both sides, compare the facts, and decide for themselves.
