Now, on Feb 8th, we promised to return the purchased car for our family trip, which we needed it for. Now been told we are to be let down once again, and we have to, at our expense, get another rental car. Daniel Bendjouia assured me he test-drove the car before it was sold, which is an outright lie, as you cannot park/turn the car. 4 weeks of poor communication and no response or excuse as to why they could not deliver the car when advised they would. This review is for 11/22/22 Everything went smoothly and efficiently here today while unloading. We unloaded and the cars were inspected in a timely manner and we were off to our next pickup. The only complaint I have with this location is you have to park on Biscayne and it's a VERY busy street. Today we had two drivers dropping off cars and the other driver had to park on the opposite side of the street and block traffic. There aren't many places that house as many exotics as what you'll see here on the showroom floor; where else would you see a Porsche 918, next to a Mclaren P1, I mean 2 Mclaren P1s, next to a LaFerrari, next to an extremely rare Maseratti MC12 Corsa, next to a Pagani...it's like you're dreaming, to wake up to see all these automobiles/works of art right in front of you. The building they're in used to be Walgreens, but they turned it into a grown man's play ground for your eyes right next to their original location, Prestige Imports that houses mostly Lamborghinis and their shop. Upon entering, the young lady behind the welcome desk was super friendly, and we were even approached by a salesman to see if we needed any assistance, so don't feel embarrased if you don't have an AMEX Centurion Card; they'll still provide really friendly service for you! I brought my Lotus in for servicing recently and had high expectations of customer service based on who they were. After I picked up my car after having it serviced, I drove it to Boca and noticed the engine light was staying on as I began to head back to Miami later that day. I pulled over to call them and the mechanic suggested that I have the car towed in. I suggested that they should absorb the cost of my transportation back home. They flat out refused. Keep in mind that just having to make arrangements to make it back home from Boca to Miami during rush hour was a huge inconvenience on it's own and will take much longer once you add having your car towed via Flatbed. In my opinion, they should absorb the cost just out of principle. I was not calling them because I was lonely, needed a friend to talk to or to make small talk. The only reason we were even having the conversation was that they worked on my car and the engine light was on shortly after I picked it up. After arguing this point with the service manager, who confirmed it with his district manager (or whoever was at the next higher level), they agreed that if they would pay to cover my cost of making it back home only if I traveled an extra 20 minutes each way after the car was taken back to the shop. For crying out loud, you would think that I was asking the service manager to donate a kidney the way he acted. On top of that, the tow truck they had called was leaving from South Beach at rush hour to tow my car from Boca back to North Miami. Do the math on how long that would take. Keep in mind, this was a matter of principle for me and the least they could do in my opinion. I just dealt with it on my own, but was not happy that they were giving me such a hard time about it. As it is, I did not get home until after midnight. In the end, it showed me that this is not a group that stands behind their work. I was happy with the work they did. The car runs great and the engine light eventually went off after a few days. They were also very clear to let me know that the engine light coming on after they did work on my engine was just a coincidence. I would hate to consider what a nightmare it would be to work with them if the problem were more serious. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place at all. If you want to go there, look at their amazing cars one day, but do not bring yours there for service or repairs. read more

This place is incredible! My son is obsessed with super cars in particular the Lamborghini Aventador. The sales reps were SO friendly. They let us walk around the showroom and conversed with us about each car. They even let my boys sit in a gold Lamborghini Aventador SV! It was a dream come true.
