Walk-in service was alot quicker than if you had an appointment. David was my service agent and he was very helpful. Ordered me an Uber right away and assisted me with my things. He was also able to use my coupon with no issues. (Normally they give me issues, but he didn't.)

Love this dealer. This was one of the best car by g experiences I've had. I walked in with a car in mind and they sold it as my butt hit the seat. However my salesman found an alternative. He made sure I was happy and made my experience great. Definitely recommend Vera Cadillac. They don't have all the fees some of the other dealers have and they wk give you a deal.

The level of attention and care we received was outstanding. Our salesman, Alain Espinosa, went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process and ensured we always felt supported. He was patient, thorough, and made sure we understood every detail. My partner and I have visited many dealerships over the years, but this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we've ever had, all thanks to Alain.

Great Price. Nice salesmen and managers. They all worked hard to get me an amazing deal, and also went above and beyond. Ask for Kamel or Eddie my sales guys. Jose and Giuseppe the managers went the extra mile to make sure I was set up right in my beautiful Electric Lyric!

After 3 months my car was returned to me worse than how it was dropped off. Extremely disappointed with the work that was done to my car (or lack of).

I have a 2019 Buick Encore Sport Touring, but came in today to test drive a new Cadillac because they're offering a choice of a $75 Visa card, Amazon card or Nordstrom gift card just for stopping by. You must sign up at their Facebook page, fb://photo/10158796833959851?set=a.325049809850 or their website, www.veracadillac.com to register. It was easy to do! The staff at the dealership was friendly, no pressure, but a few reasonable questions were asked. I presented my test drive certificate and drove a 2021 Cadillac XT-4 Sport. It was awesome....and $47,000!. Today is Saturday and they said they would email me my $75 Visa card. It was well worth the trip and the $75 will go towards a nice dinner I can Yelp about!

I am very grateful to Vera Cadillac Buick GMC Manager Richard Gonzalez and my salesman Hodari Bazemore This is my 5th Cadillac and 4th dealership I have purchased from and when it comes to Cadillac I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! They treated the best, didn't charge me over sticker as they promised and even paid me 5k more than the other dealership offered for my trade.

The Shocking Revelation Ninety minutes into this grand journey, a mechanic, good guy really, sat down with me. Together, we cracked the code. It turns out the port is structurally flawed and fundamentally unfixable. Even better? The entire global Nissan empire already knew this. They simply chose to keep it a thrilling secret so I could enjoy stale coffee in the eye watering pungency of a diffuser's petroleum based 'scent.' I believe it is "Ode to Cage Bottom." Exquisite Customer Care When I mused, why was this known truth was fleeting, I was instructed to go wait in the lounge. This directive was delivered with the delicate, condescending tone usually reserved for toddler reprimands. Old, nice people get treated accordingly. The Magic Disappearing Act I sat. I waited... I did share this sojourn with other elderly, delightful detainees passing the little time we have left together sharing the angst, confusion and frustration of the Nissan's money milking apparatus. Another hour passed. When I finally, politely inquired about the vehicle, the staff casually explained they had "sent it to be washed." Very bad for my $300, recently applied, ceramic coating. My car was completely missing in action for nearly three hours. I cannot prove the service advisors took it on a high-speed, Ferris Bueller-style joyride through the city, but the drastic drop in my MPG, crumbs in the center console and shampoo scent on the floor mats speaks volumes. Like my ballot, I know this review will be lost in the sea of fake reviews but I feel better :) Have a great day!

I was initially promised a 2-3 day look-around, a rental call, and a total process of about two weeks. After a week of silence and unreturned calls, I went in person. That's when I found out my initial contact was 'out sick,' and another tech essentially told me I'd been lied to. It was back to the infuriating 'leave your truck for six weeks, no rental' story. Despite a promise to 'expedite' things due to the inconvenience and a callback by end of day, it's now been another week with zero communication, no updates, and no returned calls. My truck is still with them, and I'm still car-less. This dealership has shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic customer care. Their actions are appalling, and I urge everyone to save themselves the headache and go elsewhere." For the record , I didn't by my truck there because they were charging me $20000 over ticket price because they said there was a chip shortage, so "supply and demand" was what they told me . I went to A ford in Miami and bought the same Truck for $500 UNDER sticker price , so not only the dealership lost my business , the service department now did too .

It seemed like there were more reps than cars, Art however went the extra mile and met us at our car as soon as we showed up so we weren't fought over by salesmen. If the facility was bigger and less crowded, I might have considered giving a 5 star and for me that's saying a lot being a car dealership. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend working with Art if you're in the market for a new vehicle--his customer service is top tier. Just be prepared for a busy showroom environment. Still, the pros (mainly Art) greatly outweighed the cons for us.

At one point, something actually got wedged between the steering wheel and the seat while I was driving, and I almost crashed. That alone was terrifying. The number of recalls has also been insane. It feels like the vehicle is constantly being called back for another problem. I honestly don't understand how anyone would buy a Kia Telluride, especially the Prestige model. It feels like it's held together with glue and duct tape. This has easily been one of the worst vehicle experiences I've ever had. Between the reliability issues and the frustration with service, I would never purchase another Kia again and definitely not from this dealership. Never again.

It's interesting to actually visualize the ramp up in the power with a new battery. The car starts faster, and the key fob works more quickly, etc. Anyway, I was fortunate to have the battery for 5 plus years. It served me well. Thank you Karen. It's always a pleasure to see you. It was annoying to say the least, as I don't live near the beach and don't use any corrosive products when washing. It made the car look bad, as I keep it in pristine condition. Upon arrival, Conroy Nicholas, Operations Mgr. greeted me at Valet and was a really nice man. Then, I met Mark Nichols, Assistant Service Mgr., and he surveyed the problem and discussed it with Israel Vasquez, his Service Advisor, and they said they could remedy the problem the same day. So, my initial phone conversation with Les was back in October 2016, when he was test driving an M4 in Homestead. He was very cordial and I explained that I wanted a 2017 330i, which was not available for a month or two. We agreed to meet at a later date, when the new cars arrived. Although I lived approx. 30 miles away, it was well worth the trip. When I first met Les on Nov. 1, 2016, he was so affable and I could tell he had a passion for selling BMW's and working with his clients. He showed me the new 2017 330i vehicles and we discussed facts and figures and I felt at ease with Les, as he was a regular guy. Since there were options that I did not want, we ordered the car and it arrived a few days ago. When I came to pick up the car, Les was there to greet me. We finalized all the details, and then he introduced me to Mara, the Finance Manager. She could not have been nicer and reviewed all the necessary papers and some additional options. Finally, the Genius team of Javier and Quan showed me all the new bells and whistles. They were two great guys. Terrific customer service has always been paramount with me. Les and his team made the whole process of leasing a pleasure that worked seamlessly from start to finish.
