I googled each one and chose this one based on their reviews on both Yelp and Google. To be honest, I did not believe they could be THAT good, because so often I have found that when dealing with anything car-related (tires, mechanics, body shops...) there is always some sort of negative experience. Boy, was I wrong. From Gabriel, who greeted me at the desk, to Barton and Reggie who turned in my car to me, to Henry, who called to keep me posted on process...everyone was flawless. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was obvious from the beginning that they really prided themselves in customer service. The work was done quickly and perfectly...and I could not believe this...but they painted the front driver door even though it was not part of the accident, but it was a different shade of red. When we had bought the car used, it came like that, and although it was subtle, we were very unhappy about it. I never even mentioned it to them, but they told me they noticed it when they repainted the back door and bumper and did it as a favor and to be helpful. They even gave me a bottle of extra paint for touch ups. If that does not tell you the kind of service these guys provide...! Every shop should follow their example. Many people don't know you don't have to give them your car if it's declared totaled. You can keep the money and the car but they'll report your title as a rebuild to the state. After you fix your car you pay for an inspection so it's deemed road worthy again and then you can drive your car again. But the minute the state declares your title to be a rebuild you cannot drive your car until you pass the inspection, the whole process takes about 45 days. Being I only have one car at the moment, I declined the money, but I will get the money from medical if you know what I mean. The damage wasn't bad, the DeVry grad just knocked off my bumper, bent in the frame causing both quarter panels to be bent in disarray. Anyway I found this place indirectly, the first place I chose had stellar reviews seemed like a scam, they wouldn't tell me a quote without me leaving my car with an appointment. The second place did not have a machine to pull out my frame. So I decided to drive around being the area was full of mechanic shops and body shops. That's when I found Isaacs. I told Isaac what I wanted to do which was to pull out the frame and re-attach the bumper. I didn't want to do body work on the quarter panels as they usually pop back into form once the frame is pulled out. He looked over the car, informed me of some technical information and gave me a unbeatable price, and said it would be ready in 3 days. When I picked up the car 3 days later I was truly impressed at the work that was done. The cars frame seemed to be perfectly pulled out, the bumper was perfectly aligned with the quarter panels and only one quarter panel needed to be sanded down and painted, but was in perfect form. He also gave me an excellent quote for painting the quarter panel, but I didn't want to paint it at the moment.
