We did all the paperwork and agreed I was going to pickup the car the next Friday April 24. After everything was done to my surprise I notice an imperfection in the paint next to the GMC logo on the right fender. After a closer look I notice a runoff of the clear finish. I immediately decided to do a troughfull inspection of the car. To my surprise I found this car was involved in an accident and it was not reported, different shades of paint between the front bumper and the right fender was also noticeable. However it was listed as a pre-owned certified no accident and clean title. I decided to canceled the purchase immediately. The car still listed on autotrader as no accident and clean title, pre-owned certified, this a the VIN # 1GKS1BKD7PR192528 GMC Yukon Silver. Beware of this dealership.

A huge part of that is my salesperson, Mark Winstead. Every BMW I've purchased has been through Mark, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. No matter when I call, he answers and is always willing to help. His dedication and work ethic are second to none. The entire staff has been great to work with as well. The Parts Department is always helpful, especially Mauricio and the ladies on the team, who make every interaction easy and pleasant. I'd also like to thank everyone who helped with my custom BMW M2 purchase. A special thank you to Elton, who played a major role in getting my vehicle delivered as quickly as possible. Phil, the manager, was also very helpful throughout the process. If you're in the market for a BMW, ask for Mark Winstead. He will take great care of you and get the job done. Highly recommend BMW of Pembroke Pines!

Let me start off by saying that I have leased and then purchased my car from this location. My mom…read moreleased multiple cars from this location, and I got my partner a lease from this location. The sales team is absolutely amazing. The service team however is absolutely horrible. From the valet at the front to the service advisers. Service advisors are typically pretty condescending, and it always feels like they are trying to get some type of money out of you, and try to find a reason as to why you're wrong or not understanding what they are saying. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department. Note to the valet, customer service is important, stop rushing people just so you can go back to the little table and talk to your coworkers or be on your phone.
