4 cars and still coming here to get my body work done. I was refered to them by Infiniti, since they are a certified body shop. Their work is exceptional. My cars come back looking like new, as if it was never in an accident. They communicate with you and your insurance company through the entire process, which makes everything less of a headache Now I'm on lease 4 and this is my first non-Infiniti. Last year I made the mistake of taking it to the dealer to have the body work done. I thought that would be better. That was a mistake. Welcome to Florida, winter time, more traffic, bad drivers... Chassis Master is the exclusive collision facility for Warren Henry Automobiles Infiniti, Jaguar, Volvo and Land Rover. My car was rear-ended on the I-95 by a blue Corvette and it needed an estimate and repair. The dealer told me to take it directly to Chassis Master in Hollywood, FL, since they don't do this type of work in the Dealer Service Department. The estimate took 20 minutes or less including the wait time. After a quick phone call, I dropped the car off, was picked up by the Hertz rental company driver and driven to the nearby Hertz Rental Office and was in my rental driving home (the Enterprise Rental Office is also nearby). Four days later, I picked up my car and it looked great! Despite being in an accident and driving around for several days with a large piece of a Blue Corvette sticking out of my real taillight, Chassis Master made the entire experience less painful. read more

My all time go to place for my Range Rover sport hse. The first time I took my car here they did such a great job after the accident, my car looked like new. I took it back a second time for a separate issue and consistently I get great service, updates and my car back looking brand new! Lauri and Kathy mostly handled my case, and they always do such a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and going above and beyond and the extra mile to do everything they can in crazy circumstances. They are trustworthy and reasonably priced, and they will do anything to find you the best deal. This establishment does subpar work at best. My vehicle was in a mirror accident where in which the driver's side bumper and fender were damaged. My insurance company recommended this shop to complete the repairs. The job was completed in an exceptionally detective manner and my vehicle was returned to me in an unfitting manner. The repairs took well into three weeks to complete. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was returned to me with the following service lights on: 1)check engine light; 2) air bag; 3) EPC; and 4) service. A further scan at the dealer revealed other systems showing service codes such as power steering and A/C faults. There were no service, error, or fault codes when the vehicle was dropped off to the body shop. The car hop hastily got out of the vehicle, handed me the keys and ran inside without speaking a word. To add insult to injury, exterior was extremely sandy and the interior was filthy. Please note I take great care of this vehicle and and it is washed and cleaned weekly; this was not the condition the car was rendered to the body shop in. In addition, the dealer found over-spray on other body panels and a few missing screws and fasteners on the worked on panels along with over-spray in the engine bay. If you are looking for quality, knowledgeable, and professional work, avoid this shop and save yourself the headache, money, and time spent after your vehicle is "fixed". To follow-up I received a call today, 8/14/18, from a "customer representative" identifying herself Sharon. I advised Sharon I was in the office but free after 4:30PM to discuss further. Sharon acknowledged but did not disconnect the call; she appeared to have believed she did. Sharon, another female, and a male then began to belittle and criticize me asserting I was sleeping, "totally full of BS", absolutely not in the office, etc. I intervened and informed Sharon I was still on the line; the call was promptly disconnected. I immediately called back, Sharon identified herself, and openly lied and denied the comments that were made. If you choose to do business with this unprofessional dishonest bunch, USER BEWARE. read more

The best Body shop I have ever found. Clear estimates, fine work and great service. I have had two Infiniti QX-56 SUVs repaired, along with A Cadillac SLS (in Pearl White, a tri-tone paint that is very difficult to match up correctly) and a Bentley Azure. Good work? Maybe, but at this shop I encountered the absolute NASTIEST, RUDEST owner imaginable. I've known about this body shop since my teens (late 70's) and I brought there a little classic sports car (an MG, which they used to repair REGULARLY), for an estimate on ridiculously simple-to-fix tow truck damage (replace hood, bumper, front valence, paint reasonably close to matching) ... the response was insults and a refusal to accept the job. If there was a ZERO star rating this shop owner would get it; sheet metal is sheet metal whether the car is 1 month or 50 yrs old. My entire 100,000 member online classic car club now knows about this place ... REPULSIVE. read more
