After looking around for a BMW shop, I found Star Auto Techs. I have a 2010 Bmw 535xi that was giving me problem with a hard vibration while driving, I had taken my car to different shops where they changed parts to try to solve the problem (Mounts, Solenoids....) and the issue never got fix, One day driving by Pines Blvd I saw this shop for Bmw and Benz, and I decide to go and ask about my issue, I talked to Handell and explain him what was the issue with my car and what it was doing. (Being honest I was completely afraid to go to any shop because not even BMW dealer gave me the right diagnostic of my car.) I was seeking a replacement MB mechanic since my current one no longer was working on additional MB vehicles that I was going to bring in. Found Star Auto Techs, read about them and started with my 2021 GLE450. Brought it in for a B Service and then an A service. Decided to then bring in my 2023 GLC 300 Coupe. Brought it in for its first A service and last week for its B1 Service. Very happy I found them. Great service, professional and much better pricing then the dealer. They have earned my business and would not think about going anywhere else, even with a brand new vehicle for annual servicing. I recently bought an old W203 (C230), after buying it, I realized it needed to get its crankshaft balancer and timing gear replaced. I live in Texas but familiar with the quality and professionalism of Handell and his team at Star Auto Techs. I decided to transport the car to Florida and have it repaired by them. I've been using this mechanic shop for close to 5 years now. Handell is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. My 15-year-old 2007 ML500 with 140,000 miles is still a good and serviceable car and things break and wear out from time to time, but that's to be expected in any older vehicle. I've done many repairs at this shop, and the most recent one was to replace the radiator. Routine service and required repairs are more expensive for cars with fewer options and special features, but using a good independent mechanic keeps the costs reasonable. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend it! read more

The headlight lens on my GLS 550 Mercedes Benz was damaged due to road debris. I took it to the dealer and they wanted $3300, with the part costing $2800. I purchased the exact part from another MB Dealer for $1500 but my dealer refused to install it even though it was OEM. I found Star Auto, spoke with Handel and he agreed to install it on short notice. The job was as good as the dealer with a 4 figure savings.
