I went to AutoZone and it's unfortunate to say the service was undesirable. This one particular worker maybe wasn't up to helping customers today. I could understand not wanting to go outside in the heat although it was still very early however that's no exception to help locate a product in store or even looking it up on the computer. She basically told me what isle to look in when I fore-mentioned I was in the aisle and I just have a specific question pertaining to this specific product. I searched and hopes she would come to my aide but she never did. I ended up leaving the store in frustration and did them a favor by leaving a Yelp review. Thank you for changing my battery, when Advance Auto Parts nearby refused to do so. There was a line of about 10 people in front of me, the store was closing in less than 20 minutes, and yet despite that, they took care of checking my battery (to confirm it wasn't the alternator) and switched it out for a new one. Everyone else in line that needed battery replacements was also assisted, even though by the time the gentleman finished with me and a few other people, it was 9:00, their closing time. Great customer service. I hope the receipt for my battery purchase has the name of the gentleman who helped me, I want to call corporate and tell them that he is a lifesaver, because I would not have been able to get home otherwise. My battery died at a gas station and I got a brief jump start, but waiting in line at Auto Zone probably drained it again, and assuming I could have gotten home, I'd be stuck in my garage unable to get to work so yes, he saved me from all this trouble. Give the man a raise! He was stressed with tons of customers and yet still had a smile. Thanks again! read more

Three different people told me three different things. This store should be shut down they move extremely slow and don't even look like they want to be at work . Went in looking for supplies to keep my car sparkling clean in between going to the car wash. What I did not expect was the amazing service I received. The person helping me appeared to not be feeling well that day, yet he was smiling and attentive as he helped me find the best products that would be easy for me to use (and good quality). An employee at this location conducted a diagnostic test on my car battery. He told me that I needed to buy a new battery after 5 seconds of looking at it, my battery was new and was drained from a car light being left on, so I was skeptical that I needed a new battery. I came to Autozone because they advertise free battery charges, and this is what I wanted to do, charge my battery. I asked the employee to run the diagnostic test again, this time while I watched the screen. The screen read, "Please Charge Battery". I asked to speak with his manager, who in turn did absolutely nothing. I don't think I will ever go to Autozone again, I can't believe their employees think they can get away with lying to your face. read more

I had the worst shopping experience ever at the autozone on 16520 ne 6 ave North Miami Beach Florida. I went in on June 22 to purchase car parts. The female worker that served me was so impatient, poorly trained and outright rude. I ordered $200 in parts and she asked me why was I ordering so much. Normally an employee should be happy to make the sales for the company. Instead she told me that I'm giving her too much work to do by ordering so many parts. I returned the next day to pick up more parts and she ran and hid in the back of the store. As I was standing and waiting in line, I saw her peeking from the back through the shelves. This type of employee is guaranteed to make this store go out of business. read more

Honestly , there is only one reason why I come to this Autozone and that is for the employee by the name of Karl . He is amazingly friendly, helpful and informative . Yes, there is one closer to me but I doubt I can find another employee as gracious as he is . I would highly recommend this location .
