As I was checking out, I had to ask for my receipt, and when I reviewed it after pulling off, I noticed I was owed $11 more in change. The total was actually $268. I went back to get the rest of my money, and while he did apologize and return it, the situation didn't sit right with me. If I hadn't double-checked the receipt, I would've unknowingly overpaid by $16. It feels like this wasn't an honest mistake, especially since I already gave a tip on top of what he tried to keep. I just want to warn others to double-check their totals and change before leaving. Customers deserve transparency and respect--not games with their money.

I found out the Alignment was Not Done. The alignment takes 3 types of Alignment Toe,Camber and Caster. He only fixes the ( Toe ) So I ask him why if you said it was a full alignment. He said they don't touch the oder alignment. They are selling falls information to the Public on the service that they are rendoring to the customer. I called Tire Kingdom Headquarters to file a complaint and the manager called me back that he would it for free. I can imagine how many people are getting scam by their fall service.
