Today on my non-food after work activity, I ended up at Tire Plus. I came here today to get an oil on my car which I needed to do as soon as my car told me I was at 15% oil life but I was pushing it and didn't want to put my car through any more of my shenanigans. With the oil change that I'm getting, I'm getting my tires rotated, and getting my AC checked. I'm paying entirely too much money for my AC to act up again and it hasn't been a year since I got it fixed. I'm annoyed that I gotta be here, every time I'm here it means I'm spending money that I don't want to spend. Anyhoooo, this is basically the only tire plus I go to because I'm comfortable taking my cart here. The service is good and they listen to what I say I wanna get done in my car. Ive been having issues with my tire. I was able to make an appointment last minute and come in to have it checked for a flat. The staff is friendly,welcoming, and efficient. Leaving my car was quick and seamless. They addressed my issue quickly and I was able to pick up the car in no time. read more

Horrible customer service today. I went to get my tires rotated yesterday and was told that it wouldn't get done until possibly 4pm or later because there were about 7 cars ahead of me. This all took place at about roughly 10:30am. Now I understand the importance of servicing cars in the order that they came in but seriously....a tire rotation. How long does that actually take? I feel like because I wasn't spending any money, my needs weren't important. The same people I saw standing around communicating and obviously not working on cars, could have simply rotated my tires for me. However my local Tires Plus always takes care of me and did so this time around again. This location should take some customer service lessons from other Tires Plus locations. read more

I thought that I had finally found a good place to have my services done. I went on Sunday to fix a flat all was good. I searched out the guy that did the fix to give a tip found him and gave the tip. I left to go vacuum the car, and when I reached for the quarters that I had put there that morning ($3.75) there were only 3 quarters. So someone at this place STOLE $3.00 in quarters. I checked around to see if anything else was missing. Everything seemed to be ok. Next time I go there I will set a trap for sure. I'm a fan of the Tires Plus franchise because 99.9% of my experiences with them have been positive and other than that 0.1% occasion I haven't thought they were trying to upsell / oversell me a service. Therefore, whenever Eleanor has a booboo I look for the closest Tires Plus location...as happened this past Saturday, when the Check Engine light came on. Since I was going to be in the Miami Lakes area, the Palm Springs North store fit the bill. Customer service was tops - the mechanic drove me back to my office and brought me back to the store when the elevator at my office was broken and I couldn't get in. Right on Miami Gardens Drive, it's centrally located where I was able to get lunch and a quick jog while waiting for my car to get serviced. They have a very spacious waiting area, with a flat screen TV and a couple of tables were I was able to enjoy froyo from a nearby spot. They were done in about two hours, and I was ridin' out. read more

I went to this shop and I had went to replace breaks or change oil when I go back home I start to notice that when I break it starts getting soft and I Inspect it I notice that one of the employees had screwed in with force a flat head screw driver into one of the break pistons and break fluid was all Over my rim. I didn't even need to get serviced to see what type of people these guys are. I walked in and I asked for the cheapest options for 2 tire changes and an alignment this guy tells me $825.... I then ask is there a cheaper option and he goes "I can lower it down to $775 but that's the cheapest I can go." After I heard that it felt like I was at an auto dealership not a tire place lol I left and found another spot in Pembroke pines who only charged me $414 read more

Do NOT go to Tires Plus in Miami Lakes on 57th Avenue. I went to get my brakes fixed because my brakes were squeaking. They said to guarantee the breaks won't squeak they had to replace the break pads and rotor. After doing the job and spending $668 to fix what they recommended, the breaks still squeak. So I go a 2nd time to fix the squeak again and I loose the entire day again to fix the problem. Now the breaks still squeak and it has a grinding noise that vibrates the break pedal. The breaks are worse now than before the repair. When I called customer service they recommended I go somewhere else and pay for the job again. Now I have to wait 2 days and hope someone cares to resolve my issue. I drive Uber and Lyft so my vehicle is my business and I am technically out of business due to the unsafe conditions my brakes are in. They took my money and didn't do the job. In addition, the customer service rep said she doesn't believe they even did the job the 2nd time and the rep said don't go back. This is the Tires Plus special service where they take your money for repairs and they don't plan on doing them... This is your warning to find somewhere else to service your vehicle... I expect to pay a lot of money to service my vehicle and I expect to wait a long time because of the demand but I also expect the job to be done PROPERLY the first time... This is unacceptable and the worst customer service ever! read more

Not a fan... they have 7 employees literally walking back and forth while 6 cars are waiting - according to them only one of them that fixes the flat is busy with another car. Why on earth do they have 6 other employees just chit chatting. Also they tried reAlly hard to sell me a new tire on my my car which has 4000 miles and the nail is clearly visible and not compromising the tire. Usually don't have an issue coming here, but just learned about a policy that is ridiculous. I went by because I had a piece of metal debris stuck in my tire. Rep took a look and said it couldn't be repaired because it was bigger than a quarter inch... yeah, I left. I know times are tough and companies need to make money. I bought 2 brand new tires and they told me I had to replace 2 screws, I did they charged me for the labor separate even though they were replacing my tires. Well I had to change my front brakes recommended by them the 2 replaced bolts by them were screwed so tight that they broke so I had to replace them again of course not at Tire plus Miami gardens. AWFUL customer service and overcharged. I will never go to this place again. I will Not recommend them at all. The front desk Hispanics are so rude. I never received the discount for changing my 4 tires and I filled the request on line. It's been 5 weeks. Horrible place. read more

I was about to drive back home to West Palm Beach when I noticed I had a flat tire. This place is right across the hotel I was staying at and decided to stop by in hopes to get the tire fixed or a new one, if needed. I don't understand some comments here because Carlos greeted me with a great smile and was able to squeeze me in! I wasn't in a rush so I decided to wait. Armando changed my tire, put air in the remaing tires and all of this took approximately 20 minutes. Price was super fair and they even gave me a discount. I think this is the second time I've been on a Tires Plus center and I can say customer service was top notch! Armando even brought me back where my car was and explained me everything that was going on with my tire. I had a great experience and I recommend this place! read more

Worst place ever. Went early in the morning to get my tires change and when I called hours later, they said they haven't started yet, then I went 10 mins before the closing time and they got tons of excuses to not do the job. If you are reading this save yourself time and money and please DO NOT go here. Had an issue with my car (they caused) after they did an oil change and never told me about it. They also did not fix it. Claimed it was done in another store and just patched it up. Fast forwards some time and the problem continues persisting and they do not want to do anything about it. My sisters regular car broke down and she needed to get her spare some tires. We had used this tires plus before and the tires we wanted were 2.00 more than Walmart whom never answers the phone. Anyway. We came to pick up the car.while waiting it was about 5 min to closing and a couple pulled up and they had a nail in one of their tires. I have been looking for tires for a few days and went to several well known dealers Tire Kingdom Walmart, Costco etc... and as a woman I was treated like I was brainless. I also believe they tried to sell me the most expensive tires. However I spoke with Max of Tire Plus and was treated nicely and with respect. I made an appointment online and when I went in the next day Max remembered speaking with me, I was taken right away and given discounts based on my cares needs. Everything was explained in detain and I was shown all the testing. It was the most reasonable also. I will be returning and I will be getting all my cars future needs done at the Miami Lakes store. If you need an honest place that's going to take care of your car needs, come to this Tires Plus location. All the times I've been here I have left with a smile on my face. They don't jerk you around and try to squeeze your money out of you. I went in to change my two front tires and Charles was very helpful and made the process painless. I've been to Tires Plus a couple times to get holes in my tires repaired and I've been pretty happy despite small mistakes (like checking my spare tire for a hole instead of the actual tire in my trunk) but the last time I had to get a tire repaired, they left the spare on the axel and put the actual tire where the spare is supposed to go inside my trunk. So the next time I went in to get a service they had to switch them back to their correct places but instead of putting the spare where it's actually supposed to go, which is underneath the carpet of my trunk, they just threw it on top of all the stuff that I had in the trunk. I am a petite woman who cannot put it away on my own and it will not only cause a permanent dip in the carpet of my trunk, but it will also get dirt and grease all over the stuff that I have in there. Common sense should really be a requirement of their "professionals". read more

I can't tell you how nice these guys are. I've gone to them EVERY time I have any sort of car issue. From needing new brake pads, to a nail in my tire...these guys are SO nice! I know absolutely NOTHING about cars and am always afraid of being taken advantage of., but I never leave this place feeling anything but confirmed in my car decisions. I have even taken my car there when the air was low (because I dont know how to fill up the tire pressure myself)..and they do it for free and with a smile every time!!! read more

After my last visit to tire plus my mind is made up that I will NEVER be returning again !! A few weeks ago I went for what I thought would just be an oil change and actually ended up spending more than expected and was also quoted an outrageous amount of money on a part that I found out didn't even need to be replaced and was a cheap fix. I don't understand how a part that is $80 - $150 turns out to be nearly $600 in your "system". Basically I was lied to and they attempted to rip me off. I decided not to get the job done with them because there is no way I would spend that amount of money without having a second opinion. Luckily a mechanic at my dealership told me the truth and the part is actually 4 times less than what tire plus quoted me. I recommend that if this company wants to keep they're clientele that they stop trying to steal people's hard earned cash. I'm very disappointed. You all are some CROOKS and corporate will be hearing about this because I don't take lightly the fact that I was taken for a fool and was about to have my money stolen ! read more
