This place Should be shut down, ILLEGAL bait and switch pricing that corporate should be aware of. They tell you one price for a service and then charge you more when you come back once to pay. Today was the absolute WORST service, no care, no urgency. They lack customer service skills, managerial skills, and overall the worst place to get your car serviced. North Miami Goodyear is trash!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, but the 1 star goes to the young man with dreads at the front desk. The manager Allen is a piece of work. Save your money and go else where. They took my money for an alignment but NEVER did align my car until I demanded the work get done. The techs will not put your engine parts back the way you bought it in and when you inform Allen of their oversights, he'll belittle ridicule and insult you instead of correcting them because you're just one person he doesn't care. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. If you must go to a Goodyear go to a different location than the North Miami location. read more

Whatever it is, don't go here. They did a 'rear caliper replacement' . When I got home , the caliper was seizing so much it smelled to high heaven and the rain that was falling was evaporating right off the rotor. Took it to dealership and they said both calipers were after market AND the one that was seizing was the wrong year. A screw was slicing into the rotor. I called my credit card company to halt the payment. Best of all? Service manager Alan didn't even deny it when I told him . He just said 'Ok'. No apology. Nothing. Scam artists is a generous title for these guys. It implies that they are capable of higher order thinking to achieve some level of duplicitousness. These guys are just a bunch of ball scratching grease monkeys who prey on the uneducated and ignorant . read more

I am so lucky, this Goodyear is in driving distance of the downtown area. They always remember me and my car. Living in Miami there are many road hazards - more than usual - and they understand. I had to get an axel replaced and they did every thing to get it done in half a day. They also kept the cost down. It's nice to know I go there, they are going to take care of my car as if it is their own. read more

This will be my last time ever coming to this location. Over the phone I was told by Julio, an employee, that an oil change could be started immediately . When I showed up I confirmed that it would take about an hour and a half to wait and complete. Well 40 fucking minutes later they still haven't started on my car. So I went to the front desk and explained that I've been waiting for 40 minutes, why would you quote me a certain time and blatantly lie about it to keep me waiting. I got here at 11:50ish and up until now at 11:48 as I'm writing this review they still haven't even moved my car into a bay. They do this EVERY time I'm here!!!!! Alan you're a shit manager, maybe if you would stop playing with your kids while at work and actually get to work I wouldn't have been made to wait for a ducking hour before my device even started. read more

I came in for a new set of tires, David and the staff were helpful and correctly pointed out that my brake pads and rotors need to be replaced soon, but didn't give me any pressure when I declined to have the work done immediately because I plan to do it myself soon. Service was performed quickly and perfectly. Tires are balanced correctly and roll well with no vibration. My truck drives like brand new now. Highly recommended. Bad service and very misleading! I went there for an oil change and over the phone they quoted me the cheapest price in the area $64 for a synthetic oil change to my Acura. When I got to the place they told me that it's $83 because my Acura "require" more oil that's a lie! After that they told me that it's going to take up to one hour for them to complete the job so I waited one hour and 15 minutes and when I went out to see if they done I sawed that they didn't even started to work on the car and when I ask how long it's going to take them they told me another hour! I took my keys and left those scammers. Do your self a favor and don't even call to this location. read more

They put break pads on my car, and I had to come back 4 more times after that because they did the job wrong. First time they had put the rear brakes in the front, the next time they told me they left part of the packaging on the pads, and the last time they said it was a tool that was left in there that was making the noise. This place deserves negative stars. They took my car in and said they could not get it running again. Long story short they replaced the TB and since the car still did not start, said I needed to pay upwards of $4-5k to continue to see what was wrong with it. I said screw that and pulled my car out. We left on a tow truck. When I took it to another place they said that they did not even put the timing belt on correctly and didn't line anything up. Scam artists of North Beach! read more

My experience was the utter description of "highway robbery". I went there yesterday to have a simple front light bulb replaced. It was as easy as unsnapping the bulb and replacing with new bulb and took 5 minutes. The tech told me his boss told him he had to charge for a half hour labor and apologized for having to do so With all taxes it cost me $82 for a $5.00 bulb to be replaced. I would never ever go not just to this Goodyear but to any Goodyear shop ever again. What a ripoff and a total lack of customer care exhibited from this lower rung auto repair/tire chain. Imagine all of the extra cost they much be pasting on your tires and other auto repairs they are doing. Maybe they should be investigated for "price gouging" and "unwarranted repairs". I learned a lesson yesterday and Goodyear will now be know as "Badyear". read more
