TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN DO NOT GO I would give zero stars if I could\. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an auto repair shop\. I brought my car in because I needed a tire repaired, an oil change, and a replacement key battery\. They also claimed my car needed over **$4,000** in additional repairs, but they repeatedly refused to provide me with a written estimate until I asked numerous times\. That alone made me question their honesty, so I decided to have only the smaller services performed\. I paid around **$350** for the tire repair, oil change, and key battery replacement\. When I picked up my car, the tire warning light was still on\. I tried calling the shop over the next few days, but no one answered\. The following day, the exact same tire they supposedly repaired was completely flat, and the car was making a loud noise that made it unsafe to drive\. I contacted the shop and explained that the tire they charged me to repair had clearly not been fixed\. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to issue a refund, refused to review the photos I offered to send, and refused to help unless I drove the car back--even after I explained that it was not safe or drivable\. One employee even tried to tell me I must have run over a nail during the roughly 30\-minute drive home\. There wasn't even a nail in the tire\. Rather than taking responsibility or inspecting their work, they immediately blamed me\. As a woman with limited knowledge about cars, I left this experience feeling like I was being taken advantage of instead of treated honestly and respectfully\. No customer should feel pressured into thousands of dollars in questionable repairs or have to fight to get a shop to stand behind work they already paid for\. I cannot recommend this shop\. Around 12 AM, I dropped off my Ram 2500 at their shop to get an alignment. They told me it would take about 40 minutes. In the end, I waited 2.5 hours. After the service, they asked me to pay. I paid and left. Immediately upon driving off, I noticed that the steering wheel was severely off-center/crooked--even though my steering wheel was completely straight when I first arrived! I recorded a video and returned to the shop. I showed the video to the manager and asked for a refund since I didn't have time for them to redo it. However, they strongly insisted, saying, "We will fix it quickly." I told them I couldn't wait, but he assured me it would be very fast. They pulled my truck back into the bay and almost immediately started performing a pre-alignment inspection. After that, they started claiming I had issues with my steering, even though there were zero problems prior--I had simply replaced the tie rod ends and just wanted to get an alignment. Ultimately, they refuse to refund my money, and now I understand why they pressured me into bringing the truck back in a second time: just to find alleged "steering issues." Even assuming there were problems in the steering system, a pre-alignment inspection is supposed to be performed BEFORE the service, not AFTER it. Tomorrow I am going to another reputable shop. I will also be filing a formal complaint against them with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. read more

This used to be my go to place for years for tire repair. I had a flat tire and went in a Monday, got it repaired. On Tuesday I had what I thought was another flat tire. I was in another part of town so I had to go somewhere else. They removed my tire and it turns out the repair was incorrectly done. So they had to repair the improper repair. I went back to phoenix to ask for a refund. The desk employee looked up my account and who did the repair and when he saw who did it, he commented the guy does bad repair frequently. The desk employee said I would have to wait for the owner because he wasn't allowed to do refunds. So I waited about 10 mins for the "boss@ to arrive. He was explained the whole situation and showed the video I made of the repair incorrectly done. He then offered a store credit. To me that was unacceptable, as I don't know when I would need it, and since I paid an improper repair I should receive what I paid back immediately, not for use some day. When the repair was done I didn't pay some day in the future, I paid immediately.. it was proven a bad repair refund me what I pay immediately. It was $50. I declined and left as I will never go back. Unfortunately this was my go to place, now they lost a customer and I also used to recommend them often. What a terrible customer service. read more

I declined and said I will take my car, the initial $17 inspection has now spiked to $90 due to "time already spent". I visited Phoenix Auto Care late on a Sunday afternoon while I needed someone to check my car battery and transmission in the North Miami area. I stopped in and they were very busy with other customers. Luz was at the counter and apologized for any wait and assured me they could look at my car before they closed. I waited for about 15 minutes to have my car checked in, but this was very understandable considering the volume of customers. A technician checked my car and said nothing needed to be done and didn't charge me anything to look at my car. I really appreciated them working me in and treating me with respect and not charging me anything (considering some places will charge you, even though nothing "technically" needs to be done to your car). Went to get a patch for my tire for $19.99 based on prices clearly set on their website AND on display at the store. The women working behind the counter checked the tire that needed a patch and gave me a price $25.15. When asked where that price came from, she said to ignore the prices listed on the site and on display. I then asked her if it's false advertisement and if they were pulling a bait and switch on their customers, but she just kept saying to ignore the prices listed. She then said it did not include taxes. I told her with taxes it does not come to $25, so then she said it does not include materials. The owner calls me after the two hours trying to negotiate with me to also change my four tires. I consistently say no, but he keeps on begging for me to do it and might I add was offering used tires for $500. I said no way. I just want my oils changed he said okay fine come it's done. She was just listening to a story of one of the mechanics telling to a customer about something he cannot fix. Alright... finally i got noticed, and was told to have a sit and wait for 40 minutes. I sat, and waited. No one came to my car during those 40 minutes, so I decided it is too much to waste my time and nerves in this place, just took my car back and left. Went there to get an estimate for some extensive undercarriage work(brand new top of the line, shocks,control arms, sway bars,links and 4 brand new Kuhmo tires etc.) The gentleman who initially received me at the service desk told me that yes they could do the job and immediately told me to come in the following day to see Ned...a service manager who could give me more detail and oversee all the work that had to be done. He assured me that everything could be done..no problem. Well that's what I thought and believed at first. I was without the car for 1 week(1/18/21-1/22/21) granted there was alot of work to be done so I let that go thinking I wanted them to take their time and do a thorough and safe job. Ned informed me half way through the job that they were having an issue installing the new front sway bar and that they had to drop the oil pan for it to fit. I'm not a mechanic but this seem highly unusual and unneccessary to me..just common sense said to me that something wasn't right. So they drained the brand new oil(I had just had a $80 Mobile-1 oil change with a OEM Subaru oil filter not more than a month earlier) and broke the seal on the original gasket then put a silicone adhesive on it and uncomfortably forced in the new sway bar jamming it up against now readjusted oil pan . Well now ..I was having 2nd thoughts about this place...things weren't adding up. (They ended up charging me too for the subpar synthetic oil and filter) As part of all of this work underneath a proper vehicle alignment is essential before they can release the car back to you just for safety sake. Well I received a call from Claudia in the office that the car would be ready after an oil change(it had already been done..supposedly..I still have the message saved on my phone for proof) and the car was taken for a test drive. I was told the car would be ready by 2pm. Obviuosly there was a serious miscommunication between Claudia and Ned who in the interm has been fired to only complicate matters to now ! (What does that tell you !) Anyways..when I showed up Thursday afternoon I was shocked to see that neither the all important alignment hadn't been done yet and the new tires weren't even put on ! Of course I expressed my displeasure with this total incompetence when I was told the car would be ready and all work completed by 2pm. When they saw me visibly pretty upset they rushed the car up on the alignment bay lift and supposedly started doing the 4 wheel alignment. At this point I couldn't wait any longer(I had to Uber to work or would've been late) At that point I told them not to rush the job...to take they're time and do the alignment properly and I would be back Friday to pick the car up. Well Friday I showed up to finally pick the car up and Ned wrote up the invoice. It was a $1,600 plus $33 oil change that they through on. I had his word that everything was done completely and I told him I was taking the car on I-95 later that day up to W.Palm Beach. He said "No worries..your all set" after I turned over the $1600+ for the job. So off I go on I-95 N later that night I immediately notice a little bit of sway in the rear end at around 70mph. Something was definately off and visibly the left rear wheel looked to be not sitting right in the wheel well. I slowly took the car back to N.Miami a few days later and paid $80 for an accurate, professional alignment at an exclusive alignments shop that gives you a precise before and after digital measurement printout of your cars alignment. When they finished the job the guy who did it said in his professional opinion the alignment was never done or never finished..and everything was loose on the control arms. Furthermore for Phoenix Auto Repair to release that car to way it was downright dangerous and negligent. He explained that my brand new tires could have 'feathered' and already compromised along with the rest of the job. Just this past week a very noticeable chattering has begun in the front end after brand new Monroe Quick Shocks were installed all around. I think it has to do with the front sway bar that was incorrectly installed and is banging against the readjusted oil pan. An absolute mess ! The smell of oil is noticeable now and the car is violently bucking at a low speed..now I'm thinking that the transmission has somehow been compromised by all this 'Mickey Mouse' job. My car is now 'dead in the water' ...and not safely drivable. I called and asked for Ned and they put me on hold until Claudia finally picked up the phone and told me that Ned was no longer employed there. When she asked for my phone # I told her that they already had my # plus it already shows up on the incoming calls...when I then asked to talk to the owner Robert Lui she said he was unavailable. The next day when I called and asked her why they put me on hold when I asked for Ned( it was an obvious stalling not knowing what to tell me)Claudia rudely said that I "wasn't put on hold that long! My drive belt busted and disabled my vehicle 3 blocks from Phoenix Auto.I walked in looking for help and Mr.Hans(the Mgr.) and Claudia(customer service rep.) were very understanding to my concern.Especially,since I was 30 miles from my house.Mr.Hans told me to tow the vehicle in and that he would do the best he could to replace my Drive belt since he had other vehicles in front of me.I towed my vehicle in about 5pm and Mr.Hans himself worked on my vehicle.It was a pleasant surprise.The labor and prices were reasonable.I believe they are the new Mgrs.Their customer service and concern for my situation was actually a surprise since most auto shop are in for the money only.I came out of here a happy camper!!!! I never read the Google reviews, now I realize the mistake of taking my car to PHOENIX Complete Auto Care, I took my car to make a change to an Axel and even though the Axel was not the right one for my car, they installed it and almost damaged the transmission of my car, when I claimed their answer was to take the car to the Nissan dealer for them to repair it, so they do a bad job and send me to go to another place to repair it. Terrible and unprofessional service. Phoenix Complete care almost ruined my vacation with my daughters, I had to rent a car to go to Disney with them. I do not recommend them at all, be careful.
