First, after leaving my car for service, I returned to find it parked in an open, unsecured area with the key fob left inside and the car unlocked. Anyone could have accessed the vehicle and even stolen it, which raised serious concerns about basic vehicle security and handling. Second, there was a broken curb in their lot with a screw/bolt sticking out. I parked in the only available space and ended up driving over it, which nearly damaged my bumper. This created a preventable safety hazard for customer vehicles. On the positive side, there was a mechanic who did step in and help during my visit, which I appreciated. The main front desk woman was also very kind and professional. Overall, while there were some good people there, the safety and handling issues with my vehicle and the lot were concerning enough that I hope they improve their processes going forward.

When I drove back to tell the person who put on my tires - without missing a beat - came up with this elaborate story that I had told him it was missing prior to him putting the new tires on. This was a complete lie. Why would I tell him the lug nut was missing and then come back to let him know it was off? The fact that he either forgot to put it on or that it fell off after he installed the tires could have potentially resulted in a major accident. What a horrible place! In addition I was told that my front breaks needed to be replaced soon (which is work this place does, too). Took it to a reputable car repair shop and come to find out that my front and rear breaks look almost new and have a lot of wear left. WHAT A SCAM KIND OF A PLACE!!

Their synthetic oil change is too expensive according to other shops. I think 65-69 would be a good price for synthetic oil change. Some of the workers there are very friendly but some of them are not very friendly. Some of them don't speak English (maybe this is why). I don't know if I will come back there to change my oil or something else. I will think about it. One thing I think they should be: FRIENDLIER. Also avoid asking costumers inappropriate questions (ex: personal questions). I will give 3 stars, because the place is nice and they are very quick doing the job. But the oil change still expensive and they need to be friendlier.

We tried a few tire shops hoping to get a patch, but everywhere was slammed with 2-3 hour waits just to have our tires get looked at. We ended up going out for coffee right down the road from Millenium Tire, and I found them on Yelp and called to see how long it would be. They said they could get us taken care of immediately! The guys were very nice and patched the tire no problem, for a really decent price. We were in and out in probably 15-20 minutes. The next day, Sunday, we started up the car to a SECOND low tire. Hoping it was a slow leak, we aired it up but it was alarming two hours later. So back to Millenium we went! Again, they were able to fit us in right away. Not sure why these guys had less business than the other busier places, because they are top notch! We are so thankful for the professional and friendly people, quick service, and good prices we found at this shop. They helped downgrade a vacation emergency to a tiny hassle. Would highly recommend!!
