I will absolutely never return to this place again. Initial service started off great I had my service dog with me though and one of which I hope is soon to be a former employee asked me about my dog. I Ask him respectfully to leave me and my dog alone and then he started to flat out, harass me and curse me out in the middle of the store. The manager came in to tell him to stop. He kept going even after that saying flat out he doesn't "give a f--" he's gonna do whatever he wants. The manager even told him he was about to get fired. He didn't care he kept going. I took it to another tire business, and they removed the tire from the wheel and found... nothing had been done to my tire. No patch, no plug. 4 years ago, I bought Lifetime Wheel Alignment for my old car and it was cheap. I have used it several times as I hit curbs a lot. I went to this location expecting a hard sell to purchase new tires or something... but they were really good. Did the work and printed out a nice graph to show me. No unpleasant surprises at all. Was my sons car and he was driving it home and I had to go all the way back to bring this to their attention. Was an hour left before they closed and said sorry can't help you, hands are tied. They suggested to leave it and come back in the morning but I needed the car done right away and done right because my son was headed back to college next morning. When I said I couldn't drop for this reason I was told, and I quote "well then you're son will have to be late headed back". Wow, really? Rather than rectifying a problem they caused and telling me "our apologies for your experience and we'll take care of it right away (even if it meant jumping the line since I was already there and had work done) - they provided BS excuses. Usually don't have issues here but my last two visits were not good ones The first visit I witnessed a fight between the counter staff and a customer. It was very unpleasant. In additional all the customers in the shop then waited 30. I have been coming to this Tires Plus location for several years to repair flat tires and to replace tires on both Mercedes and BMW vehicles. They have always given me incredible service, and I usually never have appointments. They are ready for a quick flat repair within an hour for a very low fee, and today I stopped in to start pricing tires to replace on my BMW. They offered pricing that was drastically cheaper than the dealer - same OEM tires. They went to another store to get the tires (they didn't have them in stock at this location) and installed them all in less than 2 hours. I am cautious writing reviews bc it seems as soon as I do, I jinx the service lol - but these people have been consistent over the many years Ive gone here. Thank you!! read more

So, let this be a lesson to all of us who read reviews but, give a business a chance anyway. I made my appointment online to have two tires bought and mounted at the North Miami location even all the reviews stat how terrible they are. I received confirmation shortly afterwards that also stated that the location would contact me IF there was an issue. Since I didn't receive any contact from them by the next day, I drive to the location. When I went to check in, one person told me he didn't have me in the system then, the person sitting next to him stated he had sent an email to me letting me know that they didn't have the tires I wanted. I told him I didn't receive any emails and, that I had checked my spam folder as well. ''Well, I sent it and no one has those tires' was his reply. He clearly was not being honest with me about sending an email to me. What made this worse was that neither one of these employees tried to apologize for the inconvenience. This is what happens when you hire people who don't have service skills. This is also why their reviews are so bad. I get things happen but, with basic service training, employees can easily turn a bad experience into a positive one. They didn't even try. I contacted the main customer service number and was able to submit my horrible experience there. Let's see if anyone follow up with me. I will update my post if/when they do. To start, calling to schedule my appointment was a headache as whoever answered the phone the first few times, answered a business phone "hello?", with no introduction, no how may I help you after my "hello?", and proceeded to hang up on me. But also, I'm not quite sure why this location makes appointments. My alignment appointment was scheduled for 10AM. I arrived and checked in, handed my car keys 15 minutes prior to my appointment (09:45). I waited on site. My vehicle wasn't taken back into the shop until around 10:45. There was no communication as to whether or not they were backed up, but an appointment is an appointment. I've had worse experiences which is why this isn't a 1 star review. I ran over a nail on my vacation and decided to get the tire fixed at this location. For just a simple tire patch I waited almost 3 hours!! He tells me "oh yea, we're pulling your car in right now." (After 2 hours of waiting) As I'm looking at my car and it was never moved. We're only here for the weekend and I had to spend my ENTIRE Saturday at this place. I am highly pissed. I bought two new front tires and an alignment and specifically asked Daniel to make sure to ask the tech to check the front brakes on my new used car and even mentioned it to the the service tech. When paying (2.5 hours later) I asked about the brakes and Luis sent someone out with a flashlight to look. Apparently, the rotors were rusted and the pads were almost due to be changed. Not sure how Herman could be sure without removing the front tires (again). Luis graciously said he could do the repairs in about an hour or so. I thanked him and left. read more

Yes, I didn't get the tires but I got the $900 bill. Sadly, this is fraud. The credit company expects payment and the goods and service were NEVER received.
