Yesterday, I made an appointment to have my rear left tire fixed, and I was running a little bit late, but when I showed up the gentleman who checked me in, named Luis, was very friendly and accommodating, and just pleasant to do business with. Also one of the mechanics, Javier, was nice enough to stay late after his scheduled end of shift in order to finish fixing my tire and get me back on the road. Worst shop ever with the worst manager I have ever experienced young kid by name ivan bad service they lie on almost everything they say they don't have the right tools for the job. They overcharge in charge for things that do not need to be replaced. They were charging me for a part. couple of ago, not knowing that it was brand new took the five days. Do not ever bring your car here - Robert, the gentleman with the clock tattoo on his forearm is a liar. Four separate times he lied to me: (1) He ordered the wrong tires and lied saying they're exactly the same that I had ordered two days prior. They were not, and a much cheaper version. (2) He then tried to charge me the same price and lied saying they're identical until I pushed him on it by having to google the two tires myself. After waiting for over five hours, as I'm leaving, I wanted to confirm the tires are run flats, at which point he (3) then lied to me saying the tires they put on are run flats. Again, I had to google the reference code on the tire to determine they weren't - which he then admitted he lied to me about. I was so fed up at this point I just wanted my old tires put on and leave. It took him two hours to undo everything and he promised to issue me a refund. And guess what, you guessed it, (4) he lied about refunding my $1,400. I'm now fighting with my credit card to refund the payment of $1,400 after wasting a day with this liar and driving my car off with the exact same tires I showed up with. read more

SCARY and RUDE! 1. They overcharged me 2. They did not fix the alignment 3. They did not call when it was ready 4. They didn't apologize or offer any customer service 5. The boss Ralph yelled at me, full on YELLED at me. I'm from Utah and literally the nicest guy and me pointing out that there was still a problem was like I insulted him and his mom. I was so shaken up after I left that I felt like I'd been in a car accident. It was scary. I felt unsafe both in the shop and now driving my jeep. I took my jeep there for an alignment fix early yesterday morning, and they over corrected it and charged me $160. Robert said they'd call me when it was ready. He didn't. Finally by 2pm I called and he said it had been ready. Like most people I have to work. I could have gotten it at lunch but they didn't call. Then at 4:50 pm Robert called saying they were closing early. He was annoyed ... at me, for making them have to stay. I left work early, and got there at 5:30 (they don't close until 6). When I picked it up, there was no apology or customer service. I was the one saying it was ok after he said, "Yo, bro we just got so busy." He said there's good new and bad news. He said the alignment should now be perfect but there was an issue with the lift that would affect it vibrating. I drove home and the alignment wasn't right. I called immediately and nobody picked up even though it was well before 6pm. I took the next morning off work to take it back. There was an older guy named Ralph eating his big sloppy breakfast at the counter and Robert was standing there as I walked in. I told them the steering still wasn't right, and Ralph was rude right off. He said, that's not their fault, it's because of the other things. He didn't even listen. He just began yelling. Typical Miami attitude. At one point he yelled at Robert to give my money back, then he said no, that they had fixed it and to "get the fuck outta here!" But Robert tried to calm him down because I'd told him yesterday that being from Utah I'm not used to people being so rude, dishonest and yelling. Robert said they'd fix it. I had to walk out, it was a nightmare. Just a simple thing, they'd overcorrected the steering alignment, because most mechanics don't know what they are doing with 4WD vehicles. I walked back in because I no longer felt safe leaving my jeep there and then they were joking and saying it's fine, they'd fix it. Ralph asked me if I was hungry. What a bad dude. I just picked up my jeep and the alignment is the same. They did nothing. read more

Absolutely terrible service i brought my car in for a simple alignment one of the mechanics magically waved his hand over one of my tires and wanted me to buy two new one's which i did not need the tires were fine just a bit miss aligned because i just had them balanced so i go ahead with just the alignment and the car is exactly the same if not worse i wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even move the car to align anything they just charged me $140.00 bucks and sent me on my way hoping id come back for new tires. absolute crooks i wish i had read the reviews before the job because i see alot of similar comments yet no one does anything about it read more

I came to TireChoice on Biscayne and 82st for a service maintenance. Aside from my scheduled maintenance,TireChoice recommended two new tires. I accepted their recommendation. I left the car all day at shop. Took Uber to and from work to get car back. Picked car up late afternoon, the computer was still reading that service needed to get done and that now all tires were low pressure, after the two new tires were installed. I was requested to come back another day on my own time to get it fixed. A true inconvenience. Two days later I came back after work to get it all fixed. Service person told me that he couldn't do it, that the person that hooks the car to computer to reset the car was let go. That he couldn't reset the need-service button. That he had a lot of work to catch up with and he could not devote time to me. I requested the tire service person to clear out the low-pressure signal after new tires were installed. He now recommended two additional tires, after the ordinal service person only recommended two out of 4. I'm driving home still with my inspection-light signal on and with the low-pressure tire signal on. At this point I have no confidence/trust on the work that was done nor would I come back to get two additional tires. Very dissatisfied with TireChoice. read more

I was looking for a tire shop/tire repair place in the North Miami/MiMo area that I could stop by quickly on the way to work. I had a small screw lodged in one of my tires. I went to the shop and was greeted warmly by Ray. I explained the situation and he said he would be happy to have one of his tire technicians look at it and have me on my way promptly. I pulled my car in the garage and was introduced to the tech and explained the situation. He looked at all 4 tires to ensure all were ok and removed the screw and patched my tire. I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes too! Be sure to check their website for coupons before you go. I was able to get my tire patched and remounted for free! Stopped by today to have my tires checked out. They had been losing air and I had no idea why. Luis was super nice when he answered the phone and I brought my car right on in. Barely waited a few minutes and then Burley came out and put my car up on the platform and immediately checked my tires and informed me that A: I DON'T need new tires (despite what I was told elsewhere), B: I was losing air because my dumb ass wasn't doing the air filling correctly. Whoops. After a good laugh about my questionable driving and vehicle upkeep skills and a thorough tire inspection, Burley dropped the car down and told me I was good to go. I was mortified what I witnessed so I choose to take my business elsewhere. As a women, I saw the Ray speaking to the customer in a condescending manner and was borderline chauvinist at times. They quoted me $80 to repair a tire that had a nail in it. Firestone quoted me $30. I don't even think the rate was based on the damage because he hadn't looked at the tire yet. He just saw it was a BMW and said $80. Then when I showed him the tire he tried to upsell me on a new tire. read more
