No words can describe the poor experience I had at this location. ( employee names of this Hisleah store are not added to not escalate it negatively towards an employee who possibly was just having a bad day) Approximately 40 days ago, I purchased a set of four brand-new Goodyear tires and had them installed by Goodyear. After less than 170 miles of driving, one of the tires developed what appears to be a sidewall bubble. I am a very cautious driver, have had no accidents, struck no potholes that I'm aware of, and immediately went to the nearest Goodyear location on 08/06/2026 at approximately 4:05 PM to have the tire inspected. From the moment I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait for assistance. While I understand businesses can get busy, I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. During that entire time, there were two employees at the front desk who appeared unoccupied. One stated he was busy, while the other never acknowledged my presence. Once I was finally helped, I explained the issue. The employee came outside to inspect my tire and, before performing any meaningful inspection, immediately concluded that I was responsible for the damage. He repeatedly stated that "the only way something like this happens is if the driver caused it" and that I should have purchased the road hazard protection. I asked if he could honestly determine whether this was a manufacturing defect instead of driver-caused damage, considering the tire had less than 170 miles of use. Rather than answering my question, he insisted it was my fault but said he needed my purchase invoice before he could proceed. I asked what the invoice would change regarding the inspection or determination, but he simply told me to continue waiting until it arrived. After waiting several more minutes with no update, I asked whether it would be better for me to contact Goodyear Customer Service directly to begin a claim since I had already been waiting for quite some time without receiving any clear answers. His response was that I could call if I wanted, but again insisted that the damage was my fault. Interestingly, the moment I reached a representative with Goodyear Customer Service, the store suddenly had my invoice available and was finally ready to assist me. After making me wait another 30 minutes simply to obtain an invoice, I was told exactly what I had already informed them from the beginning--that I had purchased the tires on the date I stated but had not purchased road hazard protection. I was then told there was nothing the store could do and that I should simply buy another tire. I explained that I understood I had not purchased the road hazard warranty, but that my concern was whether the tire itself had experienced a possible manufacturing defect after less than 170 miles of normal driving. Rather than addressing that concern, I was again told that I was responsible and that my only option was to purchase another tire. In total, I spent approximately one hour at this location--30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and another 30 minutes waiting for an invoice that ultimately served only to confirm information I had already provided. At no point did I feel that anyone genuinely attempted to investigate whether this could have been a manufacturing issue. Instead, I felt blamed from the very beginning without any objective inspection or willingness to listen. Before leaving, I informed the employee that I intended to leave a detailed review because the customer service I received was one of the worst experiences I've had. This review is not simply about the tire--it's about how customers are treated. Being dismissed, blamed without evidence, and kept waiting for an hour only to be told to buy another tire is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides additional training on customer service and how potential warranty or manufacturing concerns should be handled. The service is good and I purchased 4 tires on April, but I noticed a month and a half and I have to put air constantly on the tires and one popped, now I went to the store and they are giving me a hard time to resolve the issue. Meaning the tires are bad and they don't want to replace my tires and as a customer I have 90 day warranty and if there's something wrong they would be able to fix it but they deny to fix the problem for me. read more

I have always serviced and purchased tires at Goodyear for my car and recommend others to do the same. Yesterday I serviced my car for balancing, alignment, and rotation. I had an appointment at 9:00 am but I decided to go earlier since I had scheduled events all day. While I waited in the lobby I was notified by Goodyear that I had a dirty Air Filter. I decided to not change my air filter at the moment but I thanked Goodyear for notifying me of what I needed to change. My car was done a little after 9:00 am and I was given a receipt like Goodyear always does of the work done and changes or damages noted on my car. I saw the note on a change of Air Filter needed and what caught my attention was a note stating "R/R stud came in broken". I immediately went outside and looked at what that meant. I noticed one of the stud was broken and I also noticed that another stud had a bolt instead of the same lug nuts every other wheel had. I then told the Goodyear employee that I have always serviced my car at that Goodyear, so there was no way I had a broken stud and a bolt on another stud when they serviced my car. I occasionally check the air on my tires and I would have noticed at some point before servicing my car of the difference. The Goodyear went to the shop and spoke to the mechanic and another employee. When he came back he offered to fix the problem which they did, but I had to leave my car for hours to get it done. What disappoints me of that Goodyear is the fact that they advised me of a dirty filter but they did not advise or took it upon themselves to fix what they had done. They were going to allow me to walk away like many others who trust Goodyear for their value and service and drive my car the way it was. I'm sure that when the next time I service my car, Goodyear was going to advise me and that point it would become my problem and cost to fix. The reason I write to you is to let you know that I will no longer service my car or purchase anymore tires from Goodyear. My trust in Goodyear no longer exist and I cannot continue servicing my car because of this reason.
