Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place. Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. An oil that was done 2 days prior and this is the color is unacceptable, what did I pay you for and then do not even refund you. I will go somewhere else, thank you. Please think twice before coming here. Wasted 2 hours from draining old oil and 145 dollars that they did not even refund the money and no I do not trust this company to touch my car ever again after this. A car with excessive oil through engine is not good and good thing that I noticed. I went there personally with the bottle and ask them to explain what kind of oil they put and if they think that color is a new oil change and the Technician told me that oil after it runs through the engine gets like that. Really, wow! like this is my first time taking this car to an oil change. But yes wasted 145 dollars since obviously is not what you pay for and should not be.2 days after oil change will have to be done again since these people do not take any responsabilty. Please check your oil if you have done your oil here and avoid coming to this place. very sloppy. I did oil change 2 days before this picture and you can see how dirty the oil is. I ask for 10W30 Mobil 1 full synthetic and paid 145.00 dollars for an oil change that needs to be done again. This people left more then a quarter of old oil in my car that I had to drain out with a syringe. Not very honest people Me dejaron mas de 1 quarto de aceite viejo.

No words can describe the poor experience I had at this location. ( employee names of this Hisleah…read morestore are not added to not escalate it negatively towards an employee who possibly was just having a bad day) Approximately 40 days ago, I purchased a set of four brand-new Goodyear tires and had them installed by Goodyear. After less than 170 miles of driving, one of the tires developed what appears to be a sidewall bubble. I am a very cautious driver, have had no accidents, struck no potholes that I'm aware of, and immediately went to the nearest Goodyear location on 08/06/2026 at approximately 4:05 PM to have the tire inspected. From the moment I walked in, I was told to sit down and wait for assistance. While I understand businesses can get busy, I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. During that entire time, there were two employees at the front desk who appeared unoccupied. One stated he was busy, while the other never acknowledged my presence. Once I was finally helped, I explained the issue. The employee came outside to inspect my tire and, before performing any meaningful inspection, immediately concluded that I was responsible for the damage. He repeatedly stated that "the only way something like this happens is if the driver caused it" and that I should have purchased the road hazard protection. I asked if he could honestly determine whether this was a manufacturing defect instead of driver-caused damage, considering the tire had less than 170 miles of use. Rather than answering my question, he insisted it was my fault but said he needed my purchase invoice before he could proceed. I asked what the invoice would change regarding the inspection or determination, but he simply told me to continue waiting until it arrived. After waiting several more minutes with no update, I asked whether it would be better for me to contact Goodyear Customer Service directly to begin a claim since I had already been waiting for quite some time without receiving any clear answers. His response was that I could call if I wanted, but again insisted that the damage was my fault. Interestingly, the moment I reached a representative with Goodyear Customer Service, the store suddenly had my invoice available and was finally ready to assist me. After making me wait another 30 minutes simply to obtain an invoice, I was told exactly what I had already informed them from the beginning--that I had purchased the tires on the date I stated but had not purchased road hazard protection. I was then told there was nothing the store could do and that I should simply buy another tire. I explained that I understood I had not purchased the road hazard warranty, but that my concern was whether the tire itself had experienced a possible manufacturing defect after less than 170 miles of normal driving. Rather than addressing that concern, I was again told that I was responsible and that my only option was to purchase another tire. In total, I spent approximately one hour at this location--30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and another 30 minutes waiting for an invoice that ultimately served only to confirm information I had already provided. At no point did I feel that anyone genuinely attempted to investigate whether this could have been a manufacturing issue. Instead, I felt blamed from the very beginning without any objective inspection or willingness to listen. Before leaving, I informed the employee that I intended to leave a detailed review because the customer service I received was one of the worst experiences I've had. This review is not simply about the tire--it's about how customers are treated. Being dismissed, blamed without evidence, and kept waiting for an hour only to be told to buy another tire is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this interaction and provides additional training on customer service and how potential warranty or manufacturing concerns should be handled. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to have legitimate concerns evaluated fairly, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on new tires

I'd already replaced 2 of my tires several months ago, and in looking at the condition of the other…read more2, it was now time to swap them out as well. I found on the internet that Walmart had Bridgestone brand tires for my vehicle on sale for less than $100 each, which was a solid deal. Within a few minutes I was able to buy the tires, pay for installation and book an appointment, and even with all the usual disposal and other fees that come with tire purchases, the total was a little more than $250 which I was happy with. The slight downside was that the tires weren't in stock so the soonest I could get them installed was about 3 weeks later. My appointment was on a Saturday morning at 10. As others have stated, the line of people at the back of this Walmart store for the Tire and Auto Center was long, and they only had 1 line for everyone regardless if you were buying something, checking in for a service you'd already paid for like me, returning a battery, asking which wiper blades were correct for your vehicle, etc. I got in line at just before 10, and at 10:32 I finally got to speak with someone...So more than a 1/2 hour wait. Contrary to what other reviewers have stated the 2 people I dealt with spoke perfect English, the guy looked up my order, went out to check that the tires I bought had arrived, verified they were the right ones for my vehicle, took my keys and told me I'd get a text when they started working on my car and when it was ready. He didn't believe an alignment would be needed, but if any other services were suggested, they'd message me. Though the line of cars waiting for oil changes stretched out into the parking lot, I got a text within 15 minutes of handing the guy my keys, stating they'd started my service, and my car was ready for pickup at 11:20, so about 50 minutes from the time I was waited on until my car was ready. I really wish all service visits were this simple and straightforward; I placed my order and scheduled the service on their website, paid for everything including installation at that time, there was no attempt to upsell me to better or more expensive tires, they didn't try and add in a bunch of extra services like an alignment that I didn't need, the price paid for everything was very reasonable and when I got back in my car to leave, my seat hadn't been moved or the radio station changed as is often the case at dealerships. The only inconvenience was the 30+ minutes I spent waiting in line just to tell them I'd arrived. That said, I'd be happy to return here in the future.

This was the worse experience as a consumer. I tried to do one stop at Walmart Auto Center and…read moreordered my tires online(this was smooth) and wanted the Auto center to install the tires and also an oil change. At first there was confusion on which line I should be in. After speaking in my broken Spanish to the attendant he told me that I would need an oil change first and then tire installation after. After waiting for 2.5 hours, they realized that they could not change my oil since they did not have filters for my truck(Dodge 1500 eco diesel). Another attendant suggested I go to the auto parts store and buy the part so they can continue working and I declined and I asked them to install my tires instead. After another 30-45 minutes, they came back in and told me they could not install my tires since they do not install anything over 18 inches and my truck had 20 inches. Nowhere on Walmart's web site, or store was there a mention. I also blame the lack of knowledge on the technicians who failed to realize they cannot install tires on trucks. Overall, this was the worst experience for an oil change and tire installation I have ever experienced. I DO NOT recommend or suggest anyone to use this facility.
