Did oil change 2 days before when I noticed oil in my driveway ,so I told my husband to check the oil since I was cleaning puddles for 2 days and car did not leak before. Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place. Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. An oil that was done 2 days prior and this is the color is unacceptable, what did I pay you for and then do not even refund you. I will go somewhere else, thank you. Please think twice before coming here. Wasted 2 hours from draining old oil and 145 dollars that they did not even refund the money and no I do not trust this company to touch my car ever again after this. A car with excessive oil through engine is not good and good thing that I noticed. I went there personally with the bottle and ask them to explain what kind of oil they put and if they think that color is a new oil change and the Technician told me that oil after it runs through the engine gets like that. Really, wow! like this is my first time taking this car to an oil change. But yes wasted 145 dollars since obviously is not what you pay for and should not be.2 days after oil change will have to be done again since these people do not take any responsabilty. Please check your oil if you have done your oil here and avoid coming to this place. very sloppy. I did oil change 2 days before this picture and you can see how dirty the oil is. I ask for 10W30 Mobil 1 full synthetic and paid 145.00 dollars for an oil change that needs to be done again. This people left more then a quarter of old oil in my car that I had to drain out with a syringe. Not very honest people Me dejaron mas de 1 quarto de aceite viejo. No muy honestos read more

Expensive! Compared to other service providers, this place it is pricy. They have very nice professionals and quick and effective service, but the price it is over the normal rate. read more

They were so wonderful and helped me with a car emergency for no charge. They also filled my tires just to be nice. 10/10 recommend!

Super reliable, i've gotten my car serviced here since 2017 and I can say they always do a excellent and quick efficient job. There's never a long wait and if you go early enough, no line! I would recommend this business to every and anyone if you're in need of an oil change or any other maintenance such as tire rotation, balancing and even battery service. 10/10 couldn't say greater things and the receptionist is super friendly and very informative. read more

I've been going to this place for a while though I've also visited others when I moved down in Kendall for a while. Now that I'm back in the area I've been using them again. I didn't give 5 stars cause it could sometimes depend on who's there that you'll receive better service. They're straight to the point and prices are the same if not a few dollars lower than anywhere else. During one oil change I had some guy I've never seen before trying to tell me I should change my AC filter, after I had changed it the day before... The older gentleman that's usually there just asks if he sees it looks dirty. Quick and efficient. And they have two locations not too far from each other. read more

I brought my Volkswagen to hi tech lube for a oil change a month and a half ago. I told the service guys that I need a oil change in English and then in Spanish because they can't speak English, they tell me no problem it's $64 bucks, I said okay and that I would be at Pet Supermarket, I go and come back in 40 minutes. The car is done and I paid. Yesterday I fixed the brakes on my car and decided to do the oil change myself. I I unscrew the oil plug and barely a quart of oil comes out and the oil was black. I replaced my oil filter and it wasn't changed either. So these 2 guys at hi tech lube didn't do anything to my car and they charged me $64 bucks, Be warned this company is shady and they will take advantage of you. I will never go back to that place again. read more

They were quick, honest, time efficient and the price was fair. I left my previous go-to oil change place for these guys based off the positive yelp reviews. So glad I did. My old place always tried suggesting unrelated repairs. These guys do your oil change and send you on your way. They don't offer you services if you don't ask for them. 5 stars. read more

Paid $73 for a synthetic oil change on my Nissan Murano and it was very fast and efficient. I even walked in 30 mins before closing.

It's 10:00 am and all the workers are on their cell-no one acknowledges you as you drive in - the head guy changes your oil and sits down again on an old ragy coach they picked up from somewhere and says your done -nods his head so you can go and pay inside the office that smells like gas mixed with oil?? Never going back! And they did not do the other services they say they do. This place used to be good. read more

This my third time changing my oil at Hi Tech Lube 3. Located at 181 NW 180 Avenue in Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. Because I had no problems in the past, I decided to come back here for an oil change of which comes with a free car wash and vacuum. I was hoping to have the same guy that worked on my car before be there. Unfortunately, he wasn't there, but through this process found out I was being charged for Synthetic blend when it was Regular oil that was put in my car so their computer system says. However, this 3rd trip was a horrible experience for me and I hope no one ever have to experience what I've been through with them. They deserve no stars!!! No stars!!! They deserve ZERO STARs! I came for an oil change. I requested them to put a Synthetic blend in my car. After they put my car down from the lifter, the English speaking Spanish guy grove my car few steps towards the back exit of the garage. From a distance I've watched the English speaking Spanish guy turned off the engine as they proceeded to put oil back in my car and other stuff to my engine along with the other two non-speaking English guys. As my hood was up, they took forever doing what, I don't know. Finally, when they called me, they told me that I need to buy a new car battery. After paying for my oil change, as I was in my car, I asked the guy how bad is my car battery? He signed me the dead sign using his finger going across his neck and advised me to not to turn off my engine. I turned off my engine right away, I advised them that my car was working just fine and I was watching them the whole time. I overheard the same guy telling the other Spanish guys to give me a battery and if I don't pay for it, they will call the police on me. So, I did instead. Police came, they did nothing for me but tell me that my car needs a new battery, "just bad time one said." I drove home praying I'll get there safely. As I was trying to back up into my driveway, my car died right in the middle of the road. Thank God I got help from a stranger to park in my drive way. After few hours when my husband came home, he checked my car battery and notice wires were twisted weird. He managed to fix it with some type, and wiped the oily spray that the mechanic guys had sprayed on my battery. My car was running just fine again. On Monday morning, we took my car to be diagnosed for $45, at a car shop out in North Miami. We just told them to check my car because we already changed spark plugs, coils and that an oil change was done on Saturday morning. They told us that someone plugged off a sensor. They snapped it back on and said that my car has no problems. I asked about my transmission, my filter, and battery. They said everything was running just fine!! Now you see, these Hi Tech Lube mechanics that are out in Pembroke Pines are CROOKS. If this review can take anymore writing, I would write out in full details. Drivers, please beware of these scammers. Ladies, DON"T go to a mechanic by yourself unless a man is with you. These Spanish Mechanics in Hi Tech Lube 3 in Pembroke Pines will rip you off like they tried to do to me. read more

Good speedy service and they don't scam you like some other lube places. Prices are not bad also
