By far, the worst place I've been to for an oil change. I wanted to support a local business and it's turned into a nightmare. They advertised a 10 minute oil change. Typically, for these quick oil change locations, you wait in your car until they finish. I was asked to sit inside. After about 15 minutes, I was asked to step outside. She showed me my air filter and stated it was dirty and that I needed a new one. She also showed me a cup filled with dirty oil and stated that my engine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I was quoted an additional price for both. I chose to change my air filter since it was evidently dirty and I understood that after needing an oil change, the oil comes out dirty regardless. I kindly declined. A day later, my car begins to smoke under the hood and I begin to smell electrical smoke inside of my car. I have it a couple of days, assuming that they had spilled some oil and it was burning off. After a week, my car continued to smoke and I continued to breathe in the combustible fumes inside of my car. I called the company and asked to have it checked out. I bring my car in and the same woman advises me that they're not at fault for the smoke and references a leak that I've had for a while because of the old oil that is visible. I advised her I already had a hose replaced a year ago and it took a week to repair. Instead of trying to solve the issue, she continued to avoid taking the blame for it and let me know that it could be fixed at their location in a few hours, for $1200! She also mentioned I could still drive it but would have to stop by their location once a month to check the oil levels. She also mentioned that it had nothing to do with the oil change because it was an exhaust issue. So now, instead of getting my oil changed and carrying on with my life until the next one, I have to figure out what damage they could have possibly done when I was sitting inside and didn't get to watch what they were doing to my car. Not to mention, when I stepped out to look at the air filter, I noticed a few things had been moved around under my hood. Extremely disappointed in their service and lack of ownership for the issue they caused. Not only do I have to continue to investigate what took place but I have to drive around with smoke coming out of my hood and through the AC vents, when I never had this issue until after I saw them. read more

I came in for an oil change. I feel comfortable that they have women working there. They are seriously done in a flash. Easiest and fastest oil change I've done. They do offer recommendations of what you should do to your vehicle but I didn't feel any pressure to do those services. Miss Marie I believe her name was super nice. read more

Absolutely furious with this place right now. Came in this morning for an oil change before getting on the road to head toward Orlando. While there, I noticed they offer an A/C cleaning and disinfecting service for $30. Having had a bit of a funky organic smell coming through the vents for a few weeks, I figured I'd give it a shot, but I made it very clear to the tech that I suffer from asthma and cannot have anything put in the car that will leave any sort of chemical trace in the vehicle. I was completely reassured that wouldn't be the case. However, about 20 miles north of Miami I started noticing a harsh chemical odor coming through the vents, and a couple of minutes later I was looking for my inhaler while coughing. I continued to drive with the windows rolled down, which helped, but whenever I stopped the vehicle for a few minutes and restarted, the chemical smell would return in full force and my chest would tighten. I have better things to do than to deal with this right now, so I'm very hopeful this situation will take care of itself quickly, but I'm not optimistic. Open later than most places, quick, and efficient. The mechanic walked me through everything and explained it so I felt very comfortable with the services and what was recommended or necessary services. It was the evening before a road trip that I was taking the next day. It was a life saver to drop in at 7pm and truly be out of there in less than 15 minutes after paying and everything. The owner was here helping out which is always a good sign. Good service and good people working here. Full synthetic oil change advertised at $59.99 but it actually costs $105.00 - So please update your pricing. I cant give them more stars because of this detail. But i will come back for servicing again. read more

Confirmed their FB page, current post & incorrect. Offered Summer of Oil. Oil changes were 20% off for the summer. Got my bill, no 20% off. She said $7 off or $20 off not. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband went a few months ago and he was quoted a price of $92 for an oil change, in the meantime he had a coupon for 1999. My daughter went today had a coupon for 1999 was never told she was going to be charge more and was allegedly given a high mile oil change. Prior to getting any service there please get an estimate first! buyer beware seems to be a pattern, where they want to overcharge all of the customers. I would guess that the mechanic gets commission off package they sell. read more
