As I was checking out, I had to ask for my receipt, and when I reviewed it after pulling off, I noticed I was owed $11 more in change. The total was actually $268. I went back to get the rest of my money, and while he did apologize and return it, the situation didn't sit right with me. If I hadn't double-checked the receipt, I would've unknowingly overpaid by $16. It feels like this wasn't an honest mistake, especially since I already gave a tip on top of what he tried to keep. I just want to warn others to double-check their totals and change before leaving. Customers deserve transparency and respect--not games with their money.

For context, the nail was in the thread and not on the face of the tire. I went to my car to drive out only to discover a complete flat tire. They removed the nail and left the hole open for the air to escape. They not only told me lies but caused me a bigger problem. They wanted to force me to buy the tires with them. Unprofessional, unethical, disrespectful and just wrong. Do not use their shitty services.
