I went back to get the rest of my money, and while he did apologize and return it, the situation didn't sit right with me. If I hadn't double-checked the receipt, I would've unknowingly overpaid by $16. It feels like this wasn't an honest mistake, especially since I already gave a tip on top of what he tried to keep. I just want to warn others to double-check their totals and change before leaving. Customers deserve transparency and respect--not games with their money.

My daughter and I brought her Honda Civic in after work for a simple oil change. What should have been quick turned into over four hours with terrible communication. At first staff seemed casual, but once something clearly went wrong, we were left without updates and treated disrespectfully. After the oil change, as soon as the car was taken off the ramp, it began shaking violently and multiple warning lights came on (check engine and several other alerts). Instead of taking the issue seriously and keeping us informed, the staff avoided accountability. At one point, multiple employees gathered and were laughing while we were standing there waiting for answers. It felt humiliating and completely unprofessional--especially as two women trying to handle a car issue that had just been made worse. The car ended up having to stay overnight because it was not safe to drive. We were told a manager (and even a "regional manager") would call to "make it right." No one ever contacted us. Ultimately we had to tow the vehicle to Honda, and the total cost related to this situation became approximately $1700. To this day, there has been no resolution, no callback, and no accountability. I do not recommend this location. If you value professionalism, communication, and basic respect as a customer, do not bring your vehicle here. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE - waiting on Corporate to call me.

I came on a Saturday in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff here was super friendly and upbeat. I got the pleasure of chatting with Kristy (spelling might be wrong) but she was such a joy to talk to. She went through the options of what I could also add on to my service and even checked one of my filters for me. The workers were very clear with their directions and quick and precise. I came for an oil change only but they also do a general check up and let you know if anything needs to be addressed (AC, Battery, lights, etc). They noticed my windshield wipes were not placed properly and fixed that for me real quick. Brandon and Jennifer were a killer team. It was amazing seeing Jennifer go to work tbh!!! Amazing workers the both of them. The only downside of the experience is, since this is Florida, depending on the time of day the moment the car is off and the AC is gone, I was cooking in my car haha. But due to how quick the service was, I at least did not suffer for that long. These guys have to work in this heat all day so kudos to them !
