I am really shocked by the reviews before me but I am gonna go ahead and give it five stars anyway (more if i could). As a first time customer yesterday I have to say that I wil be coming back for almost everything else my car may need in the future!! I had taken my car to a mechanic last year who ended up messing up my car. Every time I turned on my car it would make this awful/loud/embarrasing noise, I took it back to that same mechanic for him to fix what he had done to my car and all he said was.."oohhh thats nothing, I didn't do that, but i'll fix it anyway" which in the end he just made worse than before. for months I was driving around hopeless and convinced my car was forever broken or that it would be crazy expensive to fix. Long story short, I took my car to jiffy lube yesterday and spoke to the boys working there about what had happened to my car and about the noise. They were very polite, they pretty much said that nothing needed to be changed, that the other mechanic just didn't do it correctly and they fixed it with no problem!! the horrible noise is now gone for good!!! customer service was great!! I didn't even have this great of an experience at the car dealership (headquarter toyota), now those people are a rip off but thats a different review LOL . I had no hope for my poor little car, I felt horrible because its a car that is STILL in warranty and it is my fault that it was being so mistreated. but the boys at jiffy lube left it like new!! I just wrote a review on the Jiffy Lube site and saw these reviews on YELP and if you read the review sent by Elisabeth A SHE IS 100% ACCURATE ABOUT THE HORRIBLE MANAGER. The woman has no sense of customer service at all. She does have a really bad attitude and I am amazed she has a job at all. The woman will crush whatever good mood you came in with. read more

I have been coming here for years but I received the worst service of my life today while coming to get an oil change. First, they took 2 cars that got here after I did, I sat in my in car service with no fan while the car next to me had a fan (it's Miami, it's always super hot), no one came to talk to me while I was getting my service, they made me sit on the track for almost 20 minutes before someone started on my car, the people were super rude, they didn't let me tell them what I wanted with my service, were super condescending as I don't know what my car needs. Over all an extremely bad experience. If I could give this zero stars I would but unfortunately 1 is the minimum. Will seriously consider going to another jiffy lube or somewhere else for an oil change. Hate it here. read more

You can get an oil change anywhere but this place takes care of you! I've been going for years and they treat me so well, always does and extra check on my car and help me and guide me on how to maintain my car on my own. I recommend this place to everyone! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never had such a horrible experience at any other jiffy lube. Hispanic middle aged overweight lady with glasses who works there was argumentative and extremely rude. Wouldn't listen to a word we were trying to say and kept arguing and going on and on until eventually she called me "crazy and psychotic" and in her words "I belong in a mental hospital" for just telling her to just do the oil change and stop arguing with us because she was out of line and at this point I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. I work in customer service and if I ever treated a customer like that I would be fired on the spot for that language. If I was her manager I would have fired her. I would have left if they hadn't drained my cars oil already. Manager did not seem to care about the interaction at all. Will never return. She didn't even try to apologize to me about the interaction and just gave a half assed apology to my husband. read more

I went to this place to do an oil change and they wanted to charge me $540 for an oil and filter change and like I said I wouldn't do it they left the oil cap open where you check the oil and all the oil spilled into the engine of my car causing more than $1200 in damage. These people are not professionals, they want to get more money from you and if they can't, they will cause damage to your vehicles when they go to a recognized company. BE AWARE THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! They changed the rear brake pads on my car a month ago. Brakes were squeaking so I went back a week after to complain. They couldn't check the problem because of "lack of personnel". Asked me to come back another day which I did. Then they said that the pads didn't have a warranty because they didn't change the rotors (they never said this in the first place). Wait 2 weeks and the noise will go away they said. I waited the 2 weeks, and the noise is still there. Today they said they can only give me a new set of pads, but I have to pay AGAIN for labor. I demanded my money back and was told they don't reimburse. In total I paid $200 for changing pads, 4 trips to the shop for the same reason. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Just went to get my oil change here and dealt with a rude and completely unprofessional kid running the front counter. Usually they have a dude there that's really nice but this kid was just an asshole. They drove my car into the garage, I went in to use the bathroom and by the time I got out he was telling me that my car was ready. It was no more than 5 minutes and he was claiming a proper oil change was done. I paid and he hands me a paper with all sorts of things checked "ok" on it. Such as my air filter and fluids which they did not add. I asked him about the air filter he said that it was dirty but since last time I was there I opted out of having them change my air filter or add any additional fluids to my vehicle that he didn't bother to ask or even check. I am headed on a road trip and actually did want the full service but I was rushed in and out and given a paper stating they checked all these additional things in my car when they hardly spent 5 minutes on it. He even admitted to not checking anything. I kid you not, 5 minutes was all my car was there for. I hardly believe they even actually changed my oil. I left very hesitant, annoyed and feeling cheated out of service. My advice to jiffy lube at this location would be to stop hiring angsty 19 year olds. I've been using jiffy lube for years and was shocked at the price today. $70 for an basic oil change. That is completely ridiculous.

WHAT A SCAM!!! They failed my car's Uber inspection recommending replacement of the brake fluid a a cost of $85 plus taxes. I had no choice. I would had lost $30 for the inspection anyway; however, I found out later after reading my Toyota Corrola owne's manual and even Jiffy Lub's website, that there is not such a thing as replacing the brake fluid. I observed what they did to my car: they used a little vacuum to suck the brake fluid from the reservoir and replaced with new fluid. If the fluid was bad it continues behind bad as the new fluid is mixing with the old one as they did not flush the brake system lines. I could imaging how much money they stole that they. They said there were about 100 Uber customers. By the way some of those from same date and before are posting very bad comments about these people. Unfortunately I read them too late. Please do not go to this store they are all very bad people. read more

I figured out why it took over 60 minutes to get.a "jiffy" oil change. Apparently they broke my glove box door from the hinges & couldn't figure out how to put it back together. The question is what business they had going in there for an oil change. They didn't say squat about the damage. I found extra parts after I drove off to God knows what. Now I have to go to the dealer to find out what happened & fix it. In addition they presented a dirty air filter that was not mine explaining I needed to change it. I wish I noticed the rating on this place before I came here. Horrible place. So not come to this location. They are dishonest and scammers. I came for oil change and uber inspection. They used the uber inspection to trap me into having to purchase wiper blades for $20 each which I refused. And of course they try to sell an air filter. My wiper blades were fine and because of this I had to go out of my way to buy wiper blades elsewhere to avoid their trap out of principle. My blades were fine to pass an inspection. It was a 2014 Car in perfect condition. Then they charge a crazy price for oil change. Go somewhere else if you can. Look at the reviews. I regret not seeing that first. So I was a customer at this location for about 3 Years now, I've been using coupons, and the prices for my oil change were acceptable. But today when I went to get my car oil changed, the workers only thought about the money that they can get from me, I provided a coupon that I've been saving for awhile for them to tell me that I couldn't use it at their location, when clearly it was an acceptable coupon, and aside from this they were overpricing their cabin/air filters to be 30 dollars each, which for me is incredible. (amazon filters are way cheaper) I couldn't believe my eyes when my standard old oil changes that were $28 rose to almost $200 dollars with all the additional things that they wanted to throw onto me. I rejected it immediately and continued to process the standard payment for my oil change which also increased with a coupon to $40. I wouldn't dare come here anymore and I will be buying my own $20 dollar oil and doing the work myself. Enough said. read more

I stopped coming to this Jiffy Lube years ago but recently I had to get a quick oil change and noticed on my drive home it was empty. Empty on a Saturday should of been my warning. I pull up and was greeted by an employee. I told her I wanted an oil change and she pulls out a list of prices and "Holy Moly" have they hiked up their prices. I was in need of an oil change and I knew i didn't have to wait long for my services so i paid the 39.99 for the basic oil change. The waiting room was small, smelly, hot...not the best combination. After about 5 minutes the employee brought me to her computer station outside and showed me a dirty engine filter and said it was mine and NEEDED to be changed. I told her "no, Thank You". My car is fairly new so I couldn't believe that the dirty engine filter was mine. Then she told me my windshield wipers NEEDED to be changed. Once again i said "No, Thank You". AFter 2 "No, Thank Yous" she rolled her eyes. NOWWWW i remember why i stopped coming here or to any Jiffy Lube for that matter. If it were possible to give this location half a star or none at all, that is the rating they would deserve from me. My husband took our car in for an oil change and was surprised that the mechanic finished in fifteen minutes. Husband drove home and needed to change a headlight that had burned out. Thank the universe the headlight burned out and hubby had to pop the hood- otherwise, we might not have discovered the danger Jiffy Lube put us in. The guy who serviced our car forgot to put the cap back on the oil tank and oil had spilled all over the engine. Our car could have caught fire! Hubby had to clean the engine up and found the cap wedged where it didn't belong. When I called the manager, he offered a meek apology. I informed him they have lost a customer. Definitely bring your car here if you want to risk it catching fire or blowing up with your family in it. read more

I brought in a 1999 coupon they said I could get $20 off it was a Jiffy Lube coupon and if you read it it says that I can get the oil change for 1999 it was only a few dollars difference but I'm not going to go back there just because I didn't like it no integrity. This is the worst jiffy lube I've been to by far. They all are bad and they all try to upsell you and tell you that you need a new air filter and show you "your filter" and how dirty it is. But this jiffy lube was ridiculous. I had been to this location once before and I kid you not!! They told me that I could only do synthetic because my car has a lock on it that only allows for synthetic and not conventional...lmao!!! I don't know if they thought that because I'm a woman and may have looked like I don't know much about cars that I'd buy that crap...they thought VERY WRONG. I laughed at them and said ok well then I'm leaving. I got in my car and left. I have been to jiffy lube plenty of times and have gotten conventional oil every time and was never given that crazy story. So anyways, I decided to give them another try and I got there and right away the lady starts trying to sell me an additional service for an extra $5..I said no thank you. Then she tried to sell me two other things to which I also said no thank you. Then a few moments go by and I'm told that my oil tank was all messed up inside and that if they don't clean it then this oil change won't work. But they could fix it at an additional $10! Lol I have consistently gotten my oil changed when I need to and my car is only 3.5 years old so I highly doubt it's all messed up..so again said no thank you. The lady came to me AGAIN and did the whole filter song and dance showing me "MY" filthy black filter...can you guess what I said.....?! Bingo! No thank you. Then another lady came to me to tell me that I had bug eggs under my hood...I got home and looked under my hood and there was not one bug egg. Really?! What an odd lie to tell... I made sure that I watched my car to see every move they made and to ensure that they actually changed my oil. I don't understand why this company has to run their business so dirty!!! This place is horrible! I brought my car in there with a LivingSocial voucher that I had to get a Signature Oil Change. They kept pushing me to get this and that, then this suddenly needed changing and this here was dirty. Mind you, up to that point I had done ALL my own maintenance on my cars. So I turned it all down, much to their dismay. I then sat down in the lobby, sipping on some bland coffee as I waited for my car. After a while my car was finally ready, I gave my voucher to the cashier and drove off. The next day I was driving to work I noticed a sudden oil pressure drop, this was definitely not normal when I did my oil changes. I shrugged it off and gave it the benefit of the doubt due to the cold. When I get home I noticed that there was a HUGE oil stain in my parking lot. I took the car into the Jiffy Lube the next day and I brought this up they took my car in and they pointed out a miniscule leak that it had on a gasket. Mind you, this car was 17 years old and it was bound to have leaks but there was NO WAY a small droplet like that could cause that. I proceeded to change my own oil a week later, when I take my Oil drain plug LO AND BEHOLD! These guys STRIPPED the threading on the nut and completely warped the threads on my oil pan! No WONDER there was oil everywhere! Those punk kids wouldnt take responsibility for what they did, this is what happens when you try to save a little money. I have since gotten rid of the car and bought a new car, and I have definitely made it be known to everyone I know that this place is CRAP! I will never take any car I own to this Jiffy Lube location again! read more

I went to have my vehicle inspected for the mandatory Miami dade Uber vehicle inspection. I was informed by Uber that the inspections cost was $30. When I got to this place I asked the receiving mechanic named Alexander about the price and he told me $30. I say ok. They performed the inspection to my car which is a Hyundai Sonata 2015 20k miles and all of the sudden this man J.Medina the manager or head cashier tells me the car doesn't pass because it need fuel system cleaning done $58.00. I agreed to it because I need the car to pass in order to keep driving for Uber. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided there because I am absolutely sure my vehicle didnt need the fuel cleaning and they charged me not $30 for the inspection but $35.28. I have a copy of the invoice. I also witnessed that the person ahead of me in the cashier line to pay was an Uber driver too who got into a confrontation with this guy J.Medina because he wanted to charge him $60 for the Uber inspection. I am under the absolute impression that this guy J. Medina is ripping peoples off. I can only proof my case with my invoice but I am sure there are more unsatisfied customers out there. Is He conducting with the consent or approval of the owner? That would be another question. read more
