I tried calling them the next day but no answer after many, many tries. I drove down there and was told my car would be next in line the next day and they would call me mid day. No call. I called them at least 10 times during the day with no answer. I went there again and was made promises again and I took my vehicle and left. What a waste of my time. No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. The woman I spoke with was very apoligetic and very nice but I would not recommend this place at all.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I brought my Infiniti to them because the driver's side AC was not blowing cold air. The passenger side was fine, freezing cold as it should be. After they looked at the car, they told me it was the AC condenser unit and it would cost $1,500. I KNEW THEY WERE LYING. THEY THINK WE/YOU ARE DUMB. First, this car only has 50,000 miles on it and Infiniti's don't break like that. Most importantly, if the AC condenser unit was shot, ALL OF THE AIR COMING FROM THAT UNIT WOULD BE WARM AND THAT WARM AIR WOULD BE SENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE CAR - NOT JUST ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. I took it to another shop, they hooked the car up to their computer and recalibrated the temperature gauge system. $125! The AC is perfect. I have the estimate from Rodriguez that shows they wanted to replace the AC unit with the cost and I have the work order from the other place which shows the work that was done. BE WARNED!

Miguel Garcia introduced me to Lake's Auto center, and I can honestly say experiences like this are…read moreextremely rare. I have dealt with a lot of mechanic shops over the years and I know how this industry works. Trust is not something that comes easily when it comes to car repairs. But the moment I started working directly with Joe, I knew I was dealing with someone different. Joe is the definition of honest. Straightforward, transparent, and truly focused on helping the customer instead of just running up a bill. The situation with my car was not simple. It was actually a very complicated issue that could have easily turned into a stressful and expensive nightmare. Instead, they handled everything with professionalism and confidence and made something extremely complex feel like an absolute breeze. What impressed me the most was the integrity. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. That level of transparency is something you almost never see anymore. Because of this experience, this will not only be the place I bring my personal vehicle. I will also be bringing my entire fleet of ten vehicles here moving forward. When you find people you can truly trust in the automotive world, you stick with them. Finding an honest mechanic today feels like finding a needle in a haystack. This place is the real deal. If you want a shop that is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely looking out for your best interest, I could not recommend Lake's Auto center more.

They took a lot longer that they estimated because according to them it was more difficult than expected. Bare in mind they are supposed to be a shop with expertise in European cars. When I came pick the car After at least 5 days I noticed the clutch was still untouched in the trunk of the car but they still wanted to charge me the full amount. I told him that I would not pay the full amount as it was not the agreement so the owner got aggressive and said the car would not leave until he got his money. After a heated conversation he only charged me what he was supposed to. After not even 2 months the whole job failed and I had to get it fixed again so it was time and money wasted. Conclusion Dishonest and a small job which apparently was too big for this shop. NOT RECOMMENDED
