Back then, he told me to wait until June before looking at my options. Recently, I found a vehicle on Kia's website at a price that worked for me and sent it to Jerry. He told me they could make that deal happen. I also explained that I was over my mileage allowance and still had two lease payments remaining. Jerry assured me that wouldn't be an issue and that Gunther would take care of it. Based on that conversation, I came into the dealership today. I made it clear that I would have my kids with me and needed the process to be as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I sat there for almost an hour before Jerry even spoke to me. He took my keys about 30 minutes into the wait, so I couldn't even leave. When he finally came over, he handed me a deal sheet that was over $100 a month higher than the payment we had discussed. At that point, I just asked for my keys back. A manager came over to explain the difference, and one of the reasons was the two remaining lease payments. I reminded them that Jerry had specifically told me those payments would not show up in my new payment because Gunther was going to take care of them. The manager acknowledged that I had been given incorrect information. I looked Jerry right in the eye and told him that felt very deceptive. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I never would have wasted my time coming in, especially with my kids. That's not the level of honesty or transparency I expect when making such a major financial decision.

He'll let you put a down payment on a car, then tell you to come back the next day because he has to "fix" the car--knowing damn well the car doesn't work. He just wants to scam you and take your money. You're gonna keep blowing up his phone, and when you finally go to pick up the car, he's gonna say it can't be fixed, but that he has other cars and you can just get another one. When you try to get the other car, he's gonna charge you $1,000 more--actually, scratch that, not even $1,000. He's gonna charge you $2,000 more just to get that other car. So do not go to him. He's a terrible dealer. Terrible, terrible dealer. Listen to the one-star reviews. Everything with five stars is from people who work for him. All the five-star comments are lies. Those are people who work for him. Believe the one-star reviews--they're real customers.
