From the showroom to our driveway!
Gabriel R.

Awesome experience! Walter was a great sales person all around! Simon in finance was very thorough and helpful as well. We will definitely be back to get our cars from them. The lady at the snack bar was very nice and welcoming. Very nice facilities as well. They all made the experience a great one in these times where dealerships seem not to care about the customers at all. We were treated well and made feel valued. See Walter and tell him Gabriel R sent you!

Rims strached

Damn I'm disappointed I Ubered an hour here to test drive 2021 AMG GLE 53 Coupe $81,795 I told Daniil i didn't want to come I felt like it was overpriced especially it being a 2021 for that price the 2023-2024 are going for brand new! And I told him the reviews scared me of this place he assured me. I should've went with my gut. The car has brake problems making a squeaking sound The rims scratched up It has an electrical problem the parking assist does not work we drove from parking lot to parking lot. I can tell he was just trying to make a sale and not even listening to what I'm saying about the car everything being ignored Car fax shows no work has been done to this vehicle why would you try to sell it to me for 92,000 I don't like greedy people. I'm very upset with my experience never coming here.

Sensor issues

Do not recommend this establishment. Purchased a certified preowned VW. 2021 21000 miles. Literally as I drive of the property I get a notification on dashboard for light sensor issues. I didn't get my tag or registration after it expired. I had to go there 3 times because no one returns calls. Also within 3 weeks we notice moisture under the passenger back seat. Take it there for service and they say even though I bought the vehicle there I have to take it to VW so they can fix it. I have never had this many issues with a dealership or a certified preowned vehicle. DO NOT BUY Here you will be screwed.

Very disappointed with the treatment received by sales person Pierre Russo, bought an SUV for my wife on April 2, 2024. I called him to let him know that the car was missing the spare tire kit. He very calmed told me that the car does not has it because it has "Run Flat Tires", guess what, my wife and 18 months year old grandson had a flat tire, I told her to drive carefully back home and the tire was destroyed. I went to the tire shop by my house to fix the problem and for my surprise the car does not has run flat tires at all. I called again to ask Pierre why he lied to me and he simply said that he does not remember my call and hang up the call very rude. I hope this is not an example of the sales personnel this dealership has but certainly my best advise is "DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM PIERRE RUSSO at Sawgrass Infinity.

DO NOT COME HERE I bought a car in February 2024 drove it home i live 100 miles alway. Bought the car with 55,412 miles and 2 weeks later i was having oil leaks. Got it serviced get a call couple days later saying its all good to go. I go and pick it up test drive it and get gas when i leave the gas station it starts smoking and im spilling oil again. i go the same day to take it back to get it serviced. One month passes i get a call saying its ready i pick it up and the same thing happens car starts smoking and spilling oil again. A week later i get a call saying its ready and i go to test drive it and this time my connecting rod disconnects and goes through my engine and oil pan i get it towed to Infiniti. Next day i get a call saying the dealership next door arrigo picked it up from sawgrass Infiniti and used the lifetime warranty. Then I get a call saying it has been denied twice and i call sawgrass Infiniti and they all just avoid me and told me it could have been prevented which it could of by me buying from a different dealership. Arrigo dealership had a meeting with the manager from Sawgrass Infiniti and nothing has been resolved and just going back in forth just trying to get a hold of someone. They just want to scam you and waste your time take your business elsewhere but here worse experience ever had at any dealership or any place at that matter. Paying for a car that doesn't work and only put 500 miles thats been out for almost 4 MONTHS now. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

Outstanding Service, Honesty, and True Diagnostic Expertise!…read more This shop is everything you hope to find in a mechanic--honest, professional, personable, and truly fair in their pricing. They saved me thousands of dollars after a well‑known nationwide auto chain botched a tune‑up on my car. I had taken the car back because within days, it began shuddering violently, and they tied to blame a "faulty ignition" and upsell me a $5,000 repair to cover their mistake. Knowing my car and trusting my instincts, I decided to seek a second opinion, and I am so glad I found Broward Auto Diagnostics & Repair! They performed a thorough inspection and confirmed that it was the spark plugs all along. In fact, two out of the four spark plugs were shattered! Not only did they correctly diagnose the issue, but they were also able to fix it the same day for an incredible fair price. No upselling or scare tactics. Their integrity, skill, and transparency saved me thousands and restored my confidence in my vehicle. Finding a shop this trustworthy is rare, and they've absolutely earned my five‑star review and my future business.

For more than eight years, Joe, Venice, and now Anthony, their new service manager, have consistently taken exceptional care of both me and my car. They know my 14-year-old Mazda CX-7 inside and out, much like a physician who truly understands a long-time patient. That level of familiarity and attention builds real trust. I have complete confidence in them because they are honest, dependable, and genuinely kindqualities that are increasingly rare and deeply appreciated.

We have been taking our cars here for years and years and have always been pleased with the staff and service. All work is first come, first serve. No appointments. While some may find this annoying, I actually think it's pretty fair. I recommend showing up early in the morning before they open (8 on weekdays, 7 on weekends) or while the mechanics are at lunch (before 1:30pm), to be one of the first in line. You might have to wait in a line, but it's worth it to get in and out quickly. Also, you can always call ahead and get an idea if they're busy or not and it's worth making the trip. The place is clean and well-maintained. Prices for service are reasonable and they complete the work quickly. No mechanics lounging around, finding other "problems" with your car - they're just fast and efficient. The mechanics are honest and will always come out and keep you updated on the work they're doing. Further proof that they're good people? I can't tell you how many times I've taken my car in for an oil change or a minor issue, only to be told that I didn't need the oil change, or that the issue was so minor, there's no charge. Since when does an auto shop do something like that? It's integrity like that that keeps people coming back. The real gem of this place is John behind the counter. He's such a great guy, always has a smile, and his memory for you and your car is nothing short of amazing. This place has a lot of return customers for a reason, and you'll understand if you go. To sum it up: I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

Wanted to get some maintenance and work done on my vehicle so I brought it in a couple weeks ago. I called in advance to ask if services were available and was told yes. I arrive that morning and I'm told that I'll have to wait because the mechanics needed to get their certifications/licenses and to come back in the afternoon and they might be available. Okaaaaaay. I ended up not coming back because I had a a schedule to keep. I didn't want to write this review but this latest incident bothered me. This morning I brought my car in hoping to get an oil change and tire rotation. As I walked towards the entrance of the shop one of the mechanics was walking out of the service bay and we passed one another. I greeted him and he ignored me and kept on walking. I thought to myself, ok he must be busy or just having a rough start. Cool, we all go through something, right? I walk into the lobby and it's empty. It's about 9:00am. I see the mechanic I walked past in the service area with another mechanic. They're talking. I wait in the lobby until one of them comes in to help me. Several minutes pass and they both look at me individually and continue their conversation. Then they both attend to one of the cars in the bay. I know they saw me in the lobby. They both liked right at me. I thought, ok, I'll go to them. I exit the waiting area and walk to the service bay to get their attention. " Good morning!" I say, getting their attention. They both turn to me. "Are you guys doing oil changes today?" I ask. The worker I passed earlier says "Yeah. Why, what's up?" "I...uhhh, I'd like an oil change, please." I reply. He looks at me and says "Yeah, you'll have to wait until my boss comes back." I was confused by this statement, but ok. I looked at the other guy standing next to him and he just looked back at me. Not a word. I was irritated because this is the second time I was turned away when requesting services. And for such odd reasons, I just don't understand it. Help me understand. Is the business open for...business? Do you pick and choose who you want to service any given day? Years ago, I never had any issues with servicing my vehicles. I get it, businesses get busy, workloads can overwhelm employees. But it was a Monday morning and not a soul around. The previous attempt thwarted because your service techs needed to get their license or something-or-another? I don't get it.
