    I initially contacted this business from the website, no response. Then I reached out from a…read moreFacebook marketplace post (not realizing it was the same company). It itemized pricing for a milled set of 22.5 wheels. I couldn't get confirmation of the brand being sold and made in the USA (I wanted Alcoa), just photos of what looked to be what I wanted. This was a little strange, but I was assured it was for supplier agreement purposes. Said it was in stock, and I placed an order. Price changed (in their favor) from what was advertised, but got that corrected. Got called back that there was a mistake, couldn't deliver the order, and I could either wait, or get refund. Took a few days to get my money posted back on my credit card, (slow responses started). I elected to buy my wheels direct from an Alcoa distributor, and even got American made wheels (my goal to keep $ in the USA). So, I contacted them to just do the machining. Arrived right on time to find google hours are wrong, so had to wait a while for someone to show up. Spoke to them while there about a set of adapters. Showed them the new style wheels had a milled flange which needed a different adapter setup for the front wheels. They said they'd get back to me. This is a machine shop, so don't expect a place to sit or a bathroom to use. Honestly, it was pretty sad in the office, grime from 20 years on the walls. To sum it up: they scratched one of seven wheels while machining (they were new in the box and inspected) and wouldn't even return a call, text or Facebook message about the adapters. I never mentioned the scratch till now, hoping a call to take more of my money was made to me. You don't want to spoil a new relationship with bad news right? I made that wheel my spare, and just wrote it off. I found a company who knew exactly what was needed, and got my american made, fully machined adapters shipped in just a few days (I got a sob story it takes 36 hours to machine a set and they barely made money making them. Who tells a customer that?). So, after letting the whole experience soak in, and a no haste review you get a poor two stars. I would not return, or recommend.... at least 6 wheels turned out ok raising to two stars. Had you even returned a call, text or sent a smoke signal saying you don't want my business it would have been three stars.
