Garage is ALWAYS clean and tidy with no oil spills all over the place. He takes care of your business and will call to get the price of the parts in front of you. Can't go wrong. You pay for good personalized service not a mark-up with a bottom line of how much business that must be brought in at what-ever the cost to the consumer. He also won't let you come back for the same problem twice. If he sees something going wrong and it's where he's working he'll let you know so you don't have to pay labor cost twice. Saved me thousands of dollars keeping my car running over the last almost ten years. Highly recommended.

That said, I was relieved to encounter Integritech at the referral of a good friend. This independent auto repair shop in Pompano is my go-to source for maintaining my car. Integritech is the most trustworthy mechanic shop I've ever come across; I refer all my friends and family to them. They never try to sell me services or repairs I don't need and their customer service is on point. For example, I had an experience once with another shop that tried to sell me on some repairs for my car. I told that shop no and took my car to Integritech instead, to have the work done, they informed me that the repairs weren't necessary; my car did not need the work done that the other shop recommended. You can't buy trust like that. If you need work done on your car, at the very least, get an opinion by Integritech. You'll be glad you did.

I purchased a ABS motor for my 2007 Lexus GX470... the guys at WPE were very helpful and made sure…read moreI viewed the videos they posted for replacing the motor and how to properly bleed the system after installation. The good news is that the motor was able to be installed very comfortably without any issues, the bad news is that upon installation, the screeching was the same. My Mechanic that has worked on my cars for years was put on the phone to discuss this with the WPE tech.... then the new motor burnt out.... WPE said it was my Mechanic's fault, my Mechanic said he didn't know what the problem was other than a bad motor or the Accumulator that was the problem. WPE gave me 2 options, one was to send the motor back and they would assess if it was a manufacturing issue and if so they would refund 100% OR I could agree to a 25% discount and get rid of the motor. I didn't want to argue further about this and I must way that the guys I spoke with on the phone at WPE were professional and I am pleased with the solution. The really bad news is that I made a mistake taking the gamble with this part and it cost me a little over $600 in shop costs and the WPE refund discount dealing with this and now I've purchased a new Lexus complete master cylinder. In summary, I think WPE is a good firm, just don't think the parts you buy will solve your problem and don't count on a tech in FL being able to help in California.

After receiving them and checking the correct specifications for my vehicle, I discovered that they were the wrong spark plugs. I contacted the seller, explained the compatibility issue, and requested to return them for a refund. Unfortunately, the seller refused to refund me even though the parts sold to me were not correct for my vehicle. I expected the seller to stand behind the compatibility information provided and resolve the issue fairly. Instead, I was left paying for spark plugs that I cannot use. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers double-check the exact part number and vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

They drove their little car from Alabama. My sister drove the car and told me that the air conditioner was not right and the brakes need work. I told her we got a mechanic to check it out. Tina and Joel cleaned out the air conditioner venting which was blocked by a chipmunk nest, repaired the brakes, changed out the oil and windshield wipers. After the work was done, I drove my mother to make a payment at a Home Depot. She was amazed that the air was cold from the floor vents which she had not felt since they got the car. The brakes felt good and safe. When the rain pours in Florida, the new windshield wipers flushed the water clear. My dad, mother, and sister are really happy that they can drive back home to Alabama in a better car than they drove down in. Many thanks Tina and Joel!
