O'Reilly Auto Parts was formerly Bennett, but no worries as nothing has changed…read more When it comes to auto supply stores you'd think an auto being an auto all supply places would be pretty much the same, but in that assumption, you'd be wrong. There are those that are junkie, more dedicated to the trailer trash warriors carrying a lot of novelty crap like the dancing hula girl to hang from your review mirror, the bikini girl emblazoned mud flaps and rebel flag license plates. There are also those more like warehouses than stores dedicated to the auto repair industry with all their clerks busy on the phone taking orders destined for immediate pick or delivery having little time or concern for a customer only making a single item purchase. Then, there are places, but not many of them,  like O'Reilly on North Dixie Highway, formerly Bennett, which is clean, neat, orderly, well organized, has just about everything you may ever need. Matter of fact, I buy items for my boat as those items are often the same but less than half the price charged by the marinas or marine supply outlets. The best part of this store however is, and the reason I'm a Four Star fan, is their customer service. Every time I've ever been in here, and I've been here a lot, they have always had time for me, have always been helpful and have always been able to provide me with knowledgeable as well as competent advice.

We were in the neighborhood, so we stopped by here…read more It turned out to be a very good visit. I needed some new windshield wipers for my car. We'd bought some inexpensive ones at Walmart, but they didn't fit properly. We got very good and friendly service here. We explained what we needed. The gentleman looked up my vehicle in his computer and knew exactly the sizes and style of the wipes we needed. He took us to the aisle where they were. It was one of the easiest and fastest shopping experiences we've had. Of course, the ones we bought were more expensive than we'd hoped for, but they were just the right ones. I rarely do anything much maintenance wise with my old car, so it was certainly worth what we paid to have new workable wipers. And when my husband went to install them, they fit perfectly and went on very easily. Now that we know about this store, I'm sure we will return again should we need anything in the auto parts family.

Every time I called, I was met with evasions, a hostile attitude, and defensiveness. On the day of the installation, I waited five hours with no explanation. Tim, at the front desk, was brutally rude, refused to take any responsibility, and after checking the topper, I noticed visible flaws. Tim said he had nothing to do with it and I just had to accept it as is. Though I had every right to refuse, I paid just to end the ordeal.
