I went in to the store tonight pretty much before closing and was kindly greeted by Nicole and asked if I needed help with anything. I needed brakes for my car and I had just gotten off work hence me showing up before closing. Nicole was so friendly and kind and helped me accordingly to find the brakes for my vehicle. She went above and beyond what she needed to. I know it can be hard to keep a smile on when it's so close to closing and even being a customer you feel bad sometimes. But Nicole made me feel very welcome in the store, definitely will come back to this Auto Zone!!!!! read more

I went into Autozone to inquire about my battery warranty. Thankfully it was under warranty. Jaime was beyond helpful. He noticed the battery that was in my car was the wrong size and the harness was missing. I couldn't be more grateful he noticed it. I came in today to get my battery and alternator checked. Nicole who was working, assisted me and provided the best customer service I had experienced in quite some time. Upon review of the dead battery, she suggested a replacement part and then offered to install it for me. I have to say, I'm not very good with cars, so I was very impressed and eternally grateful. I learned a lot. Nicole was courteous, kind, friendly, and very smart with vehicles. I only hope that she can get recognized by the company for her outstanding customer service because it's people like her that make people like me want to come back and spend the money. That should be recognized. Maybe there's a supervisory role or a head lead technician role in her future. Thanks Nicole for everything the car runs great couldn't be happier. read more

Went in here to get a new battery for my car since my old one died while driving. Well, let's just say I got a little more than that thanks to Nicole!! She was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that a battery was the only diagnosis. Low and behold she found a oil leak and recommended what was needed to fix it. Not only that, she was extremely helpful walking me through diagnosing my a/c issues. If you find yourself coming to this location, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ask for Nicole!!! i recently visited autozone off glassell & katella. i originally was just across the street at pep boys..more like "no boys" apparently they close early on a sat..who would think that..especially when most people can only work on there cars on the weekend? long story short i needed to return my battery just after 5 months of purchase but since i was there 2 mins too late they wouldnt help me. so i went across the street to good ol' autozone whos always reliable & tim the guy who helped me had my back & made me feel like i was his only priorty & was glad to get me back on the road!! this autozone is the best & they gotta give my boy tim a raise for awesome customer service!! i definitely recommend this store!! read more

I always receive great customer service when shopping here. Today, Nicole was especially helpful. I needed spark plugs and ATF for my vehicle, and didn't know exactly what I was doing. I believe she picked up on that, but was kind enough to not let on and make sure I left the store with the proper products for my particular vehicle. My girlfriend had an issue with her battery. I saw it was a Duralast and brought it in to the nearest AZ. Jaime tested it and then tried to charge it to see if it would hold. It didn't and warrantied the battery for her with no issues. Quick and painless. Thank you Jaime! read more

Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews but I've never had an issue here. I recently had some major car issues and when I got my car back I noticed my car was having problems starting - like it would take some major time to turn over and start and I figured the battery, starter, or alternator was going bad. I bought my battery from these guys two years ago with a warranty and thankfully it was still under warranty so I went here, had them test it and they're like if the warranty is still good we'll give you a new one - if it's not we'll charge it for an hour, see if that does the job and if not we'll have to sell you one. Soooo...turns out I'm still under warranty and I got a brand new battery so yay, the car is pretty much brand spankin' new now with a timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Plus service was stellar. I walked in, someone saw me, asked me what I wanted, got right to it, and got me in and out in like literally no time. read more

My headlights were out, we went to the AutoZone off Glassell and they had 3/4 lights that we needed. The Lady there called to get the one I needed from the store on Tustin. Once we got there they had our light and the gentleman there helped me put in the headlights. read more

AutoZone - Looks cool, but not worth $11.99 - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Orange, California

Bryan (General Manager) and Sarah (Assistant Manager) seem to be operating a dysfunctional crew. I called in today about a part that I admittedly purchased over a year ago (the length of time the warranty covers) but have been having problems with that part 4 months after purchase. Initially some guy picked up, cut me off mid sentence, asked for my name, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Sarah was nice enough to pick up and re-start the conversation with me, but was unable to do anything about the situation. The AC compressor I purchased in March has been leaking since installation. I've had my vehicle recharged 4 times with dye to try and locate the leak. We found the leak today. The AC compressor has been the culprit the entire time. Now the warranty has expired. I get it's not their fault it took a mechanic this long to diagnose it, but that doesn't change the fact that the part has been faulty this entire time. read more

Wasnt sure how much I liked it at first, but it's growing onto me. 3/5 stars because from my past visits here, it was always too packed to grab what i need and go. I had come from the autozone down the street on Tustin where they were practically useless and although had zero customers to attend claimed dramatically to be too busy. I should've known the minute I saw the cashier girl roll her eyes as she even had to help me find the bulb, they proceeded to sell me a bulb w out even having it in stock and the only bulb they did have the other lazy faced employee said he didn't know if he could help me even though there was 3 people in the store and no customers. NICOLE, NICOLE, NICOLE!!! What an amazing sales associate and human being!! Talk about someone giving a damn!! This women went above and beyond out of her way to help! I was on my way home when one of my Ignition coils went out. So I pull in to this Autozone to purchase a new one that would cost about $79 bucks. After discussing a little history about my car and letting her know that I had bought ignition coils from Autozone before, she then looked into my purchase history and had found that some of my coils were still under warranty! She could've easily just charged me for a new $79 coil and called it a day but, she actually cared enough to replace my other old coils that we're still under warranty. She made the whole transaction super smooth and made me feel like she cared about me and my car. She looked out for me and that's a very rare quality to find in a person who has nothing financial to gain! He was my hero tonight, I did not know for the life of me how to replace my light bulbs or windshield wipers and he not only did it for me - but he taught me how. As a single mom, my car is my safety net and I don't have help to do these things that are tasking but necessary but Gerald was light a breath of fresh air and relieved me of the stress.
