I made it clear to "Junior" that I would purchase if bolt and plug in. It was suppose to be graded A and complete. I was told he had to inspect before I had to pay for it. He did and shipped to my business. When I received the door, the mirror was ripped out damaging the inside door panel and was not usable without swapping out the complete inside of door including electronics. Junior has not answered my texts or calls as I wanted some refund because this was not an A grade when I received the door. I expected more from Weller. Make sure that you inspect your parts.

I asked how they expected to do business with people who have their children with them, to which he suggested leaving him in the car. That is a poor policy. My 4.5yr old son would be safer with me as I pulled a car part than he would be sitting in an empty car in a parking lot. Not everyone has school/daycare/babysitters at the ready. After getting back home, I did find a sub-link on their website that states the no kids policy, so I guess shame on me for not knowing that going in. I still disagree with their policy and poor attitude at the counter. They get 1 Star and lose my business as a result.

This store on Leonard in Walker MI has always provided great service but something happened today…read morethat compelled me to tell everyone just how great it is. Normally when I go into the store, it is to purchase something, but today I sought help removing a parking warning sticker from my window. The entire staff was eager to help, but one employee in particular went above and beyond. Daquari was not even on staff today, but he went to his car and retrieved some window remover fluid and a tool and stood with me in the heat and worked at it until the entire sticker was gone. He was not even clocked in but did this just to be kind. I have never even had a sub par visit to this store. Every time is top notch...but today the employees (and Daquari in particular) showed me that old school customer service is not gone. There are still some places out there where the employees actually enjoy coming to work and servicing customers. This is one of those places. Thank you AAP for helping me!

Though they did not have those brake shoes, he called around to different stores to find them. He even gave me a little advice on changing the shoes. He could have just refunded me and sent me on my way, but he took time to help. Back brakes are done and I am very appreciative.

He was so helpful and tried to fix the door latch on our driver's side sliding door on our van. He was unable to fix it, but gave us the name of B&N (Bobby & Nathan) Auto in Hudsonville MI. Paul set us in the right direction, and we will be entirely grateful that he put us onto Bobby and Nathan. As Paul had mentioned, they would be able to not only fix the problem, but also might be able to give us a good deal. AutoZone has always provided its customers with good prices and good service. I didn't feel we could go wrong. B&N is not a high-end auto show room, but the mechanics (Bobby & Nathan) are the best as is the manager (Paul) at AutoZone. Thanks, we are now able to open and shut our sliding doors since they replaced both door lock actuators. The other slider on the passenger's side was also damaged and could only be locked manually.
