I've had issues in service before, but they always work hard to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. They have found creative ways to leverage my Ford loyalty to save thousands (literally) on repairs. I opted to leave and pay out of pocket instead of take advantage of the jeep wave service program. I won't ever have my car serviced or buy another car from this dealer again....I think this was purchase 5 or 6 in a row, loose too many customer and you don't have a dealership. I'd be completely embarrassed if i was the manager of a department that had service in the name.

"Tamminga's", he said, without hesitation. We've taken our cars there for 18 years. There has never been any pressure to repair anything that doesn't need it and there is never any sort of upselling. I've asked the owner on more than one occasion about a repair I was thinking of doing, and after asking me questions about it, he recommended not doing it. Most other repair shops would have done the work without asking any questions. I highly recommend Tamminga's. As I said, honest repair shops are really hard to find.

Diesel service isn't cheap but let's give some perspective I had a oil change 12 qts and 2 fuel filters changed and the beat old dealers price by 80 dollars and my old dealer the oil change was free I paid the difference on synthetic I had an alternator problem which was covered under warranty john made sure I had a rental it took a second visit which is fine sometimes electrical can be tricky I had to travel outside of the state I am in the military john had the truck waiting for me at my work ready to go and even offered to send a shuttle to my house which is 30 miles from the dealership I am having aftermarket cab lights installed and during the process there were just not up to standard he made some calls to get oem lights and get it done over night and keep the price were it needed to be why not because they couldn't or wouldn't there were worried about wiring quality down the road That's what's important making sure it gets done right and for the right reasons and working to keep it on quote Oh by the way prepaid oil change they are offering is a heck of a deal you should check it out
