He was nice when I picked up the part so I thought, well I can visit n buy from that store again, but when I bought some atf fluid and I was standing to the side where he has you put your merchandise on a cart and I reached to get the change and he tapped on the counter repeatedly n dumped my change in front of their window. I shyly grabbed half the change, and the gallon n he called here's your receipt, I mumbled that's ok. A couple years ago I felt so intimidated that I would have a man friend come with me and only then he left me alone. I told my boyfriend I would rather die before I had to go in there by myself and be treated like that. I don't know what that Manager's problem is

One engine looked fantastic, the other had a couple parts damaged on it. We informed them of these parts, sent them pictures, and Jordan saw to it that they were replaced immediately with brand new OEM parts. We were very pleased we got more than we asked for. Thank you to Jordan and Grand Valley Auto Parts for your professionalism and expertise.

Darius assisted me today and was the pinnacle of respect, professionalism, and genuine customer care. But what really impressed me was that this wasn't just my experience. As I waited, I watched him interact with multiple customers, and he provided the same respectful, helpful, patient attitude to every single person he spoke with. It's rare to see someone so consistently committed to exceptional service. He treated me like a valued customer, and that alone made a huge difference. He double-checked everything, communicated proactively, and clearly took pride in making sure people felt safe and informed. Discount Tire is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team.

He Deserves a Trophy (and Probably a Raise)…read more Let me tell you about my car salesman, Jerry Mead-- part car whisperer, part therapist, part magician. I walked in thinking I'd just "browse" (aka pretend I knew what I was doing) and somehow left with the perfect car and my sanity still intact. That alone deserves five stars. Jerry didn't pressure me, talk over me, or try to sell me something ridiculous like a convertible in the middle of winter. Instead, he actually listened to what I wanted (a rare skill these days), answered all my weirdly specific questions, and even laughed at my terrible jokes. True professional. He walked me through the process like a friendly GPS--recalculating when I got distracted by shiny things, steering me away from bad decisions, and making sure I didn't crash into a bad financing plan. By the end, I almost invited him to Thanksgiving. (I didn't. But I thought about it.) If you want someone who's honest, hilarious, and genuinely helpful--run, don't walk, to Crown Jeep and ask for Jerry Mead You'll drive away happy, and possibly with a new friend. Or at least someone who deserves a solid Yelp shout-out.

After 15 or 20 minutes in their AI automated telephone hell, I was finally able to leave a voicemail requesting a call back. Jeep Corporate was no help- took me 3 days to get a call back from them. I called another Jeep dealer, was able to talk directly with a service writer, and got in on the same day. CROWN SUCKS! THEY. Overall highly confusing and strange as O' Reilly's was recommended to me repeatedly as a good resource for battery trouble.
