You know how it is, no one came up to the front till after it is now your turn and the guys is done helping the other. Then you watch the next guy get immediate service. Both times I was greeted by professional and friendly service advisors right when I arrived. They are extremely informative about the condition of your tires and seem to only give honest opinions and feedback on what services are needed. The Audi was close to needing new tires, but I told them I was selling it in a few months and they completely understood my initial reasoning for not wanting to buy new tires. I later changed my mind and decided to replace them and the gentlemen at discount tire were very quick on ordering the tires I chose and they even matched (and beat by a few dollars) a better price that I found online. When I brought my wife's BMW in today to get the screw taken out, I was lucky they could patch it since it was in a repairable location. The guys at discount tire did. It try to sell me anything unnecessary and they were extremely quick at patching it, even when I didn't have an appointment. The owner and manager of this location should be very proud of the amazing workers they employ at this location. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or having tire issues, and it's definitely my go-to tire shop in the future.

They could not fix and needed to replace the tire, fine. I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new Pirelli tire, identical to what I had. when I went home I noticed a weird rattling sound underneath my car near the tire that was replaced. when me and my husband got out to look at the tire, not only it was my rim scratched up, the tire looked used and the rattling sound again. The next day we went back to Belle tire and the tech there went under my car and said that two screws were missing from my heat plate and that was causing the rattling noise, (he took pics and showed my husband) he didn't address the tire/rim because it was a Friday and he asked me to bring it back Monday morning. Monday, Antonio, the assistant manager came out to look at the tire and he said to leave the car there (9:30 am) and he would have his advanced tech look at the car/tire. After no updates or calls, we went back to the shop (4:30) only for him to tell me that they didn't find anything wrong with the tire and they weren't aware of any noise, and that his previous tech was wrong. I'm not convinced they even looked at the car again. He totally dismissed everything! At that point I realized the caliber of people at this location, dishonesty and greed.
