Ariel was a ninja and a HUGE help! I was in my dad's car and changing the windshield wiper blades was more complicated than expected and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct ones and helped put them on. I'll definitely be coming back to this location! read more

If I could give a worse rating I would. i borrowed a tool from the store and they made me leave my wallet. well I was working on the car outside and i didnt realize the time well they closed the store and wouldn't give me my wallet back. n than some of the workers tried to pay their phone bill and use my cards at the store to buy things. so I contacted the district manager and he didn't do anything about it either he even told me the wallet wasn't there and they couldn't figure out who I was even tho I sent him pictures and everything for loss prevention! this place is trash read more

Bad customer service. Came in at 8pm for a replacement front light. Purchased the replacement lamp and asked him if he could help me put it in. He told me they were too busy closing to help customers. I reminded him it was 8 and they closed at 10. He told me they were stocking. Bad customer service. Won't go there again. Great customer service! I gave them a call before I came in about a windshield repair kit and they were sooo helpful! Thanks again!

These guys are a life saver. I'm not car savvy and getting stuck with a dead battery is never fun. Ricardo busted his butt to make sure that the battery was replaced with the one I needed and worked to make sure that the battery was installed properly. We had to get a little fancy as the terminal had corroded and broke during the replacement process. I've never had a bad experience shopping at this AutoZone and they continue to prove why. read more

I have been coming to this Auto Zone for a couple of years now and every time they are quick to help me and they are also very knowledgeable. Freddie and Christiaan are some of the best people I have met in Texas. Freddie went literally above and beyond for me and helped me more than he ever had to, for this I am very grateful. There is two Auto Zones on spring valley road, this is the only one that I will do business with because of the people that work there, they are the best. read more

Axel helped me find the best headlight option for my Mazda..that I didn't know would come to be so troublesome. He offered assistance and helped me take out the headlight cap. For those like me who don't know anything about cars, replacing a Mazda's headlight is much more difficult than other makes. So despite our efforts I had to go somewhere else. Still, I appreciate him taking time out of his day to help me figure out my issue and recommend the right headlight replacement! read more

I came in one day to get a brake light for my car receive the brake light come to find out it was the wrong brake light. I come in the next day to get the correct brake light and a new gentleman was there doing his job well helping me out as much as he could the manager was there not guiding him at all I sat there for almost 25 minutes and ended up telling the young gentleman to just refund me my money so I could go to O'Reilly's. I was the only one in the shop at that time. I came in today around 6:30 for a battery jumpstarter and I asked one of the clerks what time they opened and she relied we open at 7:00 I asked once more to see if she needed additional time and she replied quite snarky that they again opened at 7:00 I was asking to give her time to get herself and other together anyhow 16 minutes later I come to the door at 7:00 as she asked to find the door wasn't even unlocked and I stood and waited as she acted as if she hadn't seen me she finally hobbles over to open the door and when I entered the store she did however tell me good morning but as I walked around she neither her other coworker asked me if I needed help with anything granted they did just open it's about the customer not yourself anyways I finally get to the counter to pay for my item and she asks is that all and a couple of questions about my car but she didn't ask me was I a rewards member or if I needed to put anything in which I asked her after I already bought the item she never mentioned it which is crazy because i am the customer once again Thank You Victoria O for your Terrible service and worse attitude towards a paying Customer 8-24-23 read more

When I arrived he helped me replace my battery, and tighten up the loose spring. I'm eternally grates for the awesome service that was provided. Will definitely come back and recommend! read more

These employees really care. They were clearly trying to save me money while going above and beyond to figure out the parts I needed and getting them. The manager Alex struck up a conversation with me in the aisle because my phone light was on, and when I called in a few times over the next few days he'd recognize my voice and call me by name and joke with me. I don't know how they stay so happy all the time, but they're doing something right. Thanks for your help guys! read more

This specific AutoZone; "5365 Spring Valley Rd., Ste. 110, Dallas, TX 75254," has been very helpful on more than one occasion. Today I want to talk about consistency and communication in the workplace, more specifically at the AutoZone in Dallas, Tx off Spring Valley and Montfort. It all started Feb 20th when I was given the wrong headlight, I took my car to the shop about a week later to get it changed and was told I needed another one. So the next day I was going to do an exchange and accidentally left the lights at the apt (my mistake). I asked can I return the ones I had and they advised me to go to the store where I purchased it (Spring Valley and Montfort) and they would be able to locate the receipt since i couldn't find it (also my fault). So to make a long story short. I went to said AutoZone TWICE! The first time i was told "we cant look up your receipt tonight because we need a manager override," coo coo so I asked "So when a manager is here I can get the money back on my card? When will a manager be here" her response "not till the morning, and yes even without them finding the receipt we can give your money back" Fast forward to today. I walk in ask the MANAGER to do a return, he looks to his employee and asked "Hey you know how to look up a receipt?" they responded no...(why did he not know?) Than he looks and says "we have to wait for Margaret, come back in 30 and she can look up your receipt" ....I came back in 30 and she was no where to be found. So I'm like, umm when will she be off maybe i can come back.. No response. They call her on the phone to explain the situation only for them to get off the phone and offer store credit with no attempt to look up the receipt. On top of that i had to ask for them to put the store credit on a gift card! So I'm not upset about store credit, I'm upset because nobody in the entire store knows how to do such a simple function, and if the capability is not available than that needs to be communicated so that I'm not wasting my time! I was kind and courteous the whole time and they displayed no sense of empathy. Smh AutoZone of Spring Valley and Montfort and Margaret where were you! Had I just been told one thing from the beginning we would have been good, turns out it didn't happen that way. read more

The employees here suck! They are of no help at all. The big guy with the beard walks past me and sees that I am looking for something and offers no assistance!!!! He was too busy talking about how this beard oil made his beard so soft and how he has to shave and his free blow dryer for his beard. REALLY?!? So not happy right now read more

Very busy location, but the guys get you taken care of. Edward was my service tech. I used to go to this Autozone with my dad growing up. (Shout out to the 90s). It's the only Autozone I've seen that is not in a free standing building. This one is connected to another business on the left so parking is probably limit during busy hours. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've seen and I'm at Autozones across Dallas. Big thanks to Bobby for the quick work getting my new battery replaced. It's a pain to get the old battery out of the newer Civics but I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this place. read more

0 STARS!!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I took my company vehicle into AutoZone for a routine battery install. I sat in the vehicle while he was changing out the battery. When he was done he told me the battery cable end sensor was broke and that it was like that before he changed the battery which I found very hard to believe since it was intact when AAA jumped the vehicle minutes prior. I went back to AutoZone the following day to talk to Alex the manager and filled out a claim. He also tell me at that store they do not touch the car if something is broken which solidifies my thought that AutoZone broke it. Alex called me the following week and instructed I take the car to Kwik Kar off Inwood Rd and speak to Rigo to see what is needed to repair the sensor. I waited a Kwik Kar a while then they tell me they are getting the part to repair the sensor and they will call me when it comes in so I head back to work. The next day Ivan Cortes the District manager calls me the claim is being denied because the employee did not do it. We went back and forth for a while then I ask to speak to his manager. He provides me with the name of the Regional manager Domingo and number. I called numerous times and leave messages to find he is always out of the office. I never heard from Domingo. I ended up getting it repaired at 5 Star Ford for $150.63. AutoZone just lost my business as well as my bosses and other co-workers for $150.63. So disappointing!!! read more

I tried to return an incorrect air filter today (6/16/2020) and was refused because it was over 90 days since I purchased it (purchased 5/15/2020). I highly recommend this Auto Zone. I have always had good service here even though I'm not a car expert. This time Jose helped me find new headlight bulbs and replaced them. Bought parts online for in-store pickup. Don't waste your time. The two guys working in there couldn't possibly move slower if they tried. I was only the 2nd one in line and left after waiting 20 mins. Just have it delivered, you'll be waiting a day in line anyway. read more

Very helpful staff. Lagrayon and Curtis really helped out and we got my car up and going again. Would go back for sure. Thanks.

The only reason why I had visited this store a few times already would be for these two primary reasons: (1) the store is conveniently located between my workplace and home, and (2) I am in need of auto supplies. It might also be the only reason I will continue to stop by in the future. Now here is the downside for visiting this location: slow, unenthusiastic service and a dirty store. The first visit to the store was for the purchase and installation of a new battery; which took a little over an hour to complete with an average sized lunch time crowd visiting the store at the time. The second visit was to ask them for the free code scan service after the check engine light appeared within 24-hours after the installation of the new battery; but it took them about forty-five minutes to finally initiate and complete the code scan service, only to say they have no solid idea what the code means and then strongly encouraged me to go visit a mechanic for the full diagnostic scan (hmm, that would cost me up to $100 or so depending on which auto shop I visit). Finally, on the most recent visit it was a simple errand run for some engine cleaner. The employee was able to ring up my order in a couple of minute's time. Hurray, I finally was able to run in and out of the store in no time! However, while I was waiting for the items to be bagged up and my receipt to be printed out I had noticed a half-dead roach squirming around on the ground just a few feet away from the cashier stand. I might not have given it as much of a thought as necessary if it was not for the fact that this store is located in a strip mall book ended with several other business that serve food and drinks. I would not be surprised if those other business owners would prefer to avoid pests at all costs, particularly anything like the sight of a roach who could possibly wander in through the walls from next door and right into their kitchen and food prep area. read more
