I've had to come out to this location a couple times. Once because the 3 locations closest to me…read moredidn't have the part I needed and I needed the part sooner than their relays (they shuttle parts between stores on a schedule they call the relay schedule) could get the part. The other time was cause I was repairing a car and this location was the closest to me. I haven't ever had a problem here. The counter guys are just like the other locations, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The parking here kinda sucks. There are like 6 spots in front and a billion in the back. It's kinda ridiculous.

I jumped my car and headed to this AutoZone just because it was closest. I walked in and was greeted by Juan immediately, and when I explained the problem he grabbed the battery testing equipment, followed me outside, and soon told me I had a dud of a battery--fully charged, but just not working. In the space of 20 very pleasant minutes, I had a new battery and associated doodads (insulators and whatnot) for a fair price, and with free installation from Juan. He explained what he was doing in a way that didn't make me feel talked down to, which is always gratifying. A great experience, and Juan is just the best!
