The other time was cause I was repairing a car and this location was the closest to me. I haven't ever had a problem here. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! THANK YOU TO THE OLDER GENTLEMEN, he was white and the WOMAN also who was white. I don't remember there names so I just wanted to point out who they are. Id rather go to NAPA before I deal with Autozone. I'M never going to this location again due to "ROGER"!!!
