George was very helpful and friendly! He got me all set up with new cabin and engine air filters and completed a free battery test. The dealership told me earlier in the week I needed to replace my battery, but the battery test proved that wasn't necessary. I appreciated George's friendly, honest and informative approach. He helped me save over $20 at checkout by suggesting I buy an oil filter to take advantage of a special filter combo deal. Hey, just an FYI: There are two doors at the entrance of AutoZone. There's an IN door and an OUT door. Don't try to push the OUT door repeatedly to get in, because you'll look like an idiot like I did. Similarly, don't also push the IN door repeatedly to get out, forgetting that there are doors that only push one way, because you will then look like even more of a gigantic idiot than when you first came into the store. You can't get in from the out door, and you can't get out of the in door. If you read the signs (unlike what I did) you'll be fine. There are two doors here that serve different purposes. Once I finally made it into AutoZone, I found a very organized store with lots of friendly guys around to help. I was looking for a very specific thing for my car, and AutoZone had it! And the thing was a great price, too. I always think of AutoZone as a place to get auto parts, which it is, but they also have fun things for cars, like beverage holders, air fresheners, dangly things to hang on your rear view mirror, and upholstery cleaner to make your car seats look as good as new. There's lots of stuff here -- even candy! read more

I had a battery that was slowly dying. With current frigid temperatures, I went to my local Carmel Rangeline Autozone. A bunch of friendly faces greeted me. Michael put in the new battery. If you want to waste your time and shop here then be warned they hire the most inexperienced individuals and they just don't seem to care that a customer would be upset because they pulled the wrong part and just conveniently say " oh. Just bring it back " when you're half way through the repair. No offer check the part number or offer to verify the purchase on their end. Just bring it back means I now have to get cleaned up and change clothes to go back to their store and even though it's 10min away it causes a Sunday morning job to spill over into the afternoon. My point is that the staff at this store is consistent at least. They will always make a demeaning comment and are argumentative.. but.. it's because they are ALLOWED BY MANAGEMENT TO BEHAVE THIS WAY! The Westfield store is not much better but seems to be ran by adults and not the juveniles on Rangeline Rd. So.. unless you like being berated and enjoy repeated trips to the parts store I would avoid this location. read more

Bless these people ha. I needed help with windshield wiper blades and had no idea what I was doing, what to get or how to put them on. The worker at the counter looked up the blades for me, she even double checked that I needed both blades cause I only got one. The other was a different size and she ran and got it for me. They were a little understaffed in the morning but told me to come back in the afternoon and someone would help me put them on. I came back a few hours later and sure enough a worker was more than happy to help me. They showed me how to remove and replace my wipers and was super insightful about them. All the workers had SO much patience for my ignorance on car parts, it was nice that they didn't make me feel stupid and were so nice about everything! I legit was just like I have no idea what I'm doing and they were just like no problem we got you! Highly recommend this store and want to shoutout the excellent customer service ! read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I have even seen. It's almost as if they would just prefer no customers at all. I go in for a return and never got my money back. So I go back in today and they said they couldn't give me my money back because I used Apple Pay. So basically they had my money and items which is unacceptable. Finally a manager came over and explained i can use Apple Pay to get my money back. In the meanwhile this lady with black hair was giving me the nastiest look and being very rude to me, almost condescending. Apparently they are under new management which explains the service because it never used to be this bad. No auto zone is ever receiving my business again. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Just left this Place. There were 2 people working that I saw and maybe 6 customers. I needed help locating an item after looking around and being unsuccessful. I waited on the line at the cash register and then when It was my turn asked where the item was. The cashier was obviously annoyed that I was not simply bring up an item an paying. He said I would have to wait and asked for the next in line. I did already wait! He wave me toward an aisle to look again on my own. Worse customer services ever. I left and went around the corner to O'Reilly and received great customer service and was in and out in minutes. Do yourself a favor and just go there. Although the item I was looking for was not expensive, they have lost all my future business forever. read more

Hard to believe I haven't written a review for this place yet (and no one has) as I come here pretty much every week. The guys (yes, they are all males) who work here are super helpful and don't give you the "(Sigh) You're a 'tard because you don't work at an auto parts store" attitude. They'll give you more than just parts tips and will often give tips on installation, diagnosis, etc. The store is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. Two tips: 1) Get Autozone card. For every $20 purchase you get a point. For every five points you get a $20 credit. If you purchase strategically, you can essentially get 20% off everything. 2) Almost all vehicles sold in the US 1996 or later have an OBD-II port. When your "check engine" light comes on and you don't have an OBD-II reader (only about $30 now), go to Autozone and they will read it free. Write down the code, google the code and your car's make/model/year online, and there are often detailed diganoses of the potential issues related to that code. Depending on your skill level, you can then repair it yourself or take it to a shop. If you choose the latter, you can at least talk like you are not an idiot and will be less likely to be fleeced. read more

As we had jumped the car to get to the auto zone I was a bit worried they wouldn't be able to help but no worries. Handled it easily and it runs like a charm. Called on 8/8 to order a radiator. Was told by Morgan we can have a radiator by tomorrow,Friday 8/9 and will call you when it gets here. I received no call by 3:00 P.M. and called. Morgan stated that they were waiting on the next truck, call after 5:00. I called at 5:30 and still no truck according to Morgan. She said call after 6:00. I call and she says that maybe its here and we put it back on the shelf. I will call you as soon as I find out. I wait till 6:45 and call back. Morgan states the radiator is not here. I ask to speak to a manager. C.J. tells me that according to his info it was not supposed to be here till Saturday. What a freaking mess. read more

I came to AutoZone looking to get my battery replaced, the staff helped me pick the best value for my money and they even swapped out the battery for me. I always get great service from here. The last time I was in, it was so good it saved my trip across country. I went to Penske Honda and the techs there didn't give any time to my hood latch issue (which is unsafe). I even suggested to raise the latch assembly because I think it was not going down far enough. They suggested straps and zipties (the high paid Honda techs did). At this store, the awesome employee went out to look at the latch. He helped by spraying lubricant on it, then getting me tools to help with my idea to raise the latch. Voila! It worked and my wife and I were able to drive safely across country! I also bought A/C recharge, lights, wipers, but I gave my straps to the employee as a thank you! read more
