I arrived the following day and the whole process took less than a hour. The cost was half of what the dealership quoted. The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.

There is no limit on how many times I can get this done. I've talked to the finance manager and complained about one of the old bald guys and they still make me wait while thet get this approved because I come here SO often.
