Edited 49 minutes ago I had been giving this store high ratings because some of the employees have been very helpful but they recently sold me $45 can of refrigerant + stop leak that had already been partially used. When I tried to return it because it turned out I do not need it since I found the leak they accused me of using it and trying to return it. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store but not now. I will also be writing to their corporate office and letting them know this location is selling partially used cans of refrigerant. read more

One rep helped a costumer to their and yelled for help at the register before leaving. Noone showed up to the counter. There were 3 other employees who came out to the front yet they didnt help. After awhile, I yelled out into the store if anyone could help us (since they had rap music blasting) one rep said he was with a costumer. Another rep came from the aisle behind me and was irritated and mad when saying, "we're all doing someone" rang up my item, and left before my check out was completed. The music was blasting and vulgar and the rep that helped was ill mannered. The guy with a costumer seemed rude when saying he was helping someone. read more

Absolutely terrible place!! (SHOP AT O'Reilly's instead) Especially if you are a woman, they will try to get over on you ! I put in an online order Friday around 2pm for brakes and rotors. Today is Monday I still have not received a confirmation email that they're ready, so I called and they said they will look around for the order now and see if all the parts are there.. than they told me everything's there I can come pick it up I came in less than 20 mins. Then I arrive in they check me out hand me my merchandise I walk to my car and I noticed one of the box that had brakes in it. The box was damaged so something told me to open it an of course I open it in the brakes are used & scratched, and not even in a brand new seal, so I walked back in and they told me that's all they have or I can drive to another location. I spoke with the manager Emmanuel and I asked him if he can compensate me for another brand same model. He said yes, so I said OK can I exchange it because I didn't come with a debit card or anything just my ID he agreed then processed the return and told me I needed to pay for the new ones. Once again I didn't bring anything but id but greeted to pay tap smfh.. Then after I told him you just told me you would make it the same price as the first ones but ran it up not as that. He then walks over with an attitude and gives me 10% off still not giving me the correct price and walked off... very rude and unprofessional and an inconvenience.. read more

Just got back from dealing with the stupidest counter guy ever. I walk in with a simple expansion plug and ask him for the kit they have listed as IN STOCK on line. He goes to the isle with the plastic clips for body parts, I tell him again they are freeze out plugs or expansion plugs. He goes to another employee that is too bothered doing stock to take the time to look. After 10 minutes he comes out of the back with 1 plug. I say just look up expansion plugs in the computer. He says the computer needs a year and make. I tell him it's an engine on a stand there is no vehicle information. He starts getting uppity and I start getting aggravated at the lack of mechanical knowledge they let these "PARTS" guy have. Then he actually says," if you don't have a FUCKING year and make I can't look it up". That was the end of my rope. We get in a yelling match about how he has no knowledge and can't go beyond what the computer tells him. I guess that's the last time I depend on AUTOZONE for anything, there are plenty of auto parts stores to go to. NO MORE BUSINEES FOR THEM! read more

The other shop workers seemed a little slow but Steven is a superstar basically running the shop himself, and he maintained a peaceful and friendly attitude even with it being so busy and hot! I typically take my car back to the dealer for its regular oil changes and servicing, but this past time I took it to one of those quickie oil change places. When they were finished they told me my battery was almost dead and needed replaced. Having heard and ignored a similar message a couple of years ago I experienced being stranded for multiple hours and eventually purchased a battery at AutoZone. I bought the warranty at the time. I was surprised when the mechanic told me the battery was low because I just replaced it in September 2010 - big I did buy the car in June 2008 so to be safe I stopped at the AutoZone on Camelback. I entered the store and asked if someone could check my battery. A gentleman grabbed the testing device and went outside to look. He tested the car and it registered fine. We started the car and still it was fine. He did say the alternator was running a big high, but it wasn't a problem yet. I told him that I was concerned because the oil change mechanic's report, my prior experience with being stranded, and I mentioned my blinder was spazzing out this morning. He checked the lights and determined a tail light wasn't working, I went inside and purchased the $5 part he told me, and he installed it. Instead of looking at a new battery and over $100 to replace, I left spending just $5. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store was very busy and all of the employees were hustling to help customers. I really appreciated not only his honesty but his time to replace the product. Plus they had some sweet salsa music playing inside. I would definitely come back to this location. read more

Such a bad experience. I always go to this Autozone and never experienced anything like today. it was a busy day line almost out the door which is understandable for employees to be stressed. Although the manager who I believe her name was Rayann C was very unprofessional with the other employees. An employee stepped back and was going on what I believe a break she started yelling across the store saying how it's unfair for him to get a break how is that even possible. Then she continues to go on her phone sending voice messages to whom I believe was another store manager complaining about this while attending a customer. The most unprofessional part was when the employee came back and started attending other customers then she continues to tell him in front of all the people in the store how it was unfair for him to leave which he left for like two minutes and tells him he should get written up for that. The other employee was very professional didn't respond to her and just said yeah I apologize I'm sorry about that and she kept going on saying I was here before you I should get a break before you. Again the other employee was not responding and acting very professional but we could tell he was upset with the word she was using. I understand she was upset with not going to break although there could've been other ways for her to handle it. Other employee who I did not get his name was very professional help multiple people at once! read more

The worst auto zone I have been to. Typically other AutoZone locations provide me with great service and this one is by far the worst. Many of the employees do not know what they are doing. I was told multiple times I would be next and I waited patiently. I was the only customer not voicing how slow they were going. An employee that was stocking noticed I had been waiting and at this point for over 20 minutes and asked if I needed help and I explained the situation. The original man that told me I would be next chimed and started yelling while he was with another customer that he is doing me a free service and will be with me when he can. The guy ended up going over there to him and told him to cool down but the fact he even got that heated just baffles me. The service here is usually great but for some reason this time we purchased a battery here and they did not want to take the time to install it. After about 30 minutes of me trying to unscrew the cables, I got really frustrated and demanded that the manager do it. The manager came outside and changed the batter in no time. It must have been the fact that I went at night instead of during the day, but still, they offer to change the battery for free, so the time of day should not matter. read more
