Really going to extra mile with that attentive and helpful attitude. Thanks Gale!!!

I was sent by the Camelback location (near 83rd Ave) to do a battery check at this location, which…read moreturned into a full battery change. David helped in 30 minutes from start to finish and I was finally at ease enough to small talk. I asked if my experience was normal, and he said to me that (maybe I misunderstood him?) customers got sent to this location by the Camelback location a lot, because "they don't like the task there." I left confused, but also because I don't speak Spanish and some words in English maybe lost in translation. I was just annoyed that I had to drive to a second location to get service in an area I'm not familiar with. Corporate- how are you going to address this??

Amazing customer service!…read more So happy I stopped in, the older gentleman who works there (Clark is his name), helped me immediately. I was driving on the I-10 East in the HOV lane when the threads of a semi was thrown into the front of my vehicle. It destroyed the driver side, curling up the hood, busting all of my headlight bulbs, cracking the front grill, and ripping at the bumper. It then got stuck under my driver side tire, almost causing me to spin out. I made it out ok, but definitely needed some new headlight bulbs. I only expected him to find bulbs for my car and send me on my way, but he went outside, looked at the damage to my car and immediately got to work. He started taking the headlight out, and got to work putting a new light bulb in. He gave me some recommendations for mechanics in the area for any other damages. I am so incredibly pleased with how helpful Clark was, and I will definitely be going back!

This is another place I frequent because it's so easy to get to, and there are a variety of other businesses nearby--grocery store, hardware store, Goodwill, fast food--that round out my shopping trips and help me get done quickly.
