I went to to auto zone this morning and asked the female worker can I use the code reader she told me no she'll do it herself snatching my car door open with my wife sitting inside the car I told her I need to turn the engine off so it can read it she snatches the reader out and just walks back inside the store I told her that it's not going to read it she said she doesn't care and just walked inside. read more

This autozone got only two employees and it took me quite awhile just to buy a oil filter. Could use more employees to help with all the costumers. But when it comes to your turn they are very helpful if you can't find something that you needed. And can call the other stores to check. read more

This is my husband's go-to shop for all his supplies to take care of all our vehicles, including a Jeep, moped and motorcycle. Plus, whenever I have come in alone as a woman, I've never had a bad experience. If I need help there is always someone around, and when I look like I know what I need I am left alone. At times the registers can get a bit backed up, but so can any retail store. They can't over-staff, either, so I get it. Not a bad deal for oil change and other routine maintenance items, especially with the loyalty/points system they have that other chains don't. read more

Giving it a 1 Star because it won't let me do otherwise. This place sucks!! Took my battery in to get charge a couple months ago I left it there for 4 hours and it only got charged half way then just last week I took another battery thinking last time it was just a mistake of why it had only had charged half way well this time I took the battery at 8am didn't go for it till like 3pm and they forgot to plug it in to charge! So I go back again at 6 and they say it's a bad battery and to just purchase a new one...I know the battery was still good...fed up with their excuse I ended up taking the battery to O'reillys picked it up in an hour and it was fully charged they saved me $140 read more
