Is an actual pain in the ass to these folks. The dude likes to get disrespectful pretty quickly when his "team" don't do shit asap or as he told me "the way I want things done" so in other words not the right way. Not only that but the workers there get shit DONE idgaf what he says lmfao I have seen many, many, many times on extreme busy days how Larry and Jr clear out the area full with customers while receiving calls for parts all at once. And whenever I end up with the manager on the phone asking him for parts I end up getting them wrong lmaooo. I was there when he talked to one of his drivers disrespectfully in front of me and other employees there and the issue isn't with the staff it's him. Other than that this Oreilys has ALWAYS been my "Go to" spot and the prices aren't too bad.

So Monday I decided to go but before I got in my car I called again and asked the same question and the gentleman said yes again and they weren't busy. I told him I'd be there in 10 mins. Well I arrived and all employees were just hanging out on their phone. So as I walked in I said oh good mom of you are busy to help me. And I asked who I just talked to on the phone about getting my check engine light off? no one admitted to it and the oldest guy standing there said oh we can't do that. Because they aren't reliable if anything was wrong. I told them I've scan my scan cat already I just need a smog test but first need that light off. No one helped me and I was denied they do that service. EVEN THOUGH I CAllED BEFORE ARRIVING AND SUNDAY. I don't know if that older man was the manger or what. But no wonder why the place had no costumers. I'm Going to try again tomorrow and see if the story changes

I asked the lady at the counter if she could check the battery. She seemed put out but did come out to check. She didn't know how to check it and said they could check it but I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours. There was another worker and no one else in the store. She was also very rude. She told me that I could go to another store and they could help me. I did and they were very helpful and cordial plus they replaced the battery, no questions asked. Orangewood Avenue, Glendale, Az. I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.

Since when did Auto Zone selectively provide service?
