When I come here at 10:00 PM. The schedule at the door, Google and other websites shows until midnight, but they closed at 10:00 PM. I have no idea why they do not update their new schedule. I've been buying parts here for over 45 believe it was called something else before it was AutoZone now you punch in my phone number and it'll come up a page after page every up I only go to AutoZone now I need help from AutoZone and Mr. Omar at 2748 store he knows at all I'm 60 years I believe I've seen a bit more than this young man. I appreciate his attitude I live in Arizona now it's hotter than heck out here. It's 110 today but Batt then of course my battery decides to poop out less than two years old with a three year warranty while Mr. Omar says that he can't find the under my phone number obviously as you see I did buy it at my 35th And deer Valley Boulevard but I happen to be late for a meeting and my battery goes out so I pull in AutoZone and he won't even put it on charge for me because he thinks that the battery won't charge now he didn't test it or check it to see if it would charge on his new charging system. He just said that now trying to sell me a new a button from this place I could three kids to college. San Diego didn't really need too many beautiful place lovely weather, Arizona, Nevada, where I lived here before here and now here you got less than two years so I'm actually sitting out here in the parking lot charging my own battery by myself in 110° weather because Mr. Omar wants to sell another I was here in America. My car died as soon as I got here. They offered to test my battery which took like an hour or so. They didn't even call me to tell me it was done. Once we figured out my battery was the issue, I wanted to buy a battery and have it installed. Someone named Clifton refused to service me and I ended up waiting several hours before a better employee came in and installed the battery for me. This place is super busy on weekends. read more

My husbands car randomly stopped working and he took it to 4 different auto shops to get a diagnostic. All said everything was fine and no issues showing up, even though we had to jump it to start. Initially we thought it was the starter. He then brought it here and the employee who assisted him (wish he got his name) was able to properly diagnose the issue and test it out to be sure. It turned out to be a battery problem and the best part was it was all under a warranty. My husband says he definitely recommends this location. read more

Pushed my roommates car across the intersection to get her to the Auto Zone so they could help us change the battery so we could get home. They closed the store 10 minutes early and told us to get lost. Then as they hurried and rushed everyone to get out of the store and the employees came out, they begin heckling us and making fun of the fact that they left us stranded in their parking lot until 4 am. He was very helpful and me being a girl some times it's hard explaining cars to to where I fully understand what's being told to me, he broke it down to where I fully understood everything which made it very clear and me very happy. Hubby went in there the other day to get new wind shield wiper blades. Went to the parts counter and asked what size he needed. Clerk started helping him but then the manager came over to clerk and told him to take care of something outside. He immediately left my husband and went to take care of that matter. No one else helped hubby. He waited there about 5 minutes, no one came back, so he just left. Next day we went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on 66th and W. Bell. Excellent customer service and they even put the blades on for you free. (Now I don't know if Autozone does the same thing, but hubby never found out since no one really helped him.) I suggested that the staff of the this store figure out how to get the part to me where I was told to pick it up and the entire staff copped attitude with me, including the manager. Every_single_time I come in here, there's a line. I went on a Sunday night at midnight and waited ten minutes before I walked out. One of the problems is that there's too few employees - and one will either pick up the phone or go outside to help a customer. They need to have a dedicated cashier and just give priority to people buying things. The service here FUCKING sucks if you just want to get in and out in under five minutes. I've noticed that people will change random parts in the parking lot. Ramps, jacks, etc. Often at 3am. I'm not a lawyer but this is a huge liability concern; it blows me away that they allow this. I typically like to go to NAPA, Carquest, or BAP for auto parts. But I have to say that this AutoZone has saved my ass more than once, for the sheer fact that it is ALWAYS open (literally, 24/7!), and it's close to my house. I also use their website pretty often, for the repair info section, when I don't have my shop manual nearby. It even has diagrams of systems and such. read more

The worst Auto Zone in the state!!! I only live 1 mile away and I avoid this place like the plague or Covid-19 whichever you prefer. I've been there 4 times since moving near by every time I go there I swear I'm not going back. I went there once at 11 pm cause they're suppose to be 24 hours, but apparently not in a row. They had waxed the floors and told me rudely to come back in a half hour. I didn't go back there for 4 years but today I needed something so I thought okay they have to had improved, right? F- ing NO!!! I walk in no customers but me. The guy on the counter calls someone as I walk in. Two other people stocking behind the counter they look at me but keep working, still no acknowledgement of my existence. One person stocking the aisles no clue I'm there and two people out front taking a break. I gave them 5 minutes and walked out!!! This was at 11Am 6/10/2020. I then went to South Phoenix for business and stop at the Auto Zone at central and baseline. 2 people ahead of me, the one guy at the counter greets me right away, awesome service. Stay away from Cactus and 43rd Ave. store is messy too. Nuff said rant over have a nice day. read more
