I had an 8:00 AM appointment for A/C service and needed the car back as early as possible. They had it done well before lunch. Even though I came in for A/C, they did a full diagnostic and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on--but didn't try to upsell me at all, which I really appreciated. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Bobby) was great--super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It's also an employee-owned shop, and you can tell they actually care about doing solid, honest work. I'll absolutely keep bringing my vehicles here and would recommend them to anyone.

Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Zero Follow-Through…read more My sister scheduled a 10:00 AM drop-off the day before. We arrived on time and were told we'd get a call in 30 minutes with a quote. That call never came. I followed up at 11:00 AM -- they said they'd call back. Nothing. Called again at 1:00 PM -- "the tech is at lunch." Still no update. They promised another call within 30 minutes. Never happened. By 2:00 PM, my brother-in-law had to drive there in person just to get an answer. They told him it would be ready by 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00). We arrived at 4:45 PM -- only to be told it wasn't ready and we'd have to return the next day. I explained our mom was in the hospital and we urgently needed the car. They said it was "half done" and couldn't be released -- no apology, no urgency. I had to walk to the shop the next morning to retrieve the vehicle. They gave us a 10% discount, but honestly? Not worth the stress, wasted time, and total lack of professionalism. Bottom line: If your time matters or you need clear communication, take your business elsewhere. This shop does not respect your time, your needs, or basic follow-through.

I had bought these headlights there but at a different store and well I couldn't remember the phone number I used as I had company cell phones etc. In any case she said she will take care of me and sure enough at 4 pm I came back finding my old phone number and even the old packaging... so I came back with proof and she looked it up. Sure enough there it was in the system. It was still under warranty as I only bought it a few months ago. But the point is she believed in me and well that means a lot in this day in age when the world is such a dark and gloomy place. I would have been ok buying another set as well I didn't have the receipt any longer or the correct phone number. It's scary to drive without working headlights in the fall. But there Pam was to the rescue and to be honest O'Reilly auto parts especially this location won a customer for life. They have an excellent employee here! I will only shop at this store from now on. Thank you Pam!

Called regarding service. Isaac initially answered my questions, but after the conversation ended,…read morehe apparently believed he had disconnected the call when he had not. While I was still connected to the line, I clearly heard him make disrespectful and inappropriate comments about me. Specifically, he called me out of my name and referred to me as a "Bitch and stupid mother fucker ". I was shocked and offended by these remarks, especially coming from someone in a management position who is expected to represent Jiffy Lube company professionally and respectfully with any customer related needs. After hearing these comments, I immediately called back and informed Isaac that I had heard everything he said because the call had not been disconnected. His response was simply that he was sorry and that he thought he had hung up the phone. While he apologized for not disconnecting the call, that does not excuse the disrespectful language and unprofessional behavior he displayed toward me. I can only imagine how many other experienced these same outlandish interactions. Following this incident, I spoke with Nate, the General Manager, and explained what had occurred. Nate acknowledged my concerns and stated that he would follow up with Isaac, as this is not how a manager should conduct himself. Unsure if that happened but I've left voice message with corporate and plan to write a formal complaint towards Isaac and that location.
